The vet keeps "blanks", chooses the closest fit, and then adds more of
the whatever it is made out of to customize/mold the fit.. Takes about
20-30 minutes. Mine cost about $320? FWIW, the "regular" full upper hard
guard my regular dentist fit me for was very painful, I couldn't weat
it, and the later soft ones he did made me worse.
After years of TMJ, 7 abscesses and root canals, and 3 apiecoectomies
for failed root canals, and finally having constant migraine like
headaches, I found a TMJ specialist, and got my whole bite fixed and
stabilized, and the treatment gradually created space between my jaw
bones and the ear bones, which was not there when I started treatment.
That course of treatment took over 6 months, and the appliance alone was
over $700. The whole treatment was several thousand dollars, which our
insurance would not pay for. So for me, when the appliance needed to be
replaced it was well worth it to try the NTI. And it is working fine for
me. I did have to go back once to have it fine tuned, and was not
charged for that visit. I find it much more comfortable than the one
that covered all my upper teeth. But it was all worth it for me. I've
not had another abscess so far, and its been over 10 years now.
Also, when I was introduced to CS I found a daily swish and hold for
several minutes of CS after my bedtime toothbrushing has reduced my
tooth sensitivity by about 90%.

I understand that Xylitol gum will help rebuild enamel on teeth and fill in
caries. It has been recommended for children to chew for 15 minutes or so
after every meal.

Very nice flavors.
www.vrp.com is where I get it and info is available re its' value for other
things too, ok for diabetics. For those unfamiliar with it,it's a natural

Google it too.

Karen, thanks for the info!
I ordered Dr. Harry's tooth system and bought Uncle Tom's paste for sensitive
teeth today. My teeth are not decaying. They are getting worn probably from
grinding. I also checked my saliva ph today before a meal and it was 6.6 -
does anyone know if that's acid or alkaline? I thought it was neutral to
alkaline. But at night I often have indigestion. I'm going to start checking
my ph regularly.

A while back Daddybob mentioned different forms of magnesium and calcium. I've
tried so many and they don't really agree with me. If you're reading this DB,
what was the type that helped you sleep, was it Cal and Mag Citrate? You also
mentioned Taurate.

Thanks to all who are responding. Jess

I have come not to doubt that. It's just that $2000.00 is never handy
when I need it, and when I do have it, nothing is wrong enough to
make me want to buy the unit. So far we've done extraordinarily well
with many low expense treatements for many things, but I know, we
have got to bite the bullet and buy one of these things.

I know... I hated soending the money too, but I consider it one of my
wisest investments ever...

Just be sure that it is one of Sauls (Plasmafire) machines that you get.
The Cold plasma design he builds is based on Nikola Teslas original
device (built to last forever) - with upgraded electronics of course -
and comes with a lifetime warranty, best service imaginable, etc etc...

You can buy his cheaper model, and he will give you full credit later on
for the larger model if you decide you want to do ozone saunas (also
highly recommended, but requires the higher output of the larger model).

Wayne said:

 >>About 80 % of what people say is not worth hearing

Hi Wayne & others,

When I first came down with cfids, it really (still
does) affected my brain function. People would come
by to 'visit', and all their talking made me sick,
really physically sick. It was then I realized you
need your brain to even listen to people talk. It was
also then I thought to myself, 'I guess people really
talk more to hear themself talk rather than to
communicate because all that talking is just making me
sick!' It really was even too hard to simply listen
to people talk.

Well, that was when I was really sick and just about
anything made it worse. However, since then, I still
think much of what is said is not really pertinent,
but rather than thinking it's just to hear themself
talk, I now realize it is simply a very social thing
people use to interact with each other. Now when
somebody does give one line answers to a question or
sometimes even a single word answer, I find myself
wishing they would have said more so that I could have
gotten to know them a little better. lol

Gail
ps. btw, I still think piracetam works really well
for brain funtion. At least it seems to be helping
me.
It also works well along with curcumin.

for the teeth grinding also.

Look up the word remineralize and teeth

Remineralize Products: Look up Novamin, Recaldent, and ACP (

on a technology developed for surgical bone regeneration, and has
been successfully used in nearly one million bone surgeries. When
NovaMin contacts water or saliva (during tooth brushing, in this
case), it releases fully-active ions of calcium and phosphorus. These
ions are identical to those present in normal, healthy saliva - just
in higher concentrations. Furthermore, after brushing, microscopic
NovaMin particles stick to the teeth and continue to release ions for

Re: CS>teeth sensitivity

2007-08-23 Thread Clayton Family
I did have a problem with grinding my teeth at night. Every evening
when I went to bed, I paid attention to my jaw, concentrating on
relaxing it and falling asleep with a slightly slack jaw. The problem
resolved after a few months of paying attention to correcting the bad
habit.

