RE: CS>Re: a reason to buy 400ppm CS

2001-12-05 Thread I Anderson
Reid,

I see no problem with MSP, other than it is of high concentration.
The few cases of argyria seen recently are mostly linked to MSP
ingestion over a long period of time.

I have made some very strong CS myself, using honey as a starter, and
the result was an iridescent gold, and the same in green, both had
high turbidity and were quite beautiful.
I kept them in clear glass containers on the kitchen for quite some
time.

I'm over here, Tracy. LOL.

I re-sent the message that I sent you a week ago, which you must have
missed. It has all the info you requested.

Burning...
Why is the baby being given CS. Is there some health problem?
It could be that the entire family is suffering from some sort of
gastro infection or other malady which the CS reacts with.

I suggest you retrieve the CS from these people and try it
yourself...replace it with some that you know is ok, ie you have drunk
a sample yourself. If you do not have a burning reaction then perhaps
the family should have some tests run.

Not so Kevin. O3 will dissolve in water to eventually degrade to H2O2.
O3 will remain dissolved in room temp water for a few minutes and in
ice cold water for about 20 minutes.
Ozone can be generated using dry air quite acceptably, without the
generation of the nitric acid contaminant that would accompany 'wet'
air.

>>As for so-called "Far infrared fibres" - the concept defies basic
thermodynamics. All materials emit and absorb precisely the same

bags - it will be the "ozonated" CS doing all the work.<<

Again this is not so, as far as I know. Some elements or compounds
(silicon dioxide, aluminium oxide) will accept energy of some
wavelength and then radiate it at another, in the far infrared in this
case. All that is required is the conservation of energy.
While the same energy is output (more or less) FIR radiation is much
more efficient at heating our bodies as it is able to penetrate deeply
(unlike radiation of shorter wavelength) and is similar to the
resonant frequency of water and tissue and thus the energy is absorbed
more efficiently.

Ivan.

Re: CS>Re: a reason to buy 400ppm CS

2001-12-05 Thread Kevin Nolan
Reid, thanks for clarifying your filter manufacturing process - certainly
rules out silver nitrate. As for the dangers of protein stabilized CS, there
probably are none as far as use in your terra cotta filters are concerned,
since the CS is adsorbed - held in place - within the porous ceramic
structure. The argyria scare always seems to come back to oral or nasal use
of either silver nitrate or msp (mild silver protein - Biopur and Microdyn
would come under that category). Whether msp actually has caused argyria I
don't know, but by previous accounts it is much less effective - according
to Mark Metcalf approximately 15 times less effective than for pure CS
(presumably with particle sizes equal).

They have a Cesium product for cancer patients, however will not discuss it at

highly bio-available Cesium. Normally, cesium chloride can cause nausea,

Maybe CS can be replicated to their specification, however their other products
I've yet to see anything rival. I believe they steam distill the product to get

Judging from your remark "they do not use salt.", perhaps you didn't understand
what I was saying by "seems to me a simpler definition would suffice:
Angstrom size ionic mineral = salt (general term, not just NaCl).
Example: silver hydroxide - which is about 80-90 % of the output of a
typical home-made low tech CS generator!"

I was trying to make it clear that it was the general term "salt", meaning any
combination of (generally) metallic cation, such as Ag+, Ca++, etc, and any
anion, such as OH-, Cl-, SO4--. When dissolved in water, such salts dissociate,
either completely or partially, to produce angstrom-sized ions! Eniva are at
pains to distinguish their product as being definitely NOT a colloid, but is
both angstrom sized and ionic. Well if that's not a good definition of a
dissolved salt, what is it? Are they claiming a new state of matter? I
requested more info as per their web site offer, only to receive a strong
come-on to join as a MLM affiliate.

DG, if you are convinced their product is truly superior, I'd love to here more

CS>Re: a reason to buy 400ppm CS

2001-12-05 Thread Reid Harvey
Dear Kevin,
Thanks for your observations. While it is true that we have in the past
applied silver nitrate to the candles, PRIOR to an additional oxidation
firing, the process for application of CS does NOT involve an additional
firing. So CS is applied after the last firing and before use of the
purifier. The firing of AgNO3 involves an additonal firing so that the
NO3 will burn off in oxidation. On the other hand, one reason we're
keen on CS is that the nitrate and reduction atmosphere of the kiln
causes the candles to go black, somewhat less attractive than our
beautiful terra cotta.

