The soap brushing did not help me. I did it for, oh, close to a year, I

Might have worked better if I could have taken the C/baking soda, but it
made me sick to my stomach.

Thanks for the information on the salt. I hadn't thought of the brine
idea. I assumed you used the salt grains right in your mouth, which is
why I wondered about the size of the grains.
I wondered about the vit c/baking soda thing that the doctor talks

CS>Bob Berger's address, please use it!!

2006-01-25 Thread M. G. Devour
Hi gang,

Let me just chime in here and say that Tony and Rich's advice is very
good. Bob's address is in the headers of every one of his messages to
the list, if you know how to look for them. If not, bober...@swbell.net
is indeed his address. I'm sure he's handling the replies mostly in
private e-mail, for which we can all be grateful.

You really *don't* want to post your personal information on any public
forum, and I don't want a lot of commercial activity (however benign)
coloring the list. So, please watch the To: address on your e-mails.

And you don't need to worry or feel like you should apologise if you
did, just because I've said somthing!! It's allright. This happens all
the time!

Thanks!

Be well,

Hi Debbie,
Gargling and sniff salt water 1/4 teaspoon in 8z water will probably do it in
my
opinion. take some vit C and do CS preventatively and you have licked it for
sure.

However any cold / flu is difficult to get rid of once the virus gets

Re: CS>MSM dosage?!

2006-01-25 Thread Tony Moody

Hey Pete,
Welcome back,

Don't know anything practical about msm. And I think there was a recent thread
here
about eis and o2.

I would start of with painting the snoz with very dilute DMSO ( 5% or maybe 10
% in
water or even better in CS). Or you could paint straight dmso on soles of your
feet.
Dmso can sting quite a bit on the skin so it is better to dilute and maybe
apply more
often as you feel. Just let the first lot absorb and apply some more if you
want to.

At one time I was with a friend who was doing dmso and I went along for
interest
sake. I took a teaspoon twice a day of the straight stuff 99%. It actually
tastes quite
pleasant, slightly sweet and with a syrupy/ oily mouth feel. And it warms up a
bit as it
becomes dilute.

Get used to the idea that dmso goes straight out through your skin and can
stink up
the whole house. You might have to move to the doghouse. 's all right, the dogs
will
get up and leave you alone. This does not happen to everyone. Depends on your
body chemistry I suppose, I stank and my friend did not. One of my kids didn't
mind,
the other joined a fishing boat.

Extremely diluted and rubbed on the hands and smell that, it has exquisite,
elusive,
changing woody / foresty tones.

Best of Luck,
Tony
