Sjamsir,
Thank you for asking. Sorry to say the whole situation is unbelievable. No he's
not back in New Jersey. This is what I've found out with the help of a friend
in Indonesia. My husband has a wife of over 10 years in indonesia and a young
daughter with her. Making his visa application false and perjured and
subjecting him to punishment. My friend brought a copy of my marriage book to
the office of Agama and found my book is a fraud and so was my marriage. All an
act supposedly, but it got by US Immigration. So although I am not married in
Indonesia, USA accepts me as married. A problem I need to correct, but Agama
office will not give a letter stating fraud unless the authorities request it.
I am working on trying to find who that is. My friend visited my husband I
have photo of him with his wife and child, photo of his home and a recording of
a conversation where he describes how he got home. In indonesian so I
don't understand much but the gist is: he and his whole family used me to get
anything I could send from america and of course my money. It was his family
who sent him money (from what I sent him) to get home. He came here to see
america and get the visa and benefits of being my spouse here and school. But
he missed his family and wanted to leave. He spent weeks telling me I killed
him by forcing him to leave our home by our argument which is not true but he
trieS and demanding money from me. As I refused to send money, he now wants to
divorce. He believes the visa he has now will allow him entry to USA whenever
he wants for 2 years and he doesn't need the green card that he left without.
So, right now I am working on getting proof of his fraud to prevent him from
ever coming here again, a case to put judgment against him for money I sent
him, and terminating the marriage. Not easy as getting things done in
indonesia is difficult at best. I also am
trying to find a way to point out to our fine government how they failed as
well. Failing to find a 10 year marriage during months of background checks,
holding a fraud marriage book in their hands and not knowing it, how a missing
person gets on an international flight undetected, are all pretty big mistakes
they made. It is all just crazy. Any tips you can give for getting things done
in indonesia would be appreciated. Anyway, I appreciate your asking. I hope all
is well and appreciate how everyone tried to help me before. Now I am trying to
resolve the issues and move on with life.

Sincerely,
Lori.
