Re: CS>Panic Attack

2009-05-12 Thread scl555
You can try EFT (Emotional freedom Technique) . I had panic attacks for a
number of months which completely debilitated me. EFT was the only thing that
helped. I have a web page you can look at to try it out. Rate the level of
anxiety from 1-10, 10 being the worst. Simply think about the panic/anxiety
feeling and tap the points for 5-10min. You should notice a difference in your
anxiety level. Do another 5-10 min until it's gone. It may take more or less
depending on each person's needs.

Steve

PS you can also go to www.emofree.com for the 80 page tutorial if you have the
time to read it.

Re: CS>CS and HIV

2009-05-12 Thread Marshall Dudley
Well, I am of the opinion that the HIV virus, if it exists, is really
nothing more than a marker. There are several reasons for this. One is
if you give the HIV test to anyone, without diluting the specimen by
50:1 or so, it will always indicate positive. HIV is the ONLY blood test
where you have to do this, and it seems to mean that EVERYONE has the
virus, but by diluting the blood, it will only appear that a person is
HIV positive if they have more than some minimum level of the virus.
Apparently a healthy immune system is able to keep it down to low levels
in a healthy person. So using something to simply reduce the HIV count
is working on the symptom, not the cause. I think that there is good
evidence that most immune system problems which can progress into AIDS
are caused by toxins, benzine and its derivatives are major players, or
parasites, which is the primary cause in Africa. If you look at the
statistics, many many people who test HIV positive never ever develop
AIDS, except those who take the medications for it, and virtually all of
them do develop it.

Hanneke wrote:

Thanks Marshall,

I had sent out an email to her asking her reasons for thinking why she
believes her immune system is terribly low. Also if she had any
details about viral load (up-down over a period of time). I was
already thinking of separating the HIV part from her immune system
problems, or perceived as such. Haven't received a response as yet.

What is the strength of CS you'd suggest for killing off the HIV virus
(even writing this down makes me wonder.. always accepted the fact
that there was never an HIV virus identified and that most of the
mainstream writing about it just works on the myth and the beliefs
created). Perhaps time to watch Len Horowitz again in one of his
documentaries...

CS does kill the HIV virus, but I think she need to figure out why
her immunity is so low that the virus can present itself. If she can
get it below the high threshold of the test it would be good. I
would recommend avoiding anything that might have benzene or its

2009-05-12 Thread Del
One thing about Bob, he always identifies the risk as well as the potential
reward.

He takes more risks than I would at this point be willing to do.
I too have blood pressure problems, but I have decided to address them the
old fashioned way, through diet and exercise. This has worked for me in the
past, and, although is not risk free, I believe is less risky than possibly
overdoing supplements.
I am taking supplements, especially ubiquinol, but only in the recommended
dosages.

If that does not work, then I will have to consider something more radical.
Like eliminating caffeine (something I have had a lot of trouble doing!).

RE: CS>Panic Attack ABFE

2009-05-12 Thread Louise Larabie
You might look into some alternative methods slowly replacing the
medications.

I suggest Australian Bush Flower Essences starting off with the panic
attacks. IF it was my problem I would use ABFE Emergency Essence. Either
directly from the dosage bottle or putting 7 drops in a 20 ounce bottle of
water and shake a few times and sip a little every few minutes till you calm
down (also contains Waratah that might help the eye pressure and pain
problem as well. There are also essences for high blood pressure (though
you would need supervision to adjust any medication you are on as your body
becomes more balanced. Emergency Essence is also helpful in helping with
sleeping problems by sipping before bedtime (about 20 minutes or so) Also
good to sip while doing therapy to keep down the pain (can start before the
therapy, during and after to deal with pain)

The ABFE are not drugs so they either work or not.

http://www.copper-tree.ca/essences/combo-info08a.pdf
give info on what the combo like Emergency Essence have been used for in the
past.

I would recommend the book "Australian Bush Flower Healing" by Ian White as
this book will explain how they work and it's repertory can be helpful when
new symptoms show up what to use.
. ISBN-10: 073380053X
This group is mostly for people using Australian Bush Flower Essences
http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/ABFEstudy/
and will help guide you as well.

