[Qgis-user] Help for crossing data with fragstats and QGIS

2017-03-20 Thread Mariana Buzzi
Good morning. I am trying to make maps in QGIS with information provided
through landscape metrics obtained through the program fragstats. The input
used to enter Fragstats is a sorted raster generated in QGIS; The raster is
made up of two values: 1 (wells and paths) and 0 (matrix). My problem is
that I do not know how to curl the table with the results of the metrics
that Fragstats gives me to be able to make a map. For example a map with
patch density (number of patches per 100 hectares).
I hope you can help me. Thank you!

[Qgis-user] Remplace identify features in a raster image

2016-06-02 Thread Mariana Buzzi
Hello people! How are you?

I have a raster image in tiff format, which is classified into 4 groups
(1,3,4 and 5). I want to replace data (Identify features) 1 to
"subarbustiva Estepa" value 3 to "graminosa Estepa" and the value 4 to
"subarbustiva Estepa low coverage" and the value 5 by "shrubby steppe".

Can you help me, please?

Re: [Qgis-user] no data in raster calculator NDVI

2016-04-07 Thread Mariana Buzzi
Hi!!!
I am working with SPOT 5 image. First I transforme the image with TOA
plugin, and with datas I did the NDVI.To perform the calculation of NDVI I
use the raster calculator. In QGIS v. 2.8.3. From the Raster tool -> Raster
calculator. And there select the appropriate bands for the calculation
(NIR-R / NIR + R). The output file generated is a geotiff, which has a
large number of pixels no data (no data). Therefore I would like to know
why this occurs and how I can do about it.
Thanks!!!

Regards,
Mariana

Good night people!
I'm making masks that correspond to landscape units (LU). The polygon
corresponds to the LU called pampas. This polygon was done through the
creation of a vector and scanned with mouse function of landscape features
shape. As you can see, my first problem emerges at that I can not cut the

The second problem arises with me snnapping options. I need to do two

I hope you can help me.

[Qgis-user] Reclass Vector

2015-08-16 Thread Mariana Buzzi
HELLO Guys!!

I want to make a demarcation of a nature reserve area, considering the
wealth of species and the conservation value of each. For this purpose in
the area of study I designed a grilling in which I included the species
richness and other gridding the area in which I included the conservative
value species.

What I do now is a relclasificación of these data as follows:
For cells with conservative values [1-4) set the value of 1.
For cells with conservative [4-32 values) set to 0.

Once this is done, I want to make an intersection of information, to
establish the relationship between the areas defined as priority and
species richness.

My problem starts to perform the mecionada reclassification, ie designate
values of 0 and 1 at intervals raised. The other problem is how do I make
the crossing of information? What function the qgis?

Thank You
I await your news

Hello everybody!!!

I'm trying to calculate the NDVI with Landsat 8 image, I downloaded from
the USGS site. The first thing to do is to rescale the values of
reflectance and radiance at TOA. So I found a plugin (PGeosud: TOA
Reflectance). However, I used this plugin for bands 4 and 5. The study area
is composed of three units of landscapes. Plains, valleys and coastal
canyons where vegetation varies considerably. To avoid saturation of the
NDVI, I made a mask of each of them and I calculated the index. The problem
is that: when I apply the raster calculator I get the following error. What
can I do?

[Qgis-user] Asking for NDVI_Landsat 8

2014-06-18 Thread Mariana Buzzi
Dear QGIS users,

I wanted to consult on the calculation of NDVI with Landsat 8. I Download a
USGS Landsat image 8, so I have all the bands that make up the image. The
question is: should I perform a "merge" with the bands 4 and 5 and then
calculate the NDVI with the raster calculator? How should I do it?

Of course, thank you very much!

[Qgis-user] Snnapping options

2014-06-17 Thread Mariana Buzzi
Hi!!!

I want to make a polygon, which should be attached to another that is
coterminous. When setting options Snnapping options, and try to draw the
polygon, the program tells me the following error: "The feature cannot be
added because it's geometry collapsed due to intersection avoidance" What
can I do?? Thanks so much!!!

Kiss, Mariana

[Qgis-user] PLEASE!

2014-06-12 Thread Mariana Buzzi
Hello. I have a SPOT image (spatial resolution 10 m) to which we calculated
the NDVI. Now I have to share this NDVI with NDVI-Landsat (30 m spatial
resolution) image. The problem is that I need to change the pixel size to
compare these 2 images. The truth as I don´t know haow can I do this. The
idea is to compare various vegetation indices with these 2 images. From
already thank you for your help.

Re: [Qgis-user] TAB file export

2014-06-11 Thread Mariana Buzzi
Hello. I'm trying to make a comparison of vegetation indices from a SPOT
image (spatial resolution 10 m) and Landsat (30 m spatial resolution). To
make this work I have to change the pixel size for the 2 images have the
same resolution. How I can do this? I'm new to this and the truth is much
more complicated to me to do it. Thank you very much. I welcome your
suggestions.