I have some sensitive teeth roots, and I use Tom's toothpaste, it takes
a couple of weeks to get to full effectiveness. I thought the floride
was to make the tooth enamel harder, since the mineral it is made from
is harder when the florine atom gets in there. I avoid floride
toothpastes and water also, it does not seem to have much to do with
it. Now, getting a toothpaste with calcium in it might actually help,
or chewing tums or something, since the teeth are made of calcium
minerals, not floride minerals.

10% is not very rare. I expect it is much rarer than that.

Not sure they are talking about exactly the same thing, but found there
references, following.

Dan

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Photographic_memory

Dr. James William Monroe had the ability then known as Epidetectorial
Memory, only present in one person in every 500. Here, the brain is able
to retain and recall images it has captured for the duration of its
functional ability.

http://www.sciam.com/askexpert_question.cfm?articleId=0001148F-EAB0-1E3A
-82FC809EC588

The vast majority of the people who have been identified as possessing
eidetic imagery are children. The prevalence estimates of the ability
among preadolescents range from about 2 percent to 10 percent. And it is
an equal-opportunity phenomenon--there's no gender difference in who is
likely to be an eidetiker. Although it is certainly controversial, some
researchers also believe that eidetic imagery occurs more frequently in
certain populations of the mentally retarded (specifically, in
individuals whose retardation most likely stems from biological, rather
than environmental, causes) and also among geriatric populations. With a
few notable exceptions, however, most research has shown that virtually
no adults seem to possess the ability to form eidetic images.

DB, are you talking about garlic treatments for a vaginal infection? If so be
very careful to make sure the garlic is removed every morning. Can she just
eat more high quality yogurt and take a good probiotic? Also if she is using
any herbal creams, natural progesterone, or estrogen, it can cause an imbalance
in the flora and sometimes create a yeast infection as can too much sugar in
the blood.

Re: CS>Plantar Warts - remove with banana peel

2007-08-23 Thread John W
Several years ago, Dr. Dean Focht, a medical resident at Madigan Army Hospital
in Tacoma, Washington, had 51 individuals, ages 3 to 22, use either standard
liquid nitrogen freezing therapy or "duct tape therapy" for wart removal.

Of the 25 individuals using duct tape, 85 percent had their warts disappear,
usually within a month. In the 26-member liquid nitrogen group, only 60 percent
of the warts went away.

The therapy itself is fairly easy: Just cut the duct tape to the size of the
wart and stick it on for six days. Then remove the tape, soak the wart in
water, and buff it with pumice or an emery board. Twelve hours later, apply new
tape. Repeat this cycle until the wart disappears.

I know that vitamin E will remove them.

Buy some Vit E capsules and squeeze them onto a cloth and apply the cloth to
the affected area, repeat daily with fresh Vit E, they will get rather tender,
but after a few days they will be able to be scratched out.

My brother in law had them on the soles of his feet and could hardly walk, so
he tried the Vit E treatment and in a few day he could remove them with a light
scratch of his finger nail. He was amazed, having endured freezing, operations,
but they kept coming back. He said they left conical holes in his feet, but
they healed out.

Cut off a piece of banaa-peel, big enough to cover the wart.
Put in on the wart with a cute-ex.
I'd say remove next day and repeat.
It's easy costless, and wort a try.

Yes, exactly. I should have specified over-the-counter H2O2 which is

However, anyone who buys 35% food grade H2O2 had damn well better know

WARNING!!! Be very careful when recommending H2O2, Hydrogen Peroxide, to
specify exactly what dilution you're talking about...

I have to ASSUME, Dan, that you mean 10 to 20% of a 3% peroxide solution
like we all can get from the drug store!

Just to remind everyone, an actual 10 to 20% concentration of pure
peroxide is EXTREMELY HAZARDOUS to living tissue and would cause a
severe chemical burn.

Probably not many people reading this would confuse the issue, but
anybody who has 35% food grade peroxide around for use in the bath or
spa, for instance, might.

Even straight 3% from the drug store can be too harsh for sensitive
tissues, thus Dan's suggestion to dilute by another factor of 5 to 10 in
this case.

