Re: Proposed CS protocol version 1.1

single type of light bulb and just line up a few sources for it?

 Mike,

From the recent discussions, I've gathered that the bulb actually
does not function as a current limiter, because 25 or 40 milliamps
(allowed by the commonly available small bulbs) is too high of a
current to produce 'desirable' CS production. (The bulb does
serve to indicate remaining battery strength, and to limit battery
drain in case of an electrode short circuit.)

Reports indicate that the desired smaller sized CS particles are
produced when using lower currents. So far, 8 milliamps seems to
be approximately the maximum desired current. I'm inferring
 this from the following:

Please note this was done using 36 vdc:

When the current reached approx. 3.0 ma the wispy discharge
would become apparent. From this point on the current would
increase at a quicker rate due of course to the increased
conductivity of the CS solution. When the current read
8.0 - 10.0 ma I noticed something different occur. In
addition to the CS 'floating' around in the vicinity of the
electrodes there was also a rather thick 'stream' of CS that
was sinking to the bottom of the container.

I've thought of a simple current limiting design. It uses 2 or 3
pairs of electrodes configured with one center anode, surrounded
by a circle of 3, 4, or 5 cathodes wired in parallel to the anode.

The battery output will be limited to 25 milliamps, by feeding it
through 2 or 3 of the 12v x 25 ma bulbs wired in series, to handle
either 24-27 or 36 vdc. (Radio Shack bulbs, part number 272-1141A)

The parallel circuit, per-cathode current will thus be limited to
 a maximum of 1/3, 1/4, or 1/5 of the bulb's 25 ma -- that is: 8.33,
6.25, or 5.0 milliamps. The smallest CS particle size would then
be obtained by using the 6-electrode (5-cathode) design with only
 5 ma per cathode.

Note: With multiple cathodes, increasing the center anode surface
area may additionally improve the production of the smaller sized
CS particles. This is a reason to test the results of using larger
sized .999+ silver coins and ingots, or a longer length of silver
 wire(s) for a center anode.

For that matter, why not try a (nickel free) stainless steel sleeve
about 3 inches in diameter by 5 inches long (submerged length) for
a cathode, with a large silver (several coins in a row?) anode
positioned along the vertical center line of the cylinder. This
would distribute the current flow over a relatively huge area, and
perhaps rapidly produce the smallest of CS particles.

We *still* have to detail procedures for using a TDS-1 or other

 Question:
Can the range of effects of the shipping of samples be predicted ?
To answer that might require extensive testing in and of itself.

What are the effects of moving at various speeds thru various
geomagnetic (and geopathic) flux lines, and the simultaneous,
unpredictable temperature and vibration parameters -- not to
mention cell phones, truck phones, police radar, and the high-

Personally, I wouldn't place any bets without at least several
well designed and closely monitored tests. Could all of our
experimental results become skewed or compromised by introducing
so many unknowns and variables ??

I use a one quart (1 litre) bottle that can hold electrodes with
5 inches (125 mm) of wetted length, leaving a 1/2 inch (12 mm) gap
to the bottom of the bottle.

Perhaps a larger gap between the electrode and the bottle might be

The electrode holder design affects the required bottle height.

Re: Darkfield microscopy

1998-08-02 Thread Jeffrey La Favre
One thing that is possable is checking the sizes of particals with the
darkfield. If we want a uniform size partical and if it is viewed to be
many different sizes under the darkfield then we know that something
has to be changed. If we know that we need .001 and we know that it's
not possable to see .001 under the m-scope but we see particals then
we know that they aren't .001. So we take a picture filter and look again.

Good point. If you have a filter that that cuts off at say 0.05 microns,
then you should filter out all particles that are resolvable in the
microscope. However, you have to make sure you are not also filtering out
smaller particles as well. Since the CS particles are charged, you must
insure that they are not retained on the filter due to the charge, only due
to their size. I think someone already talked about this. The CS particles
carry a positive charge, correct? Then you must insure that the filter does
not carry a negative charge since opposite charges attract.

Now here's something else to consider. What would happen if a person
used inferred light? What would happen to the ability to view partical size
then?

I think you are referring to infrared light, correct (I always have to look
this word up myself because I have a hard time remembering how to spell it)?
This is light that can't be seen by the human eye. Furthermore, infrared
light has longer wavelengths that visible light. Therefore, if you built a
special microscope to view with infrared, assuming you had something like a
night vision scope to visualize the infrared light, the microscope would not
resolve particles as small as those which can be resolved in a standard
light microscope. The shorter the wavelength of light, the better the
resolution. It is unfortunate that our eyes can't see in the ultraviolet
region of the spectrum. Then we could build light microscopes with higher
resolution capabilities. In fact, ultraviolet light is used for
fluorescence microscopy. In this case you use a special stain on the
specimen that will fluoresce with visible light when illuminated with UV.
In order to make this work, your condenser must be made from quartz
(expensive) because glass absorbs UV (that is why you don't get sunburned
when driving in a car all day even if the sun shines on your skin through
the windows).

Years ago I read that the thyroid can become colonized by
certain types of fungus -- something doctors never test for.
A Medline search should turn up some references:

http://www.medscape.com/misc/FormMedlineInfLive.html

Perhaps you could try a higher and more frequent use of CS.
And/or try hot castor oil packs on the throat ?
Try mixing GSE (or herbal extracts) into the castor oil ?
Or try CS applied to the skin over the thyroid ?

This is not a 'prescription', of course, but it may be
a useful 'test'.

