that's what I was going to suggest. The only problem is the slow part. You
could have your wife or anyone else prepare the meal first and then put it
in the refrigerator. Warm it up with the microwave later.

regular rice cooked in the microwave and different flavored box rises! With
race
being the foundation, one can of cream of mushroom and a can of chicken or
possibly steamed in the bag vegetables in about 10 minutes something that lasts
a couple meals. My George Foreman grill is an absolutely wonder, taking meet
straight out of the freezer into the microwave for one minute on high to
defrost
and about 10 minutes on the grill. One package of Ramen noodles and one can of
condensed vegetable soup with about a cup of water five or six minutes in the
microwave something simple and easy. Take advantage of an a caregiver who knows
how to cook to have leftovers to cover a couple days or so.

I used to flush my catheter once a week and now about every two. with a acid
solution of 120 mL held in the bladder for about 10 minutes. Old-school
urologists taught me this many years ago.

Here's my favorite easy recipe: lots of us drink cranberry juice to try to help
us avoid urinary tract infections. Lately I have been asking my caregivers to
heat up my cranberry juice in the microwave. It's nice to have something warm

Dave,

Slow cookers (crockpots) are great for simple, no mess meals. A slow cooker
meal that I enjoy is simply adding pork chops, chicken breast or cube steaks
and a can of cream of mushroom soup and cook for several hours. Serve over
rice or pasta with vegetables on the side. Yum Yum!

I would have to turn off the wheelchair after drinking the alcohol! There won't
be any walls left in the place. LOL!!!

Today I nuked some rice & aide will be learning how to fix shrimp creole.
Onions & peppers come already chopped & frozen as does the shrimp. Open a can
of tomatoes, sprinkle seasonings & 4 meals done.

Hi Dave,

Speaking of hot cranberry juice, try adding a shot or two of Amaretto and top
with whipped cream. Tastes like hot cherry pie ala mode.

Some tv dinners are great. And then there are the series of prepackaged
foods like Jenny Craig which are both healthy and wholesome. Left overs that
are packaged for individual dinners later in the week. Tossed Salad may
last for several days after making it.
