The RC210 needs .5 to 2.5 volts of audio, I don't think you're getting near that much where you're connected. The connection you're using is directly from the discriminator. Try getting the audio connection through a .1 uF Mylar capacitor to J2-14 (where you put the jumper to J2-6). Gerald Yahoo!
