[Qgis-user] Help for crossing data with fragstats and QGIS
Good morning. I am trying to make maps in QGIS with information provided through landscape metrics obtained through the program fragstats. The input used to enter Fragstats is a sorted raster generated in QGIS; The raster is made up of two values: 1 (wells and paths) and 0 (matrix). My problem is that I do not know how to curl the table with the results of the metrics that Fragstats gives me to be able to make a map. For example a map with patch density (number of patches per 100 hectares). I hope you can help me. Thank you! [Qgis-user] Remplace identify features in a raster image
Hello people! How are you? I have a raster image in tiff format, which is classified into 4 groups (1,3,4 and 5). I want to replace data (Identify features) 1 to "subarbustiva Estepa" value 3 to "graminosa Estepa" and the value 4 to "subarbustiva Estepa low coverage" and the value 5 by "shrubby steppe". Re: [Qgis-user] no data in raster calculator NDVI
Hi!!! I am working with SPOT 5 image. First I transforme the image with TOA plugin, and with datas I did the NDVI.To perform the calculation of NDVI I use the raster calculator. In QGIS v. 2.8.3. From the Raster tool -> Raster calculator. And there select the appropriate bands for the calculation (NIR-R / NIR + R). The output file generated is a geotiff, which has a large number of pixels no data (no data). Therefore I would like to know why this occurs and how I can do about it. Thanks!!! I am working with QGIS 2.0. I want to make a comparison between vegetation indices from a Landsat image (spatial resolution 30 m) and a SPOT image (spatial resolution 10 m). To do this, I need to bring resolution SPOT 30 m. I was trying to do but could not. Could you help me?. thanks very much! ___ Qgis-user mailing list Qgis-user@lists.osgeo.org http://lists.osgeo.org/mailman/listinfo/qgis-user
Re: [Qgis-user] TAB file export
Hello. I'm trying to make a comparison of vegetation indices from a SPOT image (spatial resolution 10 m) and Landsat (30 m spatial resolution). To make this work I have to change the pixel size for the 2 images have the same resolution. How I can do this? I'm new to this and the truth is much more complicated to me to do it. Thank you very much. I welcome your suggestions. 2014-06-11 16:52 GMT-03:00 Saulteau Don : > > Ross >>> >>> On 11/06/14 06:23, Brett Adams wrote: >>> >>> I keep getting an error >>> >>> Export to vector file failed. >>> >>> Error: Feature write errors: >>> >>> Feature creation error (OGR error: Failed writing geometry for >>> feature id 1 in >>> >> > > I usually get that error when some of the shapefile features are "invalid". > Did you get a chance to check for validity of the features in the > shapefile? > > In QGIS you can use the "Topology Checker" plugin. > Or Vector > Geometry Tools > Check Geometry Validity. > > > > > Donovan > ___ > Qgis-user mailing list > Qgis-user@lists.osgeo.org > http://lists.osgeo.org/mailman/listinfo/qgis-user > ___ Qgis-user mailing list Qgis-user@lists.osgeo.org http://lists.osgeo.org/mailman/listinfo/qgis-user
