 Note that this will not work on OpenBSD anyway; even mksh, which
 does implement this bashism, will not parse this as expected in
 POSIX mode.

 So, besides the changes the others already pointed out:

 #define SUDOCMD -fn 7x14 -geometry 60x4 -e sudo su root -c 'nohup \

The port in /usr/ports/devel/m4 is GNU m4, the code in /usr/bin/m4 is not

 lang/coffeescript - npm ERR! Error: getaddrinfo EIO

coffeescript won't build unless it can make an https connection to
registry.npmjs.org, I didn't fancy digging into npm and it's so far
resistant to my attempts to mitm for some reason (sits with a
spinning \|/| cursor) so I'm not sure what it's trying to fetch
from there.

Now that port building can be done as non-root so it's reasonable
to restrict things in this way, I won't permit outgoing network
connections for the userid doing my package builds so this won't
be included in i386 packages unless fixed (this doesn't affect
any other node ports at present).

 lang/coffeescript - npm ERR! Error: getaddrinfo EIO

 coffeescript won't build unless it can make an https connection to
 registry.npmjs.org, I didn't fancy digging into npm and it's so far
 resistant to my attempts to mitm for some reason (sits with a
 spinning \|/| cursor) so I'm not sure what it's trying to fetch
 from there.

 # mitmdump --app-host npmjs.org
 127.0.0.1 GET https://registry.npmjs.org/mkdirp
   200 OK 21.08kB
 127.0.0.1 GET https://registry.npmjs.org/mkdirp/-/mkdirp-0.3.5.tgz
   200 OK 4.06kB

So we need a new port for:

https://github.com/substack/node-mkdirp

to be a dependency for coffeescript...

Ciao!
David

 I didn't hit this on the next build.

We need something like devel/node-cloned:

RUN_DEPENDS = sysutils/node-rmdir
BUILD_DEPENDS = ${RUN_DEPENDS}
MODNODE_DEPENDS = rmdir

But, as I've said, we currently miss a port for sysutils/node-mkdirp

Ciao!

Oh I looked at porting that but got stuck because it wanted new py-openssl
which wanted py-cryptography which needed CFFI ... (sslsplit normally works
but for some reason failed with this one).

  127.0.0.1 GET https://registry.npmjs.org/mkdirp

Isn't it in the main node package?

I thought I was losing my mind.. couldn't figure out why we never
noticed this before.

If we can't trick npm into thinking it has the modules already installed
it tries to grab them from the npmjs registry.

Apparently we never noticed it because node.js shipped with version
0.3.5 of mkdirp and we were able to symlink it into the coffeescript
stuff.

Making a package of it now results in a collision with the nodejs
package.. Sigh.

Hello!

Long list of new ports. Figured I would send them all in one go. These
are all fallout from a talk I gave for a CoBUG meeting on 3D printing!

All of them together let you run OctoPrint (http://octoprint.org), I am
working on a port for this.. but it has a crazy install script, so it
will take more time.

If anyone is interested in the talk, the slides are available here:
http://slides.cobug.org

OK?

Cheers,
Aaron
