The soap brushing did not help me. I did it for, oh, close to a year, I think. Over the time I used it my teeth began to get sensitive again. Might have worked better if I could have taken the C/baking soda, but it made me sick to my stomach.

I wondered about the vit c/baking soda thing that the doctor talks about to reknit the gums to the teeth. I sure wish I knew someone who tried this to see if it works. I hate to waste my time on stuff that doesn't work. LOL
