sebetulnya bukan karena dollar menguat, tapi kedua-duanya memang lagi
jatuh dan dalam jatuhnya itu euro jatuh paling dalam, jadi terlihat
euro jatuh against dollar..

Apapun yang dikatakan orang Islam Suryana sih diem-diem aja:

Tukar Tawanan Langkah Brillian Hamas Menjerumuskan Abbas !!!
 
Dengan menculik satu Schalid, maka Hamas mampu mendikte Israel.  Rakyat dikedua 
wilayah Westbank dan Gaza mendadak memuji dan mendukung Hamas padahal 
sebelumnya hanya rakyat di Westbank yang mengagumi langkah Abbas untuk meminta 
pengakuan PBB.

Kalo sebelumnya di Westbank dilancarkan demo besar2an mendukung langkah Abbas 
ternyata di Gaza seluruh rakyatnya mencemohkan langkah Abbas yang dikatakannya 
tidak berguna.

Memang, tujuan Abbas adalah untuk menarik popularitas massa sebelum dia 
melaksanakan pemilu lagi.  Tapi ternyata, permohonan Abbas agar diakui sebagai 
anggauta PBB dipeti es-kan dan sudah tidak dibicarakan lagi baik di PBB maupun 
di Westbank dan di Gaza.

Sementara Abbas balik ke Westbank dengan di-elu2kan sebagai pahlawan, mendadak 
sebulan kemudian Hamas melakukan pertukaran satu Schalid dengan 1024 tahanan 
Palestina.  Tentu saja berita ini lebih menggemparkan lagi, karena tindakan 
Hamas ini membawa pengaruh yang lebih luas, lebih banyak dukungan dikedua 
wilayah Westbank dan Gaza sehingga memudarkan padam hasil langkah Abbas yang 
meminta pengakuan.

Kalo sebelumnya rakyat di Westbank menganggap Abbas benar dan di Gaza 
menganggapnya Abbas blunder, maka sekarang berbalik, rakyat di Gaza dan di 
Westbank sama2 menganggap langkah Hamas benar dan Abbas salah.

Tindakan Hamas dalam pertukaran tawanan ini merupakan kemenangan dan 
prestasinya yang paling gemilang dalam tawar menawar politik dengan Israel 
sebagai keberhasilan yang sebaliknya Abbas malah selalu dalam kegagalan.  
Memang belum jelas apakah pertukaran tawanan ini merupakan langkah awal pihak 
Israel untuk mengakui Hamas dan menyingkirkan Abbas.

Apa yang dilakukan Hamas ternyata tidak berani dikritik oleh Abbas, bahkan 
Abbas mendukungnya yang olehnya dikatakan sebagai kemenangan Palestina tanpa 
menyebut nama organisasi Hamas.

Keluarga2 para tahanan Israel ini menyalahkan Abbas yang gagal menyelamatkan 
para tahanan dari Israel.  Dan langkah Hamas yang lebih mengejutkan dan 
melumuri reputasi Abbas dengan lumpur memalukan adalah, para tahanan dari 
Westbank yang berpihak kepada Abbas teryata oleh Israel dideportasi ke Gaza 
bukan dikembalikan kepada Abbas di Westbank.  Deportasi ini disepakati bersama 
antara Israel dan Hamas tapi mengecewakan keluarga2 tahanan di Westbank yang 
pro Abbas yang secara otomatis nantinya dipaksa pro-Hamas.

Pertukaran tawanan ini betul2 merupakan pukulan yang mematikan perjuangan Abbas 
selama ini.  Dan kelihatannya, kesepakatan dibelakang layar antara Israel dan 
Hamas jauh lebih luas daripada apa yang hanya terlihat dari luar.

Muslim immigrants want Switzerland to change national flag
12.10.2011 A group of Muslim immigrants wants to force Switzerland to abandon 
the current flag - a white cross on the red background. They say that it 
violates the rights of the representatives of non-Christian confessions. They 
seem to have been hurt by the recent ban on minarets construction. However, 
their proposal is unlikely to be welcomed by the native Swiss and will only 
increase the number of votes in favor of the treasury of the local far-right 
People's Party.  

 The first suggestion to remove the cross from the Swiss flag was made not by a 
Muslim, but (judging by the name) an ethnic Croat and Catholic vice-president 
of the association of immigrants Secondos Plus Ivica Petrushich. "The cross 
does not fit today's multicultural Switzerland," he said. The organization of 
the Turkish, Albanian and other immigrants from Muslim countries followed with 
a similar initiative. Instead, they suggested using a green-yellow-red flag of 
Helvetic Republic that existed at the turn of the 18th-19th centuries. It has 
no cross on it.

