[sdre-l]: It isn't that bad!!!
Dude, you guys have been sooo hard on SDRE'S live cd/video and the way that he sings. But come on, I think that you guys wouldnt have been happy with it no matter how well they did it. Also, I love the way that jeremy sings on the old albums also, but maybe he has matured/is taking better care of his voice. I mean it is still good so just take it for what it's worth and go on. Maybe there will be a little bit of screaming in there upcoming album (but I doubt it) well that is all that I have to say. David B. Play list=get up kids, Lp2 and live album __ Do You Yahoo!? [sdre-l]: movie news...
Hey kids. Some of you may or may not already know this, but in any case I'll tell you. If you're interested in hearing a Jeremy Enigk song (Abegail Anne) in a movie...check out "Dream with the Fishes". It stars David Arquette (spelling?) and to be honest, it's not that bad of a movie. The song occurs towards the endin a bit of a sad scene (how appropriate). So anyway, that's it. Just a little tidbit of info to keep you all smiling. Take care. Chrisfromflorida

[sdre-l]: The whole screaming thing...
I've been sitting here and reading these emails week after week about the screaming. Yes, I got diary first and I really felt his passion when he screamed. It did alot, but now with the live album and How It Feels he isnt screaming. So what. Its not like he isnt passionate about what he is singing anymore. Its not like the only way you can express emotion is by screaming. Leave the man alone. In my opinion his voice sounds better then it ever has before. I get into the parts where he expands his abilities more then when he just screams. Well thats all I really have to say I guess. SDRE is still rocking. I'm in love with all of there albums. Well that my opinion I guess, All the love Matt
[sdre-l]: crowd frustrations
Hello everyone, Last night I was pretty excited to go to a show, The Get Up Kids were playing and while I had heard *of* them I never got a chance to hear them. I apologize to anyone who likes them , but in my opinion, I was very, very disappointed. But this is all beside the fact, I swear, no matter where I went, I was standing next to ( what I thought to be) THE most annoying and obnoxious people I have ever encountered at a show. What *did* make it so bad was that this place was packed- maybe 4 inches personal space. One guy and his girlfriend were kissing and fondling, others were pushing each other into other people, and falling all over the place (while no music played mind you) tickling, screaming... OK, my real point is that every Sunny Day show I've been to, it has still been packed, yet everyone is so considerate, respectful, and pretty friendly. I just want to say thanks. If you do any of the aforementioned things, please get a clue. And to everyone else, thank you for taking showers before shows and such and practicing good show ettiqette, and thanks for giving me one more reason to love Sunny Day, and, can I please stand next to you at the next show? Sincerely, Lori If anyone was at that show, (Unitarian Church, 22nd + Chestnut, Phila.,PA) could you tell me who the band was who played before The Get Up Kids? (With the big hair?) They were awesome. __ Get Your Private, Free Email at http://www.hotmail.com
