I have been a member of the list since about 1993 I think. That's about when I got my first computer. I was injured in 1991. I use to really keep up with the list and everyone. It really helped me a lot in my early years. Now I don't join in as much do to most topics being the same things we have covered several times. The list has and will remain I believe a very useful tool for all of us quads. Someone that use to post a lot was Sean something or otherwise known as Quadius I think. He was from San Diego and a very nice guy. If I can be of any help to another quad I feel I must as it was other old timers that helped me. Keep up the fight. I spend most of my time in bed and on the computer, and I don't watch much tv unless my grandson is here. My kids introduced me to Netflix and I get 7 movies a week plus I watch at least 1 instant play movie. a day . They also got me going on Facebook where I have many friends and 75 who graduated high school with me. I play farm town and farmville also on FB. I guess most of my posting is there. I still receive updates from the Q-List and read them daily. I have also found it is only a few that do post, and I am glad politics is not the lead discussion anymore. I do miss the daily grind of a para or quad that did reach out and help so many people that were new and needed info. I think that is why there aren't any new members,,there is no reason or hope that is given to the newbies so there is no reason for them to begin membership. Think of the number or people we have missed, we are leaving all the teaching about life to the professionals and we all know how that goes. ladyonwheels...@aol.com Kathy Mississippi

LOL LOL Having said that, I recently came across some old e-mails from "user names" that used to be on this list but that I have not heard from or seen posts from in years. One was "QuadPirate" and another was "BluzQuad." Then there was Keith who was from New Jersey. A couple of years ago, or a little longer, Keith and I had corresponded off list. Being longtime correspondents, I am worried about him. One was "QuadPirate" and another was "BluzQuad." Then there was Keith who was from New Jersey. A couple of years ago, or a little longer, Keith and I had corresponded off list. Being longtime correspondents, I am worried about him. Nancy, at least the one I knew, was not part of this list but from New Mobility and powerquad. She passed a few weeks ago from cancer.