It is hardly coincidental that the issue of replacing the flag was raised by 
the representatives of immigrant organizations. Today, over 20 percent of seven 
million-strong Swiss population is immigrants. Naturally, the Muslims will be 
more than others insistent on replacing the flag. There are nearly 400,000 of 
them (more than five percent of the population). The largest "ethnic Muslim" 
community is Albanian, followed by the Turkish one. Arabs and Bosnian Muslims 
also reside in Switzerland. Many of them certainly do not like the cross.

The vast majority of Swiss Muslims virtually broke off with the religion of 
their ancestors. No more than 50 thousand of the faithful pray five times a 
day. However, women in headscarves have become an integral part of the 
cityscape of Zurich or Geneva. Furthermore, the birthrate in religious Muslim 
families is much higher than among the other population. Finally, all Swiss 
followers of Islam are not natives, but immigrants and their descendants. Their 
support of changing the appearance of the flag is, to say the least, ambiguous. 

Apparently, this circumstance was taken into account by the head of the 
Federation of Islamic Organizations in Switzerland Mayzar Hisham, who called 
the idea of changing the flag "counterproductive." He said that they did not 
demand anyone to change the ancient traditions of their countries. It is hard 
not to agree with his words. The relations of the indigenous Swiss and 
immigrants have already passed a difficult strength test. The desire to change 
the flag will only add fuel to the fire. Two years ago the Muslim community 
wanted to attach minarets to the existing mosques. However, Switzerland is 
different from all other countries in a way that each more or less relevant 
issue is solved by holding a referendum. Negotiations with the government 
officials were not sufficient, and they had to ask the opinion of the 
population. This opinion was not in favor of the Muslim immigrants.

The initiator of the referendum two years ago was the ultra-right Swiss 
People's Party that called to stop the "creeping Islamization". A deputy of the 
Swiss Parliament Ulrich Shlyuer said that minarets were a political symbol of 
the implementation of Islam. Step by step, Sharia was conquering Switzerland, 
acting in parallel with the Swiss law. Statistics show that the degree of 
religiosity of the local Muslim population is exaggerated, but for the ordinary 
Swiss even a hint of a violation of their habitual way of living was sufficient.

  The results of voting on November 29, 2009 shocked Europe. 57.5 percent of 
the Swiss population was in favor of a ban on construction of minarets. At the 
same time kosher and halal slaughter of animals was banned (because of 
cruelty). Islamic organizations, human rights activists, and many European 
politicians expressed their outrage. However, the law came into force. The EU 
could not influence Switzerland as it is not its member.   Many of those 
dissatisfied with the verdict (including indigenous Europeans who had departed 
from the religion) were eager for revenge, and eventually decided to strike 
from the other side. They inquired why the flag of the Swiss Confederation had 
a Christian cross on it if construction of minarets was banned. Allegedly, it 
violated the rights of not only Muslims but also non-believers. That is why the 
red-green-yellow flag of the Helvetic Republic would be better.

Would the majority of the Swiss agree with this point of view?  Unlike 
neighboring France and Germany, the Swiss society is rather conservative. While

To Indonesian Bishops: Patiently Uphold Religious Freedom
VATICAN CITY, 7 OCT 2011 (VIS) - "Christ's message of salvation, forgiveness 
and love has been preached in your country for centuries. Indeed, the 
missionary impulse remains essential to the Church's life, and finds expression 
not only in the preaching of the Gospel, but also in the witness of Christian 
charity", said the Pope today to prelates from the Indonesian Episcopal 
Conference at the end of their "ad limina" visit. 
  
Continuing his English-language remarks, the Holy Father said: "This is the 
hallmark of every movement, action and expression of the Church, in all of her 
sacramental, charitable, educational and social endeavours, so that in 
everything her members may strive to make the Triune God known and loved 
through Jesus Christ. 
  
"This", he added, "will not only contribute to the spiritual vitality of the 
Church as she grows in confidence through humble yet courageous witness; it 
will also strengthen Indonesian society by promoting those values that your 
fellow citizens hold dear: tolerance, unity and justice for all. Appropriately, 
Indonesia's Constitution guarantees the fundamental human right of freedom to 
practice one's religion. The freedom to live and preach the Gospel can never be 
taken for granted and must always be justly and patiently upheld. Nor is 
religious freedom merely a right to be free from outside constraints. It is 
also a right to be authentically and fully Catholic, to practice the faith, to 
build up the Church and to contribute to the common good, proclaiming the 
Gospel as Good News for all, and inviting everyone to intimacy with the God of 
mercy and compassion made manifest in Jesus Christ". 
  
