H.R. 2117

It is a New Year, and a new opportunity for Congress to
stand up in support of our health freedoms!
Urge Your Representative to Support H.R. 2117, The Health Freedom Protection
Act!
ACTION ALERT: WASHINGTON, January 9, 2008 - We are in the thick of an
election year and many of the candidates for President are clamoring to
offer health policies that simply maintain the status quo and enable the
pharmaceutical industry to maintain its stranglehold on consumers. These
same candidates would also allow the FDA to continue to shirk its duty to
protect consumers from the often dangerous or lethal drugs big pharma is all
too eager to push on the public. It is especially important at this time for
our elected representatives to support policy and legislation that puts
consumers in control of their own health decisions.
That is why it is critical that you urge your Representative to co-sponsor
Ron Paul's Health Freedom Protection Act, H.R. 2117. With your help we can
surpass the level of support the bill enjoyed in the 109th session, and
bring it to the floor for a vote.
Click here to email your Congressperson to co-sponsor H.R. 2117!

The FDA's approval process for informational labeling of food-based health
claims has been so slow and uncertain that very little meaningful health
information is making its way to food and dietary supplement consumers. Why
does the FDA ban speech that can heal and save lives? Many dietary
ingredients have therapeutic effects, yet telling the truth about those
effects in the market can land you in jail. The Food and Drug Administration
makes it next to impossible to assert any claim that a supplement or
nutrient has the potential to positively affect a person's health.
The Federal Trade Commission prosecutes parties who make advertising claims
about the effects of foods and nutrients on the body. It does not limit
those prosecutions to parties that actually deceive consumers. It also does
not limit those prosecutions to products that fail to perform as advertised.
In short, in this standardless environment, the FTC can exercise a great
deal of discretion to determine what claims are deceptive and which ones are
valid. No one in this country should be held by the government to be a
deceptive advertiser unless the government proves that consumers have in
fact been deceived.
Click here to tell your Representative you want to make your own health
choices!

Ron Paul's Health Freedom Protection Act, a bill first introduced in the
U.S. House of Representatives in 2005, would end FDA and FTC censorship and
give consumers access to truthful, non-misleading health information by
making it easier for manufacturers of vitamins, supplements, and other foods
to display health claims on product labels. H.R. 2117 was re-introduced in
the House on Wednesday, May 2, 2007, but has not yet attained the level of
support it enjoyed in the last Congressional session.
That is why it is important to acknowledge those in Congress who, by
co-sponsoring the Health Freedom Protection Act in this session, have cast
their votes in support of consumers and our access to the information we
need to make our own choices about our health.
Citizens for Health applauds the following Representatives and their courage
in standing up in support of our freedom to control our health decisions
(the dates following their names indicate when they became a co-sponsor):
Sponsor: Rep Paul, Ron [TX-14]
Rep Bartlett, Roscoe G. [MD-6] - 5/2/2007
Rep Burton, Dan [IN-5] - 5/2/2007
Rep DeFazio, Peter A. [OR-4] - 6/8/2007

Rep Rohrabacher, Dana [CA-46] - 12/18/2007
Rep Shays, Christopher [CT-4] - 5/2/2007
Will your Representative be the next one to add his/her name to this list?
This is your chance to let Congress know you will not sit back while our
government works to keep important health information from consumers.
Click here and urge your Representative to Support the Health Freedom
Protection Act today!
Now, as always, it is your action and your support which makes the success
of our campaigns possible - we couldn't do it without you.
Thanks for taking action!

You seem to know more questions than most beginners for sure.

Here is a collection of files that will answer many of them.
http://www.fugitt.com/cs_notes/

In the past I always had some colloidal silver around to
use a little when starting a new batch, but I don't have any now.

How did you survive so long without any CS ?

Also using this generator, how long will the process
take? Is it less time with the higher volts?

Often only your stopwatch will know the answer.

aqu.pump in a 14oz glass ( but I would like to use a 48qz mason jar I
have). I would like to do the best job I can

within budget.

Go ahead and get a one gallon jug.