Thank you. Back to your regularly scheduled helpfulness.

What we've done: I mixed Colloidal Silver, made it into Goldenseal
tea, added MSM, DMSO and iodine, (this is the same basic solution

that finally nixed my very aggravating hot-weather-only eye
infection) and she used it as a douche, four times a day for 2-3 days
now.

Also, be aware - regular douching is *not* recommended at any time for
any reason. It causes more problems than it cures.

Dr Schulze's garlic implant trick as recommended by someone else is the
simplest, quickest best bet - but again, I highly recommend ozone

A situation has arisen. Wife has a vaginal infection. Feels to her to
be identical to last one a few years ago that was identified as E.
Coli. She says it's not yeast, not Urinary Tract, and not kidney.

The absolute, bar none, hands down best thing a woman could ever do for
herself - aside from eating a healthy diet and getting lots of fresh
air, sunshine and exercise, of course - is to invest in a medical grade
ozone generator, and do vaginal insufflation regularly.

Vaginal ozone insufflation would knock crap like this out in no time.

That is like me Wayne, I can recall conversations verbatim almost, whereas
my peers don't even recall *having* the conversation! We have always had
things where an incident (i.e. A conversation with a stranger) has occurred,
and one of my friends won't remember anything about the stranger, the other
one puts her as 'tall' whereas I distinctly remembered her as being tiny.
This caused some discord, but a few weeks later, we met the stranger again,
and guess what? She *was* tiny. So it shows that some people definitely
have a better memory than others. I can also remember any phone number I am
asked to dial, even mobiles and I know all my mobile numbers, past and
present, and my husbands. But as you say, I am not as good as I used to be,
and some information just seems to 'drop out' of the memory box now. Dee

If I hear 20 to 30 percent, and remember it, that is fine.

About 80 % of what people say is not worth hearing and has little value.

Some of mine has also. But there is more to it than that.
Nothing last that long without some help.
Think, ... "Brain Nutrients".

First, Cells don't live that long. Not sure how long a brain cell lives.

Over the years, my memory has been so good it bugged me at times. I
remembered things I wish I could forget.

I could remember a complete chess game, go home and record it.

Remembering things helps a technician. If you remember all the troubles,
and the causes, and the fixes, you do not have to trouble shoot. Just
recall and sort, and use your logic to make the decision.

One I walked up to a piece of equipment I had to fix.

I stood there about 2 seconds.

I was amazed.

My brain did a very fast rerun of the machine and all the troubles I had
fixed over the years.

I thought, Darn, what is happening here?

Of course if you don't have the logic and reasoning ability to go with
that, you will miss the target.

I had a boss that was a very smart man. Once he was trying to tell me how
something worked and how to fix it.

I had been to school on the machine. I listened to him attentively.
When he finished, I quoted every adjustment, from the book, in
sequence. From that day on, ... he never told me anything else.

I guess he got the message.

If you study brain cells, how they work, the different domains in the
brain, and a few other areas, you will decide not all of our ability was
not inheridited. Some of it maybe.

The classic example I learned, studying old chess masters of the world, was
one that could play a perfect hand of bridge,

ten boards of checkers behind him on one side,
ten boards of chess on the other side, all at the same time.
The board games were blindfold games in that he did not see the boards.

He could take a lunch break, come back, and call up all the games to the
current position.

So, .. that makes up feel a bit inferior.

The brain function still amazes me, Mine is a bit slower than it used to
be. and at time seems to looses some information.

Just when I get irritated because of this, the information will usually

Re: CS>Need help for my wife

2007-08-23 Thread Rowena
Other things to keep by in a general sense for down there is calendula
ointment and virgin coconut oil.
While in that part of the world, and nothing to do with the present case,
but information recently to hand:
There is such a thing as semen allergy. The body can react to a protein in
the semen.
So if the Dr thinks you need hormone cream, but you know that it is only in
certain cases after certain things that certain problems arise, that could
be the reason.
Google it. Just as well to know about it; even Drs don't generally
speaking - it's not in the text books, but has been demonstrated.

Re: CS>phographic memory

2007-08-23 Thread Dee
This is an interesting thought Mike, as I wasn't vaccinated and was fed very
wholesome natural food in those days. Maybe this is one of the reasons some
of mine has remained for 64 years! Dee

I wonder how many children lose that ability after enough vaccinations,

Medications, fillings, and lousy food...

Be well,