Pope Benedict encouraged the bishops to promote and support inter-religious 
dialogue in Indonesia. "Your country, so rich in its cultural diversity and 
possessed of a large population, is home to significant numbers of followers of 
various religious traditions", he told them. Thus, Indonesians "are well-placed 
to make important contributions to the quest for peace and understanding among 
the peoples of the world. Your participation in this great enterprise is 
decisive, and so I urge you .. to ensure that those whom you shepherd know that 
they, as Christians, are to be agents of peace, perseverance and charity". 
  
"Believers in Christ, rooted in charity, ought to be committed to dialogue with 
other religions, respecting mutual differences. Common endeavours for the 
building up of society will be of great value when they strengthen friendships 
and overcome misunderstanding or distrust". 
  
The Holy Father concluded: "I have confidence that you and the priests, 
religious and laity of your dioceses will continue to bear witness to the image 
and likeness of God in each man, woman and child, regardless of their faith, by 
encouraging everyone to be open to dialogue in the service of peace and 
harmony. By doing everything possible to ensure that the rights of minorities 
in your country are respected, you further the cause of tolerance and mutual 
harmony in your country and beyond".

makanya, nggak heran kelakuan suryana di milis ini dungunya 
kelewatan kayak gini, abis dari kecilnya udah najis karena diajarin 
ngentot ibu sendiri, memperkosa adik sendiri sih.

Hehehe.. ini sih kata si rezameutia, gua cuma ngeganti subyeknya doang dr orang 
kristen secara umum dgn suryana secara individual.

Tp ga salah deh kalo dibilang suryana itu dungunya kelewatan, krn udah dianggap 
spt itu oleh si rezameutia, tetap aja si suryana ngejilat pantat si rezameutia.

Eh, si Johnny Indon lagi nih yang minta diplonco lagi. Kalau Anda pakai
ratio Anda, orang maluku itu dikelilingi lautan. Mereka banyak makan ikan,
terutama ikan cakalang. Itu menurut ilmu kedokteran adalah sumber protein
yang sangat baik. Lebih baik daripada daging sapi apalagi kambing. Jadi
orang Maluku cukup protein yang baik.

Siapa yang temukan minyak bumi di-tanah Arab? Orang Arab? Bukan! Orang
Amerika , tepatnya Paul Getty. Paul Getty ini luar biasa. Waktu itu
teknologi perminyakan belum berapa tinggi. Mencari sumber minyak pakai
perasaan, pakai instinct. Ayah Paul sudah cari minyak di-Amerika. Kemudian
Paul juga "Wild Catting" istilah cari sumber minyak. Ia beli tanah 3 lot.
Dan mulai menggali tanah. Kalau dari 3 lot, satu saja menghasilkan minyak,
orang sudah untung. Dari 3 lot Paul pada umumnya dapat 2 sumber minyak. Pada
usia 25 tahun Paul menyatakan dirinya pensiun. Ayahnya bilang :"Apa kamu
sudah gila?". Tetapi Paul tertawa saja. Ia jadi play boy.

Tetapi pada usia 27 tahun, ia keluar dari pensiunnya, dan mulai berbisnis
lagi. Pada tahun 1948 menurut Paul, sumber minyak di-Amerika sudah
berkurang. Tanpa selidik lebih lanjut, hanya berdasarkan intuisinya ia pergi
ketanah Arab. Ia teken kontrak dengan Ibn Saud dan menyerahkan uang 9.5 juta
US dollar serta 1 juta US dollar setahun untuk hak mengebor tanah yang tidak
berpenduduk ditanah Arab. 4 tahun ngebor tidak ada hasil. Tetapi pada tahun
1953 mulai ada hasil. Semua yang kerja adalah orang Amerika. Ibn Saud
tinggal goyang-goyang kaki sajaTerus sampai sekarang.

Church fire fires up Copts
Dozens of angry Copts protested in front of the National Radio and Television 
building against the torching of the Marinab Church. Reem Leila reports 



Scores of Copts and Muslims in Cairo and Alexandria protested on 4 October 
against the partial burning down of Marinab Mary Guirgis Church and the 
complete torching of two of the Copts' houses. The incident took place on 
Friday, in the southern city of Edfu which is affiliated to the Aswan 
governorate. Protesters began their march from Shubra to the Supreme Court 
headquarters downtown. A few hours later, hundreds of Copts decided to march to 
the country's National Radio and Television building, known as Maspero, to 
begin an open-ended strike. Protesters demanded the dismissal of Aswan Governor 
Mustafa El-Sayed and protection against continuous attacks on Coptic churches.

However, a few hours later, military police dispersed the angry crowds. Crowd 
violence was reported.