When you start giving it to friends, you will be running our more often
than you think. Gallon Batches are nice indeed.

Looking for a little guidance from other members.

Stop using a Two Bit Wall Wart, and get a 4 BIT power supply. Ask your
technician friend his opinion on this.

He can build you a great power supply.

You have the ace in the hole so use him to advantage.
Tell him to make two of the constant current units, one of you and one for
him. grin

weeks and thought it was time I started adding to the
overflow of email in my inbox lol. :)

No need for that either, Make a CS box and keep it full.

Check the list of files. All carefully selected and factual,

Does anyone have information on CS and cancer, specifically sarcoma?
This one that my aunt has is called pleomorphic malignant histiocytoma.
The tumor is now exposed and went from golf ball size under the skin,
to 1/2 a large orange sitting on top of the skin after trying black
salve -

in two months it increased that much.
She's taking a some tonics (for 10 days now) from
http://sacredmedicinesanctuary.com
modeled after Hoxsey and Eli Jones called Sundance and Algonquin.
We have sprayed CS on it and CS with DMSO, but not consistently.
She's also going to see about going ahead with surgery and radiation,
but the holidays are really getting in the way of trying to get something
done in that respect.
So she's got 5 days to hit it with something and see if she can get some
shrinkage of it.

Thanks,
Karen

Hi Bob,
Take selenium and Vit E together.

It doesn't take much selenium to get the process going. something like
50 micrograms up to 200 micrograms, per day. That is MICRO which is a
millionth of a gram. Not miIligrams which are thousanths of a gram. Its
an order of magnitude difference.

Most likely you will need to let it go longer, or it will be weaker.

My thinking is I can use this batch as a starter?

Yes you can.

Trying to get up to date on things. I see they have a whole lot of CS
generators on the market now.
I understand from what I have read lately is that the prefered voltage
to use is 30 volts. A friend who I will be making some for as well, is
an Electronics Tech. and has offered (no cost) to build me a new
constant current CS generator.

Constant current is the way to go.

So my question is; at 30 volts what should the current (constant
current) be??
Current should be about 1 mA per square inch of submerged anode.
Starting voltage is irrelevent as long as you have sufficient voltage to
generate the current you want in your setup. Voltage across the cell
will simply be V = IR with I being the current, and R the resistance of
the cell.

Also using this generator, how long will the process take?
Depends on the desired concentration, the current, and the volume of
water. Use Fairday's equation to compute the amount of time.

Is it less time with the higher volts?
Voltage has nothing to do with it if using constant current, as long as
you have sufficient voltage to get the current you want. If starting
with good distilled water, then the start of the process can be sped up
with higher voltages, since the current will be dependent on the voltage
and below the constant current settings. This will not be true if using
a starter and sufficient voltage is used to get the current you want
from the beginning.

CSVitamin D

2008-01-10 Thread Pat
I was stunned to hear from my doctor's office today that I'm very subnormal in
vitamin D (B12 was normal). My level was 14 and Dr. Mercola site says no one
should ever be below 32. This could explain my muscle and bone pain. If I'm
deficient, I bet many of you are, too. I walk my dog several times a day, but
my arms are all that are exposed to the sun (and not even that when it's cold).
The doctor recommends 1,000 IU twice a day of vitamin D, plus she told me to
get 400 mcg biotin for skin and nails and a good multivitamin and fish oil 2 to
4 gms per day. The only things I've taken every single day are magnesium,
iodine, and DHEA. Sometimes I take buffered vitamin C, calcium, curcumin,
niacin, multivitamin, E, selenium, glucosamine condroitin, MSM, bromelain
and a few others. Vitamin D deficiency can lead to many problems such as
autoimmune disease and cancer.

Linus Pauling Institute
Recommendation
The Linus Pauling Institute recommends that generally healthy
adults take a multivitamin supplement that supplies 400 IU (10 mcg) of
vitamin D daily. Additionally, at least 10-15 minutes of sun exposure
on the arms and legs or face and arms at least three times weekly
between
11:00 am and 2:00 pm during the spring, summer, and fall may help
residents
of temperate latitudes (much of the U.S.) avoid vitamin D deficiency at
the end of winter.