As to the protein contained in Biopur and probably Microdyn, I'd like to
know what insight you may have about any deleterious effect due to this
material. I haven't seen anything on the list indicating this is a

Kevin Nolan wrote:
Some time ago there was discussion on your firing process, and I

From
memory, you soak the clay/fibre grog with "CS", then fire before using
it.
Thus the "CS" could indeed be silver nitrate or true colloidal silver -
the
end product would be a silver deposit either way. However this all is
probably academic. I don't speak Spanish, but your observation of the
Biopur
labelling:

"Nina, Your concern is quite justifiable. I have taken a magnifying
glass
to one of the little bottles of the Biopur, and this is what it has to
say:
FORMULA: Agua destilada, proteina y plata coloidal estable al 0,15%"

I'll bet that means protein stabilized colloid, 15%, in distilled water.

What's the bet Microdyn is not also protein stabilized?

Nick,

Whose CS are they using and how is it made. If it is commercial and made by the
HVAC ARC method it can have a
pH of 1.9 to 2.2 which is very acid. If the maker used a CO2 gas blanket then
the acid is carbonic like soda pop. but if
the gas cover on the brew cell is air then it is NITRIC ACID, and that is BAD
news.

CS made by the LVDC is basically about 6 pH and should not cause problems. Five
to ten part per million of silver in
distilled water should not have that kind of effect.

Re: CS>Acid/alkaline silver generator?

The main problem with combining CS making and Acid/Alkaline water generation
is one of relative magnitudes. The currents required for CS generation are
minute, whereas to make significant quantities of alkaline "microwater",
much higher currents are needed. What's more, the CS will be in the acid
half of the cell - but it is the alkaline water that is supposed to be
ingested. Moral - make them separately!

Re: CS>burning

2001-12-05 Thread Nick Grant
Hi Dean

Ivan has tested my CS in the past and it has been fine. I used cheap water
for awhile till I found out that it was a problem, then went back to the
original DW that was a lot more expensive, and that Ivan had tested. I
don't put the leads in the water and the wires are fine. I am in the middle
of getting some more from Ivan as they are pretty worn (thin).

It doesn't have this affect on anyone else that I give it to. My whole
family drink it and we have never noticed any burning.

It is a mystery to me.

I will send some up to Ivan for testing as soon as I hear from him.

IVAN are you thereYoohooo

Whoa.

How was this CS? made? It sounds like there are some contaminants.
Is the silver really .999 fine, or better? Is distilled water being
used? I hope the connections to the silver aren't in the water.

As for so-called "Far infrared fibres" - the concept defies basic
thermodynamics. All materials emit and absorb precisely the same spectrum of
heat radiation when at the same temperature. If your FIR underclothing seems
better, either it is simply better at insulating, or you are experiencing the

Nancy
If one has blood in the urine stopping it can be hazardous to your life.
See

a doctor and have cause determined. Blood in urine is rare from infection
but is sign of bladder cancer. Bladder cancer has no pain and blood in
urine

is best warning, does not always happen. As with most cancers catching it
early is important to saving bladder and possibly your life.

13 years ago passed blood, seen doctor and had x-rays, nothing showed. It
had stopped in one day so dropped interest. 6 months latter happened again.
Seen uro. had it checked with scope, had cancer. Common story with this
cancer.

Treatment is removing it, no big deal if caught early, big problem if not.
Done with scope. Has history of re-growth so must be checked often, and
removed. Scope in to bladder is done every three months to check. After 13
years and still have bladder makes me very lucky man. Bladder list I have
been on for years has lost many, it hurts even thro I have never meet them.
When it grows into muscle of bladder it can spread throughout body.

When removed their is treatment to slow regrowth but nothing certain. Lady
on list was using herbs for bleeding and seemed to work for bleeding, but
not on the cancer, when found much bigger problem.

What ever one thinks of standard medicine this is one area they are
effective. I use alternative medicine as support, and credit it for helping
to keep in under control.

Please take blood in urine seriously.

This is bladder cancer data base, best their is.

Mama,
you might suggest the flax oil. I had dandruff pretty bad around my
hairline and on my scalp but once I got on the flax oil (Barlean's or Udo's)
it has taken care of itself.

This may be a long shot, but what was the pH of the water that was used to
make the CS?

I have been meaning to write to the list anyway about making sure that the
distilled water doesn't have time to sit. When exposed to the air, distilled
water absorbs carbon dioxide, and assumes an acidic pH of 5.8. So, even
though the Silver Colloid is beneficial, ingesting acidic liquid is not. I
don't know if a pH of 5.8 is enough to cause an upset stomach.