Angry protesters were chanting "Muslims and Copts hand in hand are one," "Raise 
your head high, you are a Copt", and "No to religious discrimination". The 
slogans reflected Coptic rage after a group of people attacked the Marinab 
Church in a bid to stop its renovation. Protesters were also calling for the 
stepping down of Field Marshal Mohamed Hussein Tantawi, general commander of 
the Supreme Council of the Armed Forces (SCAF) claiming he was unable to 
protect Christians and their properties.

At the same time, El-Sayed announced to the press that the building was not a 
church, but an administrative building in which no prayers were performed. "The 
building was not licensed as a church. If there were any prayers taking place 
in it, it's against the law," El-Sayed said. In an attempt to contain the 
Copts' outrage, government officials promised to re-construct the building. 

This is not the first attack on Christian churches; two previous attacks were 
recorded this year. The first attack was in Atfih district in Giza. The second 
was the torching of a church in Imbaba, also in Giza.

Bishop Morcos of Marinab Church rejected the governor's statement, saying the 
building was a church and that prayers were being openly performed in it for 
years. "All reports stating that the building was not a church and was an 
administrative building or a guesthouse are mere lies. Everyone knows that this 
was a church where Christians have been practising their rituals for many 
years," Morcos said. 

Protesters who blocked the road in front of Maspero caused traffic jams in the 
downtown area. Lawyer Naguib Gobrail, who is also head of the Egyptian Union 
for Human Rights (EUHR), held a press conference at the union's headquarters to 
express Coptic anger over the continuous attacks on their churches across the 
country. Gobrail told Al-Ahram Weekly, "Copts are blaming Tantawi, Prime 
Minister Essam Sharaf and Minister of Interior Mansour Eissawi for their 
inability to protect Christians and laxity in presenting perpetrators to the 
law," Gobrail said. 

Gobrail, who accused Salafis of taking part in the church's attack, agreed with 
Morcos that the building which was torched on Friday was a church. "I have all 
the documents proving that this building was licensed to be a church 80 years 
ago," he said. According to Gobrail, the only solution was to approve the 
unified law for places of worship. "Christians have to go through endless 
procedures to build a church, renovate it, or even fix anything broken in it, 
while Muslims do not have this problem at all. Everything is easy for them," 
claimed Gobrail.

El-Sayed, Aswan's governor, challenged Gobrail's and Morcos's claims. "I 
challenge anyone who claims that he owns any document proving that the building 
which was attacked was originally a church. All official documents in my office 
prove that the building was originally licensed to be an administrative office. 
They have violated the law and changed its activity. An investigation is 
currently underway to take the perpetrators to court. Nobody is allowed to 
attack, burn or pull down Egyptian property," El-Sayed said.

During the conference, Gobrail warned that if Christians' persecution continued 
and the authorities concerned did not take proper measures against the 
perpetrators of the attack, "I will call on all Christians not to participate 
in the upcoming parliamentary and presidential elections. In addition, we will 
ask for the protection of foreign countries as well as to resort to 
international law to protect ourselves against the discrimination we are 
witnessing in our own country."

kalo indonesia, ekonominya bagus tapi tidak didukung oleh industri yang kuat.  
industri yang kuat seperti tekstil, sepatu, hanya  menyumbang sedikit untuk 
pendapatan negara.  apalagi, sektor induusti indonesia dikenal dengan 'ekonomi 
biaya tinggi' karena disebabkan korupsi, kurangnya infrastruktur, sehingga 
rupiah 'under value' pengaruhnya sangat sedikit.

Kalo aturan sepak bola diganti atau diubah agar disesuaikan dengan Syariah 
Islam, maka sumbernyapun tetap saja sama yaitu sepak bola yang katanya 
diciptakan Yahudi dan kafir.

Jadi tidak perlu aturan sepak bolanya yang diubah, karena diubah bagaimanapun 
juga tetap saja sumber asalnya adalah sepak bola yang dianggap ciptaan Yahudi 
dan kafir ini.

Yang paling jitu justru ciptakanlah permainan baru yang bukan sepak bola, dan 
permainan sepak bola dinyatakan haram dalam Islam.

MTQ pun bukan ciptaan Islam di Arab tapi ciptaan Islam Indonesia.  Kenapa Islam 
di Arab menolak untuk ikut serta pertandingan MTQ yang diciptakan Islam di 
Indonesia  Padahal Islam di Indonesia itu bukan kafir dan bukan Yahudi.

Apalagi, kalopun Arab Saudia ikut serta MTQ, maka panitianya harus berlapang 
dada untuk memberikan semua hadiah kemenangan untuk team Arab yang bahasa 
Arabnya pasti lebih benar daripada pengucapan peserta2 lain dari luar Arab.

