We have installed the Qcontrol PE (using qtp-menu) for one domain. When we
try to get any of the logs to display we get the following response:
Bad arguments; Usage: qcontrol log_file {/path/to/logfile} {number of last
lines to display} { (optional) text to search for}
We have tried to find where we need to put the paths to all the log files,
but we have been unable to locate it.
What file do we need to edit and where is it located?

Okay, that makes more sense. Look at your logs and see if they're sending duplicates or if they're being generated by your system (you can also dig into the message headers to see this info). If the other server is generating the dupes, then it's not your problem unless you're also running that server.
