Re: [QUAD-L] Quad gut possible cure
For those that are able to use a hand bike this is one of the better ways to help your gut. It keeps it in check. Not to mention, you're burning calories at the same time. Also, for those who have bowel routines once or twice a week. This will cause you to have a little more of a belly. The gasses/toxins are not able to escape. These are just some of the things. Re: [QUAD-L] Quad gut possible cure
Speaking as a quad that has very limited sensation in the abdominal area, I do wonder if instead of a tens unit or one of those wing ding belly deflators that the FDA dismissed as useless, what if you used a crank magneto. I'm not sure how many milliamps a person can take without burning flesh, but if anything will get you doing situps, that machine should do it! Lets be realistic, its not voltage, its amperage that causes that electrical shock that burns your tastebuds. I've heard people say they get relief with a tens unit but I've heard plasebos are pretty effective too. Whatever you do, good luck. john - Original Message From: Elizabeth Treston [EMAIL PROTECTED] To: [EMAIL PROTECTED]; quad-list@eskimo.com Sent: Saturday, July 28, 2007 9:35:47 AM Subject: RE: [QUAD-L] Quad gut possible cure There's been some discussion @ the TENS at www.sciwire.com Some have had improvement From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: Friday, July 27, 2007 6:15 PM To: quad-list@eskimo.com Subject: Re: [QUAD-L] Quad gut possible cure In a message dated 7/27/2007 5:09:23 P.M. Jim, I nearly guarantee that the only thing this device will shrink is the amount of cash in your checking account. I wish any solution could be that simple. They advertise you can get the workout while sitting in a chair. I am C-56 10 yrs. post. But I have some abdominal muscle working still. My hope and prayer would be this could wake up muscles nerves that haven't been very active and reduce the size of my belly baby. They offer an 8 week moneyback guarantee. Maybe theres hope for our belly. Glory to GOD Sincerely, Jim http://www.slendertone.com/en/buy-online.php I have a dream that one day soon, all people with physical challenges will be treated equally. I will not let things I am not able to do yet, Stop what the LORD I can. !!!