Lebih bagus lagi kalo Arab Saudia yang menciptakan pertandingan MTQ ini dan 
aturan2 barunya sehingga lebih orisinal dari MTQ yang sebelumnya yang ciptaan 
orang Indonesia.  Kemudian MTQ dipaksakan untuk dipertandingkan seluruh dunia 
termasuk ke Olympiade, Asian Games dll.  Semua gereja2 Kristen, Katolik, Hindu, 
Buddha dll dipaksa untuk ikut serta dalam pertandingan MTQ ini.  Dengan 
demikian semua agama diseluruh dunia harus belajar AlQuran agar bisa ikut 
perlombaan MTQ ini.  Agar bisa ikut berlomba maka semua umat beragama harus 
belajar AlQuran dulu sebelumnya, menggaji guru2 agama Islam, dan akam makin 
banyak orang2 kafir dan umat diluar Islam yang menggaji guru2 agama Islam 
sehingga tidak sia2 jurusan sekolah2 Islam yang begitu banyak dan ulama 
lulusannya banyak jadi pengangguran maka sekarang tidak lagi menganggur malah 
kekurangan makin banyak dicarilulusan IAIN ini.

Yup sedikit demi sedikit perang ekonomi antar 2 negara berbeda pola mulai 
dibuka.

Hanya anehnya Amerika sejak awal selalu ngotot dengan nilai tukar yuan yg 
dianggap under value.

Apa karena biaya hidup di RRC jauh lebih murah dibandingkan dengan di 
Amerika maka dianggap nilai yuan dibawah nilai sesungguhnya ?, dan tidak 
tanggung tanggung 40 %.

Dalam hal ini aku jadi ingat kota Yogya, dimana biaya hidup di Yogya

The legislation will treat China's undervalued currency as an illegal 
subsidy, which it is. That would allow the U.S. to retaliate against the 
trade-distorting practices by levying countervailing and antidumping duties 
on Chinese imports. Under WTO rules, implementing countervailing duties to 
protect an industry or a whole economy against illegally subsidized imports 
is perfectly legal.

China's central bank also slammed the legislation, suggesting that the bill 
could actually lead to an even slower appreciation of China's currency. By 
some estimates, China's currency is undervalued by as much as 40 percent. 
Since last June, when Chinese officials said that they would begin to allow 
the yuan to rise to a fair market value, it has gained just six percent on 
the dollar.

"Politicizing the yuan issue can't solve U.S. problems like the trade 
deficit and a high jobless rate, but it may affect the ongoing process of 
yuan exchange rate reform," the central bank said.

Man arrested for losing pilgrims’ $450,000

SIDON, Lebanon: Police arrested a man on charges of theft and fraud for 
allegedly convincing around 450 people that he could arrange their 
pilgrimage at a reduced price, then losing $450,000 he collected from 
them.
According to a statement issued Friday by the Internal Security Forces, during 
questioning the suspect, Adnan Musa, said that he had worked in 
the business of arranging pilgrimages for many years with people who 
provide tickets and visas at reduced prices.
Musa said that during 2010 and 2011, he arranged pilgrimages with a 
Saudi man, “a benefactor,” who contributed money to travel costs in 
order to help those who could not otherwise afford to perform the hajj.
According to Musa, the Saudi man ended all communication after the last 
arrangement, when Musa gave him the $450,000 he gathered from people 
who wished to go on pilgrimage.
Dozens of Musa’s victims held a sit-in Friday in front of the office of the 
travel agency Musa had used and requested that their money be 
returned so they could perform their pilgrimage, echoing the wave of 
popular protests shaking the Arab world by chanting “The people want to 
go on pilgrimage.”
Ahmad Jaabous, a protester who carried a receipt signed by Musa for 
$1,000, said “They do not fear God, they are stealing our money and now 
pilgrimage is an opportunity for fraud.”
Feryal Jerwan, who had given Musa a sum of $1,200 in exchange for his 
promise to arrange her pilgrimage, cried as she asked, “Where did the 
money go? Who will compensate us?”
The protesters implored the country’s top three leaders, as well as the mufti 
of the Republic and the Higher Shiite Council, to intervene, 
calling on them to arrange for their pilgrimage or return the stolen 
money.
The protesters also asked about the fate of their travel documents, 
wondering whether Musa lost them in addition to the money or if the 
travel agency was holding them.
“We need to get around and we don’t have any identification papers,” 
said an Egyptian worker, who added that he needed to renew his residency permit 
but had given his passport to Musa.