Older adults (65 years and older) and people with
minimal sun exposure

In addition to the 400 IU (10 mcg) of vitamin D provided
by a multivitamin supplement, people over the age of 65 and people who
get minimal sun exposure throughout the year should take an additional
vitamin D supplement of 400 IU/day (10 mcg/day) to provide a total of
800 IU/day (20 mcg/day).

Problems with too much vitamin D can be as severe as with too little, so get
the simple blood test before supplementing.

I should have listened to Wayne!!

Can someone explain what this molecular silver is ? Is it made on the home
devices?

“MOLECULA SILVER”
The Three Main Grades of Processed Silver
 1. Colloidal Silver – Silver that is electronically processed into
a fine state of subdivision that is suspended in liquid and due to the
electronic charge, holds its individual character and settles very slowly. Only
6% or
7% of the body’s membranes are penetrated.
 2. Ionic Silver – Electronically processed silver that is broken
down into a free electron (or sub-atomic particle) that exists in solution.
Only
6% or 7% of the body’s membranes are penetrated.
 3. “Molecula Silver” is a form of ionic – Silver that has been
electronically pushed into a state where it develops a self perpetuating pulse
rate that is eternal in nature and pulses too rapidly for individual recording.
One definition given by a noted physicist, Robert C. Beck, is that this silver
when processed by this method, looses its identity as a traceable element
i.e. is not identified as a “particle” and acts more like a gas. Other research
professionals have tested this silver and found the exact same thing. It is
etheric in nature but carries the signature of the element silver. The largest
particle size of silver to be found is .062 nano’s which is over 60 times
smaller than angstrom in size. Only 1.7 to 5 ppm can be found in the product
and
yet it has the power of 2,000 ppm. 100% of the body’s membranes are penetrated.

(Molecula Silver) has been extensively tested on literally tens of thousands
of people with impressive success.

I talked to a gent yesterday a Mr T.J. Wiggins who has several web sites .
His on going passion for years has been

this current from a phone line is pulsed. like an audio single generator.

Ken, I believe your on the right track ..from what I have found air bubbled in

needed to do a good job..(to get the best product) my first generator was a

it around 150 to 165 degrees on a hot pad like one used to keep coffee hot.
Heat speeds up the process .

Hope this helps...We all can use a little incouragement and confidence with

too. I walk my dog several times a day, but my arms are all that are
exposed to the sun (and not even that when it's cold). The doctor
recommends 1,000 IU twice a day of vitamin D, plus she told me to get
400 mcg biotin for skin and nails and a good multivitamin and fish oil
2 to 4 gms per day. The only things I've taken every single day are
magnesium, iodine, and DHEA. Sometimes I take buffered vitamin C,
calcium, curcumin, niacin, multivitamin, E, selenium, glucosamine
condroitin, MSM, bromelain and a few others. Vitamin D deficiency
can lead to many problems such as autoimmune disease and cancer.

  The voltage is almost irrelevant.
The current should be *around* 1 milliamp per square inch of electrode or
less to avoid overloading the Nernst Diffusion layer.
Distance between electrodes as well as area will regulate current by adding
or decreasing resistance in the water.

That can also be done with a potentiometer.
You'll find that as current is held constant, voltage will go down as
water conductivity goes up with the addition of silver ions.

Also using this generator, how long will the process take? Is it less time

Hello All,

Many, many thanks to Brooks Bradley for his timely information on ALA (Alpha
Lipoic Acid)! I have only good news to report about my old Andy-dog. His
numbers have all reduced, some to completely normal and only 2 are still
slightly elevated after 5 weeks on ALA. Even our vet was impressed by the quick
turnaround and I have to say I'm completely overjoyed. His appetite has
somewhat returned, although I fear I've created a spoiled brat food-wise since
I've been trying various premium foods people foods for the past couple of
months trying to get him to eat anything at all and now he's just darn picky.
:-) I'm happy to deal with that though...his energy levels are increasing, so
he's playing more and seems nearly back to his old self.

