I have had LMS frontpage Favourites coming and going thru the years. Sometimes after an update they have been present for half a year to just at sometime, disappear.For the moment they are gone. I just updated from 7.9.1 to .2. No improvement. The strange thing is that even when they are gone, there are in fact a few stil there - always where - and always the same. Are these Qobuz tracks? If it were me, I would deal with no Art Work until the "Fix" is in the stable version available by the Upgrade Button in the VBA GUI. I don't Do you know who's maintaining those builds? The vortexbox runs on Fedora Linux and has an update feature in the user GUI. If LMS 7.9.1 was the current official release I could update it automatically from the repo without a problem. But if I want to use one of the nightly versions I need to uninstall the current release, clean everything up and install a nightly release. If I do that then the automatic update of the official release won't work any more. I'd rather keep my Vortexbox as stock, if possible. I raised a support request with Qobuz. It seems they know about the artwork problem. Here is the reply I got from them: - Hello, Thanks for your message. The artwork issue has been identified. This will be fixed very soon along the next release of the app. For others app, we have forwarded this to our partners and hope this to be solved soon as well. I upgraded my server to 7.9.1 and there i can't reproduce the problem. Ok, I can reproduce this. I did indeed improve support for https in 7.9.1 shortly after the 7.9.0 release. Therefore I'd recommend anyone facing this issue to update to a 7.9.1 nightly. Strangely enough after reverting to the stable version the artwork still worked for a short time (I presume because it was already cached?). A Yes, artwork is being cached in LMS to speed up repeated lookups. What setting did you chose for the image resizing (Settings/Advanced/Performance)? I just tried both the settings, makes no difference, still no artwork. You'd have to stop LMS, delete the imgproxy.db, then restart in between tests, as otherwise LMS would just return the cached empty result. I'm wondering if because it seems it's not just me that has the problem it's something that Qobuz have changed. My suspicion is they went from http to https. The necessary modules aren't available on all platforms. Therefore I was asking about platform/OS involved. I'm a bit in a hurry as I have to leave home in a few minutes. I turned on logging for artwork and artwork.imageproxy. If I need to switch on other stuff: let me know. I've not touched the LMS (7.9.0) and PcP (V3.02) in weeks, no reboots, What LMS build is this? It has seen considerable changes recently to improve handling of https. Okay, I turned on the logging for the Qobuz plugin (debug level) and as far as I can tell/see there are no error messages. Below in the screenshot you see the log entry after asking for the 'new releases' on Qobuz 22738 At the left hand you see the log entry and at the right the result as displayed in LMS When I take the URL to the image as in the log, the cover art is shown in my browser: Code: https://static.qobuz.com/images/covers/49/55/5414939955549_600.jpg In LMS it goes through the image proxy and the url is : Code: http://192.168.0.5:9000/imageproxy/https%3A%2F%2Fstatic.qobuz.com%2Fimages%2Fcovers%2F49%2F55%2F5414939955549_600.jpg/image_200x200_o But that does not display the cover art. It all started, I believe, yesterday. I've not touched the LMS (7.9.0) and PcP (V3.02) in weeks, no reboots, no updates whatsoever and yesterday I noticed that cover art was no longer displayed from Qobuz. Looks like something changed in the jpg from qobuz that has impact on the image caching in LMS. LMS/iPeng now also behave erratic with refreshes of pages or jumping back to the previous menu. To add to my previous post: In the classic web interface on port :9000 the Qobuz menu's dissapeared from the my applications, although the plug-in is stil installed according the settings. In iPeng also strange behavior: You can navigate to the menu's of Qobuz but after a few seconds it jumps back to the main qobuz menu. Not a fault of iPeng of course but the qobuz plugin.