Amnesty urges Libya to tackle 'stain' of detainee abuse
Libya's interim authorities must end arbitrary detention and abuse of inmates, 
Amnesty International says.
In a report, the London-based rights group said it had uncovered evidence of 
torture and ill-treatment of thousands of people detained in recent months.
Sub-Saharan Africans suspected of being Col Muammar Gaddafi's mercenaries were 
particularly targeted, it said. The NTC pledged to 
look into the claims.
There are unconfirmed reports Col Gaddafi's son Mutassim has been seized.
Some figures in the National Transitional Council said he had been captured in 
the family's embattled home town of Sirte.
However, a military commander in the city denied the claims, which have sparked 
celebratory gunfire in several cities.
If confirmed, Mutassim Gaddafi's capture would be a major breakthrough for the 
NTC, says the BBC's Caroline Hawley in Tripoli.
He is a senior officer in Col Gaddafi's army and was a national security 
adviser to his father.
NTC forces have said they control most of Sirte, but the 
BBC's Wyre Davies in the city says they have been pushed back slightly 
in fighting since Wednesday.
AFP news agency reported that anti-Gaddafi fighters had 
withdrawn 2km to the police headquarters and were planning to bombard 
loyalist positions with artillery.
The fighters had been hoping to avoid using heavy weapons, as there were still 
civilians in the area.Making 'clear break' 
Amnesty published its report - entitled Detention Abuses Staining the New Libya 
- after interviewing some 300 prisoners.
It visited 11 detention facilities in and around the capital 
Tripoli and in the cities of Zawiya and Misrata between 18 August, just 
before Tripoli fell, and 21 September.
The group said it had found a pattern of torture and abuse of suspected Gaddafi 
loyalists, as well as soldiers and suspected 
mercenaries.
"In some cases there is clear evidence of torture in order to extract 
confessions or as a punishment," the report said.
It said that researchers had 
found torture instruments in one detention facility, and also had heard 
whipping and screaming sounds in another prison.
At least two guards from separate detention facilities had admitted to beating 
inmates to get confessions, Amnesty said.
In another case, a 17-year-old Chadian accused of rape and 
being a Gaddafi mercenary had said the beatings were so severe that he 
had decided to "confess".
"I ended up telling them what they wanted to hear. I told 
them I raped women and killed Libyans," the Chadian inmate told Amnesty.'No 
tolerance of abuse' 
In the capital Tripoli and surrounding areas alone, NTC forces have captured 
some 2,500 people, mostly without arrest warrants.
"We understand that the transitional authorities are facing 
many challenges, but if they do not make a clear break with the past 
now, they will effectively be sending out a message that treating 
detainees like this is to be tolerated in the new Libya," Amnesty's 
Hassiba Hadj Sahraoui said. 
She added: "The NTC has to act urgently to translate their 
public commitments into action, before such abuses become entrenched and stain 
the new Libya's human rights record."
The report also urged the Libyan authorities to bring all 
detention facilities under the justice ministry's control to allow 
inmates to challenge the lawfulness of their arrests.
The NTC has repeatedly said it is committed to upholding human rights and 
reforming the country's justice system.
Reuters news agency quoted council spokesman Jalal al-Galal 
as saying:  "[NTC Chairman] Mustafa Abdel Jalil has said time and time 
again that he will not tolerate abuse of prisoners and has made it 
abundantly clear that he will investigate any such allegations." 
The Amnesty report raises fears of a return to the types of 
abuses committed in the Gaddafi era. Torture and mass killings were 
widespread both before and during this year's conflict as any dissent 
was quickly suppressed.

A STRONG earthquake rocked Bali yesterday, sending workers scurrying from their
offices, panicking tourists and even prompting police to begin evacuating the
Australian teenager facing drug charges on the holiday island.

There were two powerful shocks within 30 seconds, both shaking the earth like a
jackhammer. Tourists scrambled to open ground while office workers stampeded
for the exits from swaying buildings.

A school roof reportedly caved in, a major supermarket lost much of its
concrete-rendered facade, homes suffered major damage, at least one
motorcyclist was tossed from his bike and a car was crushed by debris.

The epicentre of the 6.0 magnitude temblor, as measured by the US Geological
Survey, was underwater about 140 kilometres south-west of Bali's capital,
Denpasar. There was no tsunami threat, mostly superficial damage to property
and, while about 32 people went to the island's main Sanglah hospital, all were
released within a few hours after suffering only minor injuries. Most of those
hurt were injured in the stampede from buildings when the tremor first hit.

The ink isn’t dry on the proposed free trade agreements with Colombia, 
Panama and South Korea, but Sen. Ron Portman (R-OH) is already encouraging 
the Obama administration to seek additional trade deals.

Portman suggested that the U.S. should seek to lower trade barriers with 
South American nations like Colombia and Argentina through the Free Trade 
Area of the Americas.

“I am very concerned by the fact that the United States has chosen to take 
itself out of the game,” Portman said in an interview with Bloomberg News.

“We’re sitting on the sidelines while over 100 bilateral trade negotiations 
are taking place.”

The European Union is another target for Portman; he said that the U.S. 
should seek to lower trade barriers with the nations that make up the EU.