Protocol:

-4 weeks: Milk thistle (1/2 human dose) + Sam-E (full human dose)
-Blood test liver numbers reduced, but not significantly with this part
-1 week: Milk thistle + Sam-E + ALA in the morning; ALA evening. (double daily
ALA dose)
-4 weeks: Milk thistle + Sam-E morning; ALA evening (single dose)
-Blood test: great results.

Again, thanks Brooks and to all of you who sent good wishes and great advice.

Heather

Just from my abbreviated version (I just did 1 through 15 drops daily, not

Re: CSVitamin D

2008-01-10 Thread Clayton Family
I looked into this as well, and the final conclusion I came to was to
go to a tanning bed that has UVB. I live too far north to get any D
from the sun for about 6 months out of the year. The only problem with
getting D this way may be from over exposure to the sun, like sunburn.
Your body will not overdose on D from the sun, no matter how much sun
you get.

If you get your D from the sun you also do not need to take a blood
test, just have at it.

So I am happily going to my tanning booth with the high UV bed (around
4% is what they call high). It is relaxing and warm, and I get some
color, though not much. I figured it to be 20 minutes a week, and one
of the girls there said she asked her dermatologist, who advised her
that up to 20 minutes twice a week was probably ok for her.

The medical study on this I found on PubMed, search for tanning booth
or tanning, UV beta, or something like that.

D deficiency at the end of winter.

Older adults (65 years and older) and people with minimal sun exposure

In addition to the 400 IU (10 mcg) of vitamin D provided by a
multivitamin supplement, people over the age of 65 and people who get
minimal sun exposure throughout the year should take an additional
vitamin D supplement of 400 IU/day (10 mcg/day) to provide a total of
800 IU/day (20 mcg/day).

Problems with too much vitamin D can be as severe as with too little,

“MOLECULA SILVER”
*The Three Main Grades of Processed Silver*
 1. * Colloidal Silver* – Silver that is electronically
processed into a fine state of subdivision that is suspended in liquid
and due to the electronic charge, holds its individual character and
settles very slowly. Only 6% or 7% of the body’s membranes are penetrated.
 2. * Ionic Silver* – Electronically processed silver that is
broken down into a free electron (or sub-atomic particle) that exists
in solution. Only 6% or 7% of the body’s membranes are penetrated.
 3. * “Molecula Silver”* is a form of ionic – Silver that has
been electronically pushed into a state where it develops a self
perpetuating pulse rate that is eternal in nature and pulses too
rapidly for individual recording. One definition given by a noted
physicist, Robert C. Beck, is that this silver when processed by this
method, looses its identity as a traceable element i.e. is not
identified as a “particle” and acts more like a gas. Other research
professionals have tested this silver and found the exact same thing.
It is etheric in nature but carries the signature of the element
silver. The largest particle size of silver to be found is .062 nano’s
which is over 60 times smaller than angstrom in size. Only 1.7 to 5
ppm can be found in the product and yet it has the power of 2,000 ppm.
100% of the body’s membranes are penetrated.

(Molecula Silver) has been extensively tested on literally tens of
thousands of people with impressive success.

Pat, what particular test for vitamin D do you recommend? I think that like
thyroid tests, vitamin D tests are measured differently than other vitamin

vitamin D and sarcoids according to the marshall protocol. Also arent the
effects of D irreversable if you get to much? It can be so confusing to try to

Thank you Debbie. And I was shocked about how low the dosage is, too.
According to my bottle of potassium, one 99 mg. caplet (I'm taking potassium
gluconate) is 3% of the daily value. So, I guess the recommended amount as a
supplement is currently around 3,300 mg. daily (3% of 3,300 = 90). But, it's
a known fact that the RDA of most nutrients is way too low. One could easily
deplete oneself of 3,300 mg. of potassium in just a few hours on a hot day,
simply by sweating. Then we would end up tapping and depleting our 'potassium
stores' (potassium stored in and outside our cells) which is supposed to stay
above 4000 mmol or 72,000 mg. I guess they expect us to either eat bananas all
day long, or pop these little pills like crazy, which is exactly what I've
resorted to. [grin]

Leslie: Potassium deficiency symptoms and diseases associated with or caused
by potassium deficiency:

Constipation; weakness; fatigue; irregular heartbeat; heart disease;
inflammation; high blood pressure; muscle cramps, muscle pain, muscle numbness;
muscle weakness and/or muscle spasms; diabetes; weight gain; rheumatoid
arthritis; cancer.