Chemists on the list, what do you think? Or does the pH change once the
silver is in the solution?

Nina (no relation to Colloidal) Silver

CS>Acid/alkaline silver generator?

2001-12-05 Thread Mike Fuller
Hi all,

Has anyone combined the acid/alkaline water separating principle (two
electrodes separated by a semi-permeable membrane) with generating colloidal
silver? That is, use the silver as the electrodes, perhaps with a bubbler
either side of the membrane (maybe a stirrer wouldn't work in this case).

If it worked you could drink the alkaline silver solution/colloid and use
the acid one topically. Perhaps this could also be a separator of ionic and
particulate silver.

There are probably heaps of them but can anyone comment on the technical
difficulties?

Regards,

Mike Fuller

I thought we had a FAG done? Or didn't it happen?

Dosage is whatever you need to take to get results. 1-2 tablespoons a day as a
general preventative and 250 mls or 8 ounces twice a day during an illness - eg
flu or you ate out and the food was doubtful etc etc.

Remember back to last week when I said that a persons baby, after taking CS
screamed 20 minutes later.

Well, my friend who has been giving her sister (with breast cancer) CS, said

she also said her husband finds the same thing...so what is going on.
Anyone know why CS is burning peoples tummies? I have to wonder if the baby

Before everyone thinks they have bladder cancer - just wanted to highlight
what Nancy said that in Bladder cancer there are usually no pain symptoms -
in the case of blood in the urine from a bladder infection - there will
usually be pain.

Bad bladder infections usually have blood showing up.

Re: CS>does CS work for dandruff

2001-12-05 Thread Nick Grant
My daughter has cradle cap. CS works really well in controlling this. As a
hairdresser - I used to often hear people referring to dry scalp as
dandruff. Dry scalp is a natural process of the scalp flaking as new "scalp
is made".

Dandruff, on the other hand is waxy and yellow usually, and is hard to get
off the scalp. oily dandruff is even worse, in that it is your sebaceous
glands going AWOL. CS should help a bit with the latter two. Some scalp
conditions are fungal based, in which case CS would be beneficial.

Hope this helps

I just meant that I get no reports of people that try it and cure
themselves of anything, the only good reports come second hand from
those that sell it so I was hesitant as money is tight:) I have spent
alot of money on things that did not work for me.

Cs does work, but what works best for me was a tip in Dr Jarvis' book "Vermont
Folk Medicine".
He says to rub a tablespoon of corn oil into the scalp before washing the hair.
This works for any oil.
Ever since I started this I've had NO problem for lo, many many years now.
It used to be a vexing problem.
I don't even use any dandruff shampoos anymore.

I wonder if the process of aging could be slowed down if it had to go through

If one has blood in the urine stopping it can be hazardous to your life. See
a doctor and have cause determined. Blood in urine is rare from infection
but is sign of bladder cancer. Bladder cancer has no pain and blood in urine
is best warning, does not always happen.

Ozonetherapy can also be done by immersing
in temperature-adjusted ozonated water in a bath-tub. One is able to observe
the perspiration in the unsubmersed part of the body which drains part of
the
toxic load from the chemical swamp in the body. This is home-based and is
cost-effective. The only outlay is the
cost of a basic Ozone Generator and some Ozone Test
Strips.

I would be much obliged if you would kindly

Incidentally, Ozone is more than 3000 times more
effective than Chlorine in its anti-microbial range. It is
advisable to use medical grade oxygen in ozone generation for water
[drinking] and aromatherapeutic [inhalational] ozonation. I
use ozonated colloidal silver for cleansing of
soft tissue injuries [medical] and aquarium [hobby].

I wear far infra-red products, from underclothing

in FIR bags are fresher and can be kept for more than 2 weeks. Similarly,
meat soaked in ozonated colloidal silver sealed in FIR
bags keep longer.

Heh, I'm always getting testimonials like that Marshall (and I'm sure you do
too), and I find it totally laughable when I see people on the list saying that
you need specialized equipment or high PPM to get the job done, which is why I
don't even get into debates about it any more. I've seen 5ppm doses made with
a simple low tec generator get rid of everything from simple cases of pink eye
all the way to various types of cancer. What people need to realize is that
you can make the process of taking colloidal silver as difficult or as simple
as you want to, it doesn't matter, because the silver will work, as long as you
take it.

