Last Thursday, I was asked to come to my Manager's office and was advised that
since my computer skills weren't up to acceptability that it was time to be
'separated' from the company which luckily my wife suggested that instead of
getting fired ask for 'retirement' and had that accepted. So, I'm now Retired
after starting in the Mobility Business (Home equipment as well as vehicle
equipment) in 1977-not a bad run for 38+ years. I've been injured since 1971,
C6/7 incomplete so maybe in the big picture it was time. So, I'll pay more
attention to this chatline and add comments as necessary.

no, it’s an in floor ramp.

spoke w/ a gentleman yesterday who said the tracks that are accessible through
the service panel which is on driver’s side underneath the van probably need to
be cleaned and then lubricated with a high pressure silicone lubricant called
lithium grease. We’re going to try that today…….praying it fixes it J

Hi,

I don't think IMS uses hydraulics, I think they are all electric.

It is probably a limit switch, but I'm not familiar with the

2002.

The 2002 is a ramp that you can push open and it unfolds in an emergency, right?

I don't think the bearings are your issue.

1. my ramp isn’t coming all the way out and isn’t pulling all the way
back in (probably 1” to 1 ½” off)……..any ideas?

2. I need to replace 5 roller bearings that are under the ramp and wonder
if I can buy somewhere…..they are a about 7/8” long, roller/bearing is just
over ½” in diameter and have CRS – 8 O2R 10RR on them

I have pictures of the roller bearings if any of you think you can help me then
I can email them to you

When using a power-washer, cover any electric motors and components in plastic
to protect them. Make sure that all rocks, sand, road tars and debris are
removed. A dry lube is better than wet lubing that may attract dust and debris.