One of the reasons they keep telling us to eat fruit and vegetables is because
of the potassium content. If you don't eat alot of fruits and veggies, and you
aren't taking diuretics, and you don't have adrenal issues, or kidney disease,
then you should somehow supplement potassium.

The most amazing article about potassium that I've ever read is one that I came
across sometime back online. Luckily, I saved it onto my hard drive, because
it's no longer there. Email me off-list if you would like me to send it to

Hope this helps.

2008-01-10 Thread George Knoll

Ode,
I have been makeing CS with a square wave generator and have a batch
that completed at 9 pmm at about 4ma
useing a air bubbler sys ..voltage is 9.6 dc and water temp is around 160
drgree

Hopefully I have a good brew the stuff is yellow gold color .

The only draw back I am having is it takes about 16 hours to do this.

Becks sys. use pulse and yet I see alot on the list that is just 27 to 30
dc voltage

with out pulse sq wave ..Is one any better than the other??

The voltage is almost irrelevant.
The current should be *around* 1 milliamp per square inch of electrode or
less to avoid overloading the Nernst Diffusion layer.
Distance between electrodes as well as area will regulate current by
adding
or decreasing resistance in the water.
That can also be done with a potentiometer.
You'll find that as current is held constant, voltage will go down as
water conductivity goes up with the addition of silver ions.

Thank you Debbie. And I was shocked about how low the dosage is, too. According
to my bottle of potassium, one 99 mg. caplet (I'm taking potassium gluconate)
is 3% of the daily value. So, I guess the recommended amount as a supplement
is currently around 3,300 mg. daily (3% of 3,300 = 90). But, it's a known fact
that the RDA of most nutrients is way too low. One could easily deplete oneself
of 3,300 mg. of potassium in just a few hours on a hot day, simply by sweating.
Then we would end up tapping and depleting our 'potassium stores' (potassium
stored in and outside our cells) which is supposed to stay above 4000 mmol or
72,000 mg. I guess they expect us to either eat bananas all day long, or pop
these little pills like crazy, which is exactly what I've resorted to. [grin]

Leslie: Potassium deficiency symptoms and diseases associated with or caused by
potassium deficiency:

Constipation; weakness; fatigue; irregular heartbeat; heart disease;
inflammation; high blood pressure; muscle cramps, muscle pain, muscle numbness;
muscle weakness and/or muscle spasms; diabetes; weight gain; rheumatoid
arthritis; cancer.

One of the reasons they keep telling us to eat fruit and vegetables is because
of the potassium content. If you don't eat alot of fruits and veggies, and you
aren't taking diuretics, and you don't have adrenal issues, or kidney disease,
then you should somehow supplement potassium.

Re: CSHelp! New to the list!

2008-01-10 Thread Sam L.
Hi Ken.
Years ago I computed the total sq inch of coins and bars. For coins I came
up with 4.75 total sq inches, thats front and back and edges. I forget the
formula I used and some people say say you should only use the facing sides
when using only two coins. I used 4 silver bars with a hole drilled in the
top and a piece of 99.9% silver wire to hang the bars with. Spacing was 1
inch apart and mA was set at 10. Used a 1 gal sun tea jar. This set up would
produce 1 quart per hour. Also used a aqu.pump for stirring. I also used
polarity switching. PPM was around 20 then would drop to about 13 in 24 hrs.
Worked great but I'm overseas now and use a much smaller setup. Hope that
helps.
