Wouldn't that be hard on the teeth? Glad you had great results, Debbie! Prolozone sounds good. I don't really think it would help grow cartilage where none exists, and the leg is bowed and shorter because of the lack. There has been research on growing cartilage outside the body and then putting it in, but it's apparently not greatly successful. I'd be willing to try ozone therapy, possibly, but there are very few people who do it. Acupuncture might relieve the pain, but it can't cure the cause, can it? I guess if you keep it up forevertill the bones grind themselves down to nubs lol. I wonder if acupuncture would help my daughter. She has RSD (now called Complex Regional Pain Syndrome) in one leg which causes her great nerve pain. Over a couple months, she had maybe 13 epidurals which would relieve pain for about one full day and then it would return. She was using a patch for pain, but weaned off that when she became pregnant. Pain was better while nursing. Now she doesn't use much, but suffers quite a lot. She's tried DMSO. I think she should try bromelain, but she's scared to since she's very allergic to so much and even a generic Benadryl caused huge problems. I asked my opthalmologist again if there is anything that can get rid of cataracts. He said that the cataract is like an egg white, in that once the protein has changed (as in cooking), it cannot be changed back. He said the only thing he "knows" is that antioxidants should be used to help prevent changes in the eyes. And, he added, shield the eyes from the sun. It's difficult to find anyone who does alternative-medicine type therapies in the south east USA. Pat A friend used acupuncture for his knee. He said it relieved all pain but it was back in a day or two. I think he tried it twice, then gave up. Pat

I have been using a mixture that Harold told me about and have gotten some really good results. A mixture of half Braggs vinegar and half raw honey mixed. I take two tablespoons daily in water. My shoulder joints and hips were keeping me up at night throbbing but no more since I started taking this...and my BP has gone down too...debbie --- On Sun, 3/29/09, Day Sutton wrote: From: Day Sutton Subject: Re: CS>IV Colloidal Silver To: silver-list@eskimo.com Date: Sunday, March 29, 2009, 3:39 PM prolotherapy or prolozone will cure any arthritis in any joint. Pat, Giving up was a mistake. If he experienced pain relief even temporarily than further treatments would have given him more longer lasting or permanent pain relief. Pat, Acupuncture can relieve much, if not all of the pain in the knee. Yes--the stretches in the book Pain Free by Pete Egoscue will do the trick. I've seen it work miracles on "bone on bone" issues. When you start out, it can take up to 40 minutes to do the stretches in the morning. Once the pain is gone you get down to about 10 minutes a day to keep the pain away. Samala, Renee ---Original Message--- When a knee is bone-on-bone on the medial side, I don't think manipulation or anything much short of replacement will help.
