Hi Debbie, Gargling and sniff salt water 1/4 teaspoon in 8z water will probably do it in my opinion. take some vit C and do CS preventatively and you have licked it for sure.
However any cold / flu is difficult to get rid of once the virus gets encapsulated in mucous.