In addition, Portman would like to see the U.S. negotiate more bilateral 
trade agreements like the three that recently passed.

“My fervent hope is that after a good vote this week the administration will 
get back in the business of negotiating future agreements,” he told 
Bloomberg News.

There are no other bilateral free trade agreements on the horizon. But the 
Obama administration is currently in negotiations on a trade deal that would 
be by far the largest the U.S. has entered into since the North American 
Free Trade Agreement.

Currently involved in the talks for the proposed Trans-Pacific Partnership 
are Australia, Brunei, Chile, New Zealand, Peru, Singapore, the United 
States and Vietnam. U.S. officials have also floated the possibility of 
adding Malaysia, Canada, Japan, Peru and South Korea.

A trade pact of that size would make the North American Free Trade Agreement 
seem like small potatoes. It would also result in a myriad of economic 
problems for the U.S.

The TPP would pit American workers against low-wage competition from places 
like Vietnam and Malaysia. U.S. dairy producers would have a tough time 
competing against New Zealand, which has a giant co-operative of over 13,000 
dairy farms that pool their resources.

Congress is unfortunately expected to pass the pending free trade agreements 
with Korea (KORUS), Panama and Colombia today. While many Democrats are 
expected to vote against the deals, some will vote for them, along with 
their Republican counterparts. With President Obama’s support of the deals 
added in, this blurs the line between what constitutes Democratic and 
Republican policies and offers voters little choice on matters of trade.

Democrats have traditionally been the party that has looked out for the 
American worker. This is why unions have traditionally supported Democratic 
candidates. But in recent years Democrats have begun to act more like 
Republicans on trade issues. NAFTA was the first major example of this, with 
Democratic President Bill Clinton taking up the Republican negotiated bill 
as his own and shepherding it through Congress for approval. Now President 
Obama has followed suit by taking up KORUS along with the Panama and 
Colombia deals.

President Obama’s campaign rhetoric would have led voters to believe he 
would be an improvement on trade issues over his predecessors. He spoke out 
against his primary election opponent’s support of NAFTA, and spoke out 
against the trade agreements he is currently pushing. But since taking 
office he has moved on to what should be the fringe wing of the Democratic 
Party: the supporters of free trade.

Democrats were always able to draw in working class Americans because they 
supported policies that directly supported that group of constituents. But 
instead of shoring up their position by opposing free trade issues, 
Democrats have become free trade apologists. Many of them vote for free 
trade while voting for assistance programs to help unemployed workers find 
new jobs. They recognize that free trade is destroying jobs, but tell 
displaced workers that they will somehow have a better life in their new 
service sector jobs (if they can find those).

It is no wonder the AFL-CIO is choosing not to contribute money directly to 
candidates anymore, because there are few candidates who can be trusted to 
consistently to act in a way that supports workers. There is no safe choice 
on trade in elections. Unless Democrats stop their march to the political 
center and reestablish themselves as a party that supports working 
Americans, a third party will need to emerge that can do what needs to be 
done on trade. Eventually the ramifications of destructive free trade 
agreements will catch up with both parties, and there will be a political 
backlash.

It looks like the congress just passed the trade agreements. Look for 
decimation of what remains of our shoe and textile industry. I think that 
this country is done for. I am not going to buy American any more because in 
a couple of years it won't matter. Please tell me that I am wrong.

Nggak ada yang istimewa..dan nonstop saya jogging 130 menit 26 detik.

Mengingt saya perpanjang trayek saya satu blok, saya tadinya mau mengukur jarak 
yang saya lalui, tapi karena mendung GPS turned off.

Nggak ada yang bisa membantah apa yang dikatakan orang kafir disini sejak 
bertahun-tahun, yaitu bahwa (1) ajaran agama taik onta Islam itu bukan saja 
dungu, tapi juga buas,kejam, keji, zalim, ganas lagi biadab... 
dan(2)  - ini yang penting pula - hanya berdasarkan omong kosong dan kibulan 
orang Arap primitif...

Nggak perlu belajar tinggi-tinggi kok untuk tahu, bahwa gunung berapi yang 
begitu banyak di Indonesia bila meletus serign menimbulkan gempa.

Lalu bagaimana mungkin Abbas Amin, Dipo, johny-indon, PAREWA PAREWA, rezameutia 
itu masih sanggup berebut menjadikan buku taikonta al-Mushaf itu sebagai kitab 
suci yang bilang gunung itu adalah pasak bumi?

