2002-10-22 Thread James Osbourne, Holmes
It would be interesting to see who set up that data collection site and who
will have access to the information gathered, and for what purposes. Will
the information be used to objectively evaluate, to promote or to debunk?

Will the reports generated draw selectively on the data?

Dear List Members,

Columbia University is requesting information from patients and health
care providers about promising CAM therapies for serious illness based
upon your experiences.

There are people who see this as a threat to the status quo and their
own personal interests. They are well-organized and committed to not
allowing CAM to become more widely accepted and available.

You can help by going to Columbia University's website and
submitting your experiences with CAM in treating serious illnesses.

resolve itself, and is seldom curable.

CSUnusually effective Pain Reliever

2002-10-22 Thread Brooks Bradley
Although off-topic, I feel the following
information may be of value
to some list members who may not be subscribed to the Off-topic list.
Recently, we completed some evaluation studies
involving a multiplicity of pain relievers/controllers and systemic
abatements. A significant number were quite effective, but many were
marginal in their effectivenessespecially when addressing high-order
pain presentations.
From among the candidates, one emerged as superior
(in our studies) as an address to both generalized systemic pain.and
major pain associated with trauma-induced presentations. This
substance, marginally-available through allopathic commerce channels,
is identified as ABT-594. Although not of recent discovery, it has not
(in our opinion) been sufficiently researched.for its excellent
supportive characters when addressing continuous, high-order pain
confrontations.
This substance is a synthesized version of
epibatidine (derived from a species of poison dart frog), a venom-type
toxin exhibiting VERY powerful toxicity which is powerfully reflected in
the nervous system of many mammals.
Some list members may recall I made a post about two
years ago, referring to another venom-derived pain killer..one
extracted from a species of cone snail. An FDA approval is in Phase 3,
at present. The commercial substance is identified as Ziconotide, and
is considered several hundred times as effective as morphine and other
opiate-derived drugs (or so evidence indicates)..when used as a pain
abatement.
Interested list members may, quite easily, conduct a
general literature search on the Internet. However, for the lay person
with limited technical expertise, I offer an easily-digested url for
preliminary acquaintance.

I hope this information is of some value to some of
you.
Sincerely, Brooks Bradley.

CSMS info and Silver...

2002-10-22 Thread SilverMedicine.org
Nancy:

In your writing, you state that you began taking colloidal silver @ 2 ounces
twice daily. I'm assuming you purchased this silver premade... Do you remember
what brand?

When you started using your colloidal silver ( week 14? ), can you describe the
process or machine you used?

I see that the second section in your writing is dated August 2002... When did
the writing first begin? Or at least, about when did the silver start? About
August 2000?

Can you confirm, just for the record, that the product used via IV was
Argentum 23 by Natural Immunogenics? Were they doing 5 ml infusions?

I don't suppose you happen to have ( or could possibly get from the MD ) a copy
of a before and after MRI?

And, when were you initially diagnosed with MS?

Sorry about all the questions!

An amazing journey indeed.

Warm Regards,

 I finally tried

I got it from Smith silver. I read a book entitled How to beat ms and
what your doctor didn't tell you by Nadine Wooley. The author sells CS under
the name Smith silver. It is made by equipment purchased from C S Prosystems
10 PPM

When you started using your colloidal silver ( week 14? ), can you describe

   That is correct

It is Argentum 23 that was used in the IV and they used the suggestions

volume, the second was 50cc and the third was 60 cc

They said the could not compare to well because of all the equipment changes in
12 years. There were more lesions (I knew that since I was progressing
rapidly), but there were no recent lesions. I had a third MRI 9/02. There
again were no new lesions.

And, when were you initially diagnosed with MS?
I had symptoms since 1962 but I was not officially diagnosed until the

...Please do tell, what exactly is real?

It's a thing that happens to you. When a child loves you for a long,
long time, not just to play with, but REALLY loves you, then you become
Real.

Does it hurt? asked the Rabbit.

Sometimes, said the Skin Horse, for he was always truthful. When you
are Real you don't
mind being hurt.

Does it happen all at once, like being wound up, he asked, or bit by
bit?

It doesn't happen all at once, said the Skin Horse. You become. It
takes a long time. That's
why it doesn't happen often to people who break easily, or have sharp
edges, or who have to be
carefully kept. Generally, by the time you are Real, most of your hair
has been loved off, and
your eyes drop out and you get loose in your joints and very shabby. But
these things don't matter
at all, because once you are Real you can't be ugly, except to people
who don't understand.

I suppose you are real? said the Rabbit. And then he wished he had not
said it, for he thought
the Skin Horse might be sensitive. But the Skin Horse only smiled.

The Boy's Uncle made me Real, he said. That was a great many years
ago; but once you are
Real you can't become unreal again. It lasts for always.