Re: CS Immunity - IT'S ALL RELATIVE

1998-08-02 Thread likowski
Good to see Whitney admit obedience to the unknown variables by the use
of vit-C and herbs, though I would hardly classify CS as a big gun
compared to other things; big guns usually imply serious risk of
damage for the sake of killing the opponent. Has anyone ever been
seriously damaged from CS? Ozone will damage if protocols are not
carefully followed and I would bet sensitivity levels are much higher
amongst the majority than they are to CS. But ozone is a marvelous
weapon/healer even though there's a risk; *ozone* is a big gun. With
all that's UNknown about the actions of CS in the body - especially
since there are implications that we used to get so much more through
the foods we'd eat - I believe the way it's used *must* be totally up to
the individual. It's a good opportunity for the person to go deeper and
*feel* what the correct amount is. Until there is definite empirical
evidence that CS *does* interfere with the workings of our immune
systems, it's just fear to state that it would or could. Pregnant women
are advised to get enough folic acid (part of the B-vitamin complex) to
prevent their babies from being born with a disconnected spine; the
amount needed to prevent this horrible deformity is not even visible to
the naked eye. This, to me, reveals the implications of how important it
is to get the proper elements for a healthy life - amount being
relative. Who can really say what's enough - vitamins, minerals, CS or
otherwise? I was once taking 100,000 IU's of vitamin-A a day for MONTHS
as part of a medical experiment. At that level I should have experienced
some kind of side affects; they kept asking me if I was, but I wasn't...
nothing! Then there's an IV drug for fighting infections in Cystic
Fibrosis called Colymycin; *most* patients have terrible side affects
from even a small amount: Heavy urination, rubber legs and migrain
headaches. When I was on it I felt absolutely nothing - not even
tingling toes! I treat silver water as a mineral suppliment that just
*happens* to work better than a drug for my situation. Lucky me... so
far. Speaking of drugs, just what *is* a drug, in it's simplest
definition? They're *subtsances* taken for a specific reason with the
intent of getting well. This can also define what a vitamin, mineral or
CS is. When I first began studying natural healing/vitamins I read about
all kinds of illnesses due to deficiencies (imbalances) that were
cured with vitamins/minerals; that kinda sounds similar to a drug.
The point is: All these things seem to overlap at some point. How many
on this list drink coffee? Alcohol? Smoke? They're saying that a little
wine every day is good, even though the body recognizes ALL alcohol as
a poison. Coffee's a good example of paradox: When consumed *orally* it
depletes the body of valuable necessities and causes all kinds of
imbalances with implications of even contributing to some cancers; when
taken *rectally*, it initiates a purging affect that is actually used
in some cancer treatments! So, all this amounts to the individual's call
to use CS and at what amount. But, as one book says, Fate and
unforeseen occurrence befall all men (and women). *IF* it turns out
that there's a risk to using CS in the long run, that's the price you
pay for living. Think of all the other risks taken daily that are not
even considered - driving being the most obvious. One of the biggest
killers in America is falling in the bathtub and you risk more breathing
downtown city air on a smoggy day, because of all the unknown
interactions of about 13 million chemicals poured into the atmosphere
every year, than you ever could with CS. And no matter how healthy you
eat, the body automatically regards food as an invader; this is part
of digestion: The attack, breakdown and use of the invader called
food with it's inevitable toxins... kind of like what the white blood
cells do on their level. And did you know that when sperm enters a woman
much of it is *immediately* treated as an intruder and destroyed? Yet we
still have over-population. Even the growing fetus can cause chemical
changes in the woman that could end up killing her!

Seems to me the Great Infinite loves the game of Paradox.

I wouldn't be too afraid of CS. One thing is apparent just about
everywhere you look in Nature: The Universe doesn't like sissy's.

does
not make sense to wait until they have you down before defending

I should also admit that I do not always follow the theory myself. I am
already a complete vitamin C junkie, and I start in on the echinacea at
the
first sign of a cold. But I hesitate to use the big guns (CS) on every
little sore throat, fearing that I will become a CS junkie as well.

That has been my feeling for quite sometime Nancy. The SURFACE
area of smaller particles is quite astonishing. Maybe the math
pros around here could give us an laymans example of surface
area of particles that are 100ppm at .001 verses .005 for example.
I thought Reid was going to say something today about his Water-oz

I think that is a good sign and a very valid observation on his
part.
bjs

Sorry I don't have access to the higher powered m-scope any
more (had to give it back) so I can't see the partical size. I'm
using a $30 tasko scope now. It does have one advantage over the
other scope. It goes down to 60x and that alows me to see almost
all of the microbes swimming around at one time. With the other I
could only see a few at one time. By being able to see all of them
you can tell if they are all effected or just one or two.

Since Jim has a good M-scope one thing that could be done is
filter testing. Meaning, if we know that XX partical size can't
be seen by a microscope, then if he can see partical sizes above
XX, we know that we need to filter. After filtering if we still
see particals above the XX then we know we need a better filter.

Re: Smallest Particle CS: Key to killing Lyme?

1998-08-02 Thread Reid Smith
Nancy List,
A post from Christian von Wechmar earlier this spring is worth noteing;
he related making CS with a high voltage AC process, and with a ~27 VDC
process, and having the particle size of each analized with an electron
microscope at a university research facility. As I remember the results,
the HVAC CS had noteably LARGER particle sizes than the low voltage DC
generated CS in his study. Maybe Christian will summarize those findings
before you follow this approach too far.
Others have also commented on current limiting approaches possibly
producing a better CS product; I'm inclined to believe there is merit to
this thought. Higher voltage may achieve the opposite effect than what
is desirable... We'll hopefully get some feedback from the darkfield
analysis.

Voltage is the speed of electrons and amps is the quanity. There has
to be voltage to get past the resistance of the distilled water. Just
how much will depend on the resistance of the distilled water, lenght
and position of the silver wires, and will change as the distilled water
becomes filled with the silver paritcals.