Ini ayatnya:

"Dan telah Kami jadikan di bumi ini gunung-gunung yang kokoh supaya bumi itu 
(tidak) goncang bersama mereka..." (Al Qur'an, 21:31) 

"Bukankah Kami telah menjadikan bumi itu sebagai hamparan?, dan gunung-gunung

Saudi Arabia’s religious police arrested an Indonesian housemaid for casting a 
magic spell on a local family and “turning its life upside down,” a newspaper 
in the Gulf Kingdom reported on Tuesday.

The employer of the maid in the southern mountainous town of Bisha told members 
of the Commission for the Promotion of Virtue and Prevention of Vice that he 
had noticed a drastic change in the behavior of his family members and that he 
suspected the maid was behind this.

“He said the behavior of all his family members changed completely and their 
life was turned upside down…he said he suspected the maid could have cast a 
magic spell on them,” Sabq Arabic language daily said.

“After arresting and investigating the maid, she confessed to having done magic 
work against the family and led them to the magic items that were hidden under 
the steps outside the front door…Commission experts took the magic items to 
their office and managed to dismantle and stop the spell.”

Not a Single Christian Church Left in Afghanistan, Says State DepartmentBy

(CNSNews.com) -- There is not a single, public Christian church left in 
Afghanistan, according to the U.S. State Department.
This reflects the state of religious 
freedom in that country ten years after the United States first invaded 
it and overthrew its Islamist Taliban regime.
In the intervening decade, U.S. taxpayers 
have spent $440 billion to support Afghanistan's new government and more 
than 1,700 U.S. military personnel have died serving in that country.
The last public Christian church in Afghanistan was razed in March 
2010, according to the State Department's latest International Religious 
Freedom Report. The report, which was released last month and covers 
the period of July 1, 2010 through December 31, 2010, also states that 
“there were no Christian schools in the country.”
“There is no longer a public Christian church; the courts have not 
upheld the church's claim to its 99-year lease, and the landowner 
destroyed the building in March [2010],” reads the State Department 
report on religious freedom. “[Private] chapels and churches for the 
international community of various faiths are located on several 
military bases, PRTs [Provincial Reconstruction Teams], and at the 
Italian embassy. Some citizens who converted to Christianity as refugees have 
returned.”
In recent times, freedom of religion has declined in Afghanistan, according to 
the State Department.
“The government’s level of respect for religious freedom in law and 
in practice declined during the reporting period, particularly for 
Christian groups and individuals,” reads the State Department report.
“Negative societal opinions and suspicion of Christian activities led to 
targeting of Christian groups and individuals, including Muslim 
converts to Christianity," said the report. "The lack of government 
responsiveness and protection for these groups and individuals 
contributed to the deterioration of religious freedom.”
Most Christians in the country refuse to “state their beliefs or gather openly 
to worship,” said the State Department.
More than 1,700 U.S. military personnel have died serving in the 
decade-old Afghanistan war, according to CNSNews.com’s database of all 
U.S. casualties in Afghanistan. A September audit released jointly by 
the Special Inspector General for Afghanistan Reconstruction and the 
State Department’s Office of Inspector General, found that the U.S. 
government will spend at least $1.7 billion to support the civilian 
effort from 2009-2011.
According to that report, the $1.7 billion excludes additional 
security costs, which the report says the State Department priced at 
about $491 million.
A March 2011 report by the Congressional Research Service showed that overall 
the United 
States has spent more than $440 billion in the Afghanistan war. 
Christian aid from the international community has also gone to aid 
the Afghan government.
Nevertheless, according to the State Department, the lack of 
non-Muslim religious centers in Afghanistan can be blamed in part on a 
“strapped government budget,” which is primarily fueled by the U.S. aid.
“There were no explicit restrictions for religious minority groups to establish 
places of worship and training of clergy to serve their 
communities,” says the report, “however, very few public places of 
worship exist for minorities due to a strapped government budget.”
The report acknowledged that Afghanistan’s post-Taliban constitution, which was 
ratified with the help of U.S. mediation in 2004, can be 
contradictory when it comes to the free exercise of religion.
While the new constitution states that Islam is the “religion of the 
state” and that “no law can be contrary to the beliefs and provisions of the 
sacred religion of Islam,” it also proclaims that “followers of 
other religions are free to exercise their faith and perform their 
religious rites within the limits of

Buat sebagian orang Islam, cowok jg dilarang unt nunjukin lutut ke bawah di 
muka umum, jadi kalo main sepakbola jg hrs pake celana panjang.

Apa penafsiran mereka itu ngawur? Kagak koq, krn ada dalilnya.

Hehehe dulu di milis orang Islam selalu ngoceh ttg dalil2 di Islam, kalo ga 
salah si Abbas Amin dulu jg doyan ngocehin dalil2 tsb, sekarang di milis ini 
bahkan kagak ada yg berani ngoceh ttg Islam sama sekali krn ada al ustadz di 
milis ini.