Re: CS>Colloidal Gold

Brian,

I built my own with a 15kv 60ma transformer, two gold electrodes, a
plastic food storage container, high voltage wire and a few other
miscellaneous parts from the hardware store. Total cost was about
$350. I use constant stirring (Thanks to Old Bob). My setup isn't
pretty, but makes good CG and doesn't cost $900 bucks. I'll be happy to
help you do it yourself if you are so inclined.

Re: CS>Re: Dosage

2001-12-05 Thread Marshalee Hallett

I'm sort of new to this list and am interested in taking CS for general
health reasons. Not only for me, but my wife, daughter and her 5 year old son.
What is the RECOMMENDED dosage of 5 to 10 ppm. CS?
  Adult? Per Day?
  Child?Per Day?
I tried going to the 'archives' but didn't find out much.

  Thanks, Thom

Dear Thom, Since CS is easily excreted by the body, and doesn`t build up, I
don`t worry about getting too much.
I take a big swallow once a day as a preventive, and three or more if
actively ill. That was what cured me of Lyme Disease.
My swallow measured out at 1/3 cup. A child`s mouth is smaller, so she
wouldn`t take in as much.
I hope the CS helps your family as well as it has mine!

Reid Harvey wrote:
"Kevin,
Yes, this is the greenish tinge stuff, really beautiful! When you
dilute it down, 20 to 1, you get a pale yellw and good Tyndall Effect.
Particle size doesn't bother me because I acquired this generator for
the purpose of making CS with which to saturate our water purifiers..
But please bear in mind my
original argument, that economics are such that what you see in the
flask is the appropriate alternative for the poor. If those in the know
insist that the fine particle CS is the only material that is suitable,
they are doing the poor a profound disservice."

Fair enough, Reid - as they say; horses for courses. I'm not convinced by
your argument re

"If Biopur and Microdyn
were silver nitrate the silver wouldn't lodge in the purifier matrix. It
would get washed out the very first time water was put through the
purifier. The fact that numerous lab tests have proven that the the
purifier is 100% effective at killing pathogens is proof that silver is
in there."

Some time ago there was discussion on your firing process, and I recall
Roger Altman or someone else stating that silver nitrate decomposes, in a
reducing atmosphere, to a pure silver residue over about 250 degrees C. From
memory, you soak the clay/fibre grog with "CS", then fire before using it.
Thus the "CS" could indeed be silver nitrate or true colloidal silver - the
end product would be a silver deposit either way. However this all is
probably academic. I don't speak Spanish, but your observation of the Biopur
labelling:

"Nina, Your concern is quite justifiable. I have taken a magnifying glass
to one of the little bottles of the Biopur, and this is what it has to say:
FORMULA: Agua destilada, proteina y plata coloidal estable al 0,15%"

I'll bet that means protein stabilized colloid, 15%, in distilled water.
What's the bet Microdyn is not also protein stabilized?

CS>bladder infection

2001-12-05 Thread Tad Winiecki
I am new at using CS- hope to get a generator soon. Some herbs that are
good for a bladder infection grow as weeds in my yard, and they are very
good medicine.

Ribwort Plantain- described as the #1 heat-clearing herb in "The Energetics
of Western Herbs", by Peter Holmes- an excellent herbal book in 2 volumes
that applies Chinese medicine principles to Western herbs, many of which
can be found commonly growing wild over much of the US and are considered
just weeds.

Cleavers- the plant with leaves in whorls and the tiny hooks that will
fasten it to your clothes. Good also for swollen lymph nodes in the neck
after infections.

Self-heal- good fresh and the Chinese also dry the flower heads.

They can heal a bladder infection with blood in the urine in only 3-4
hours. Blend fresh herbs in water, pour through a strainer, and drink.
Where I live they are even available fresh in the winter. Mint or lemon
balm can be added for taste.

The web site is a bit confusing (they are working on it, I think). I
always call to make certain I get what I want.

  Hi Thom,

I personally take about a cup a day. It is hard to give exact amounts, as
I keep a bottle in the bathroom and take a mouthful swish it around for a
few minutes and swallow every time I go in there.

My granddaughter (20 Mo.) gets about 1/4 cup a day. When she is at my
house, she likes it when I squirt her in the mouth with my spray bottle.
This is done several times a day as well as giving her a teaspoon in am and
pm.

Hope this helps. You cannot overdose on it, but you should work up
gradually to avoid a herx reaction.
