o   Regulatory Compliance Mandates including but not limited to SOX, HIPAA,
GLBA, FFIEC, NERC CIP, etc.

   - Knowledge of

CISSP, ITIL, and IBM Tivoli certifications are desirable. Experience in
Production level support for onsite and offshore teams during their

Demonstrable Industry Vertical knowledge in Healthcare, Energy and
Utilities, Finance, and Retail and Distribution is a plus. Considerable
travel is required and is determined by the location of client engagements.

A Facets Product Consultant is responsible for providing customers with
application domain expertise related to enrollment and billing
functionality. Specifically, the individual will have the following
characteristics:

   - The Facets analyst will conduct requirements discovery sessions.
   Determine how best to configure the applications within Facets to meet the
   defined requirements.
   - The role requires general consulting and Facets application skills.
   This role may require on-site participation.
   - Experience should include a strong understanding of core
   functionality, emphasizing enrollment/billing operations. Consult and
   present best practices on Medicaid, Medicare and NASCO LOB enrollment
   structure.
   - Ability to provide advanced analysis, problem-solving, and interpret
   application configuration.
   - Good knowledge of Facets data structures.
   - Must be able to liaison effectively with business and technical groups
   and transfer Facets application knowledge to customer staff.
   - Clearly articulate(both verbal and written) issues and provide
   alternative solutions.
   - Excellent in working with onshore/offshore resource models.

*Position: DevOps Engineer (Service Transaction)*

*Location: St. Louis, MO (preferred) Denver, CO (Secondary) – Onsite from

*JOB SUMMARY*

This position is within the Digital Platforms Organization’s Buyflow
Services department, which supports the front end applications and edge
services delivering the majority of the sales orders into our Fortune 100
Company. Our Service Transition Engineers play a critical role in ensuring
the application support teams are set up for success as new application
platforms become operational. As the Platform Development team begins the
build process, these individuals are actively engaged in learning the
application’s architecture, functional purpose, and all its ancillary
properties (e.g., deployment pipeline, monitors), and assisting the build
team wherever possible to learn by doing. In parallel, the Service
Transition Engineers prepare and present training documentation to the
application support teams.  Once the application is launched into
production, they continue to monitor incidents and changes, and assist the
support teams in a consultative manner.  They then take these lessons
learned and apply them to future transition cycles.  When they are not
actively supporting a build project, Service Transition Engineers are
studying the latest tools and technologies and helping the Process &
Compliance team solidify their operational support documents.

To succeed in these efforts, this person must be technically proficient,
well spoken, possess good presentation skills, and have the desire to be a
subject matter expert and a team player.



*RESPONSIBILITIES*

•Interviewing subject matter experts and reviewing
documentation to identify the key architectural, operational, and
functional elements of the application platforms.

•Configuring and testing deployment pipelines.

•Assisting in investigating performance, monitoring,
integration, and automation issues.

•Leading constructive retrospective and debriefing sessions to
improve the transition process.

•Auditing and performing gap analysis of operational process
documentation, pulling in technical teams and SMEs and needed, including DR
plans, access management policies, SDLC documents, and data flow diagrams.

•Identifying opportunities for and develop automated jobs to
improve application support processes.

•Aiding in the development and maintenance of configuration
standards and platform engineering best practices.

•Hosting knowledge sharing sessions with the application
support team members and their leadership.

•Assisting the build team by identifying quality gaps posing
risks to application security and compliance.

•Reviewing configuration standards and operational runbook
documentation for completion, accuracy, and value.



*PREFERRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE*

•3+ years as a DevOps engineer and a total of 7+ years in
application support.

•2+ years supporting applications in an AWS experience.

•2+ years supporting applications in a Linux/Unix-based,
on-premises environment.

•5+ years writing automation scripts using CI tools such as
Jenkins, Gitlab CI, or Bamboo. RPA development a plus.

•Expertise in developing continuous deployment pipelines.

•Experience working with containers and container orchestration
tools.

•Advanced experience using monitoring tools such as Splunk,
AppDynamics, and Datadog.

•Experience developing content on Confluence using a wide array
of macros.

•Very strong written and verbal communication skills with the
ability to capture and articulate technical and non-technical details,
create process flow charts, and host presentations, retrospectives, and
debriefing sessions.

•Previous experience working in an eCommerce environment
supported by an ITIL-structured operations organization is a big plus.

•A strong, team oriented spirit, and a positive, exuberant
personality focused on learning and overcoming obstacles.

Acts as a liaison between product, business analysis, technical, and
project delivery teams. Owns and manages all processes related to business
requirements, wireframes, business rules:
• Bridge technical delivery and business teams to ensure readiness of
requirements for handoff to begin grooming and development.
• Manage and standardize tools and systems used to manage business
requirements and rules using Smartsheet, Confluence, and Jira.
• Meet weekly with wireframe teams to align on current status and issues.
• Align wireframe team focus based on priority and requirements readiness.
• Standardize and improve wireframe processes to increase delivery speed.
• Facilitate handoff timing of completed wireframes to development teams.
• Host regular reviews of existing business rules and requirements meetings
with product managers and business analysts to refine and update.
• Lead leadership review and approval of business rule changes.
• Review project requirements to identify and document impacts to business
rules.
• Regularly communicate status of business rules to stakeholders.
• Become subject matter expert on current business rules and requirements
processes.

   data warehousing).
   - Knowledge of Banking & Marketing – with ability to interpret
   definitions and calculations from business language to developer logic.
   - Experience with portfolio management, CDP (Customer Data Platform) and
   related reporting.
   - Have experience using business intelligence reporting tools like
   Tableau, PowerBI
   - Expertise with Data Analytics best practices.
   - Strong experience required in documenting Data requirements, analyzing
   gaps, identifying data solutions and insights and building consensus on the
   same.
   - Possess a strong foundation in data analytics, an understanding and
   foundation in data science.
   - Have exposure to statistical modeling experience (R, SAS, SPSS).
   (Preferred).
   - Strong visualization design and development experience with Tableau

   Proven leadership capabilities, assisting as Scrum Master, experience with
