Hi Purchased and it is working better than I remember. I also made an in app purchase for playback on my iPhone. When I look on my iPad it does not have this option enabled and wants me to repurchase. Is playback a per device option? Or am I doing something wrong? Should I reinstall on the iPad? With iPeng I get access to volume controls on SB3 and boom but not the duet nor squeezelite. Why is this ? Background - I've been using Tidal via LMS/iPeng for years with no significant issues. For some time now, there's been a notice about changes in the Tidal authorization system, indicating that we may have to resubmit our Tidal credentials. Starting on Thursday I began to have issues with Tidal. I re-entered my credentials, and it seemed to work again - briefly. But never correctly and the symptoms varied. Sometimes the browser access worked. Sometimes it didn't. Sometimes iPeng worked as a remote control. Sometimes it didn't. I could not get iPeng to play music on my iPhone. This was true for my iPad as well. Right now I cannot get Tidal to work at all. Initially I thought this was an iPeng problem, but now I am having the same problem with the browser interface. So I think the problem is elsewhere. I went to my computer and re-entered my credentials, and I could play music from there, but I still could not do so from iPhone - not to my players nor to the iPhone itself. I recall something about Tidal changing it's authorization system. Thank you for continuing to contribute! Your post made me check everything in the players screen again. I figured it out. Well, I got it to stop. My iPhone has iPeng playback enabled and I occasionally use it. Even though its not part of the sync group, it was causing the volume drop. I muted the iPhone in the list, and the problem went away. I’m using MAI, but the problem is only in iPeng, in the WebUI and. Material, lyrics are found if a song has quotes in the title. No error in server.log. Can't reproduce this. It did show lyrics for Elvis Costello's "Tear off Your Own Head (It's a Doll Revolution)" perfectly fine. Did you see this with any track having a quote, or just one? I don’t think it’s that iPeng is requesting them from MAI, it’s that MAI didn’t know that IPeng found the lyrics in the FLAC Tag and also makes the request and then saves the lyrics to the folder I defined in MAI (i verified that iPeng is loading the lyrics from the FLAC Tag —. I have a header in the FLAC Tag that the lyrics from the MAI search does not)j Something must be doing the request. If it's not iPeng, then it must be something else. pippin - how do you process lyrics? I have just added a new Marantz CD player to my stereo system. I found this has a good integration with iPhone, which plays music either on the phone or streaming like Amazon music when iPhone is wired via USB to the marantz. I wonder if ipeng can play from my iPad air 2 without a hardware squeezebox in the chain? That would access lms so I can stream to the CD player. SB3, UE Radio, CA DacMagic, Talk Electronic stereo. Hello, I have updated my LMS Server to version LMS 8 and discovered the new function to include albums from streaming service (Qobuz in my case). Everything great since I can now find in Ipeng all my albums in folder "Albums" (without going in Qobuz subfolder). Nevertheless I have an "order" issue in Ipeng since all my albums / jackets are ordered by "Album name" instead of Artist Name... I have played with options & so on in Ipeng settings (as "Sort Albums by name" activated or not), but no solution found to get it fix. (Notice than on LMS Interface on my PC, I can change displayed album order thanks to display option @ bottom left button (but no effect on Ipeng)). Is it a bug or an hidden option I have not found in Ipeng or LMS ? Additionnaly is there an option to get "Album order" ordered by "last added" (as displayed in Qobuz\Albums, very usefull to not lose recently added albums) ? Right now the problem is that there are probably a dozen different things some people want to see on the NowPlaying screen, line the details you mention, Genre, Path name, year. OTOH I know many others think that the NowPlaying screen is too cluttered already now. Making things configurable just makes the whole App more complicated for everyone. Im really sorry if this question has already been replied, but i ve search a bit without finding. I found ipeng really good, even better when using custom browse and qobuzz on LMS. By the way i foind something really frustrating. i have not found a way to see the track details while playing Like, as a example, with mconnect hd in this printscreen. Is it possible to have file format, bit depth etc ??? The TIDAL menu is provided by the server and configuring it is a per-player-setting. You can configure this on the MySqueezebox.com web site. One thing that often can cause issues is if SqueezeLite for some reason has a wrong MAC address set. Tidal disappeared from the list of My Apps. This only happens on one of the five PiCorePlayers on my network. In the App Gallery under Music on Demand it shows Tidal is installed. I am streaming from a Vortexbox server running Squeezelite and LMS 7.9.3. Tidal appears and works on all the other players and My Squeezebox. I tried flushing the cache. restarting the server, restarting the player, checking My Squeezebox, restarting my iPhone, and nothing. It looks like the problem is with iPeng and only on the one player. Anyone have any ideas? Many thanks for your help. If the SqueezeESP32 plugin is installed (and perhaps only if it has a display) then it has Class 100 Player Model: SqueezeLite Player Type: squeezeesp32 otherwise I presume it looks like a "regular" Squeezelite. No icon at all sounds broken. What player ID does SqueezeAMP have? The new icons are fro the AirPlay and ChromeCast bridges.