Re: CS>CS and HIV

2009-05-12 Thread Hanneke

Thanks Marshall,

I had sent out an email to her asking her reasons for thinking why
she believes her immune system is terribly low. Also if she had any
details about viral load (up-down over a period of time). I was
already thinking of separating the HIV part from her immune system
problems, or perceived as such. Haven't received a response as yet.

What is the strength of CS you'd suggest for killing off the HIV
virus (even writing this down makes me wonder.. always accepted the
fact that there was never an HIV virus identified and that most of
the mainstream writing about it just works on the myth and the
beliefs created). Perhaps time to watch Len Horowitz again in one of
his documentaries...

help. (have asked her what made her think her immunity was going
down and further info re any complaints might hopefully give more

clues).

I have initially suggested for her to take 1 ounce of 10-15 ppm CS
whilst looking further into it on her behalf.

Any suggestions?

CS does kill the HIV virus, but I think she need to figure out why
her immunity is so low that the virus can present itself. If she
can get it below the high threshold of the test it would be good. I
would recommend avoiding anything that might have benzene or its
derivatives in it. That includes products with benzoic acid in them,

Marshall

RE: CS>CS and HIV

2009-05-12 Thread Hanneke

Thank you so much, I will check that out for her.

I might give her a call over the weekend and discuss things then. It
appears she is pretty much unaware of what HIV is about (or is not
about) except for the possibility of developing AIDS, prtty much
mainstream thinking. I understand that she is totally new to
alternative approaches. It would be great if she reads English web
sites which apparently she doesn't. And truth be told, I am totally
lost if I have to find info on Dutch websites even though I am fluent
in Dutch. To me it seems that a lot of info is being surpressed or
just not translated at all. I have read some websites on CS, in the
Dutch language. which gives the newcomer to CS the impression that
you really take your life into your own hands with even thinking
about CS let alone taking it. At least one can purchase it.

Web: www.bloesem-remedies.com there is a little write up on each essence in
Dutch she might like to read, but with out a book she will need a
practioner. You have to search in the menu under Bloesem Remedies then
Australian Flower essences as they have more than one type of essences. The
Australian ones though IMO are more curative than the others though

She will be able to get a practioner I am sure from this companies
recommendation, as she will then get the best help for her.
I have ordered some Emergency Essence once from this company for a fellow
list member on another list when she had deep grief and problems with her
dogs (was a dog behaviour list) and knew the dog was picking up on her grief
and both could use it. My shipping her some would have taken too long. The
company was very good in allowing me to pay with PayPal :o))) Even though
they had never taken an order from over seas before. They knew I was trying
to help. By the way the Emergency Essence was of great help for her and her
dog.

Thanks Louise.

I believe she is able to buy CS in Holland which means she can take
it as suggested.

Re Ian White's book, there might be a problem as in language barrier
not knowing is she has English language skills.. I can guide her but
I believe it is best if people understand what they are doing rather
than following my suggestions.

CS>Panic Attack

2009-05-12 Thread Pat

I had panic attack tonight. It was so horrible. It went on for about 3 hours.
I've had them twice before when I had trouble breathing, but only for 1/2 hour
or so. This one started when I used my Xalatan eye drops which keep the
pressure down. They stung and burned so badly (they always sting some for up
to an hour) and I used soothing eye lubricant drops. I don't know why I
couldn't tolerate the eye pain tonight. I'm still on oxycodone 5 weeks out
from my partial knee replacement, and I took one which usually makes me sleepy.
I slept a little and then awoke and was still anxious and could feel my heart
beating hard. My blood pressure was fairly high, so I took a Cozaar (I'm on 25
mg/day). I took Calcium, too thinking maybe I'm taking too much magnesium
lately. I got up and watched tv with hubby for a while and came back to bed
and thought I'd be ok, but I still can't sleep. I'll go take a lorazepam which
I have in case I need help sleeping
and use rarely, but that will ruin my day tomorrow. Has anyone else had panic
attacks? They're worse than pain or anything I've ever experienced. I've done
very well after my knee replacement. I walk without a cane now at home. I
guess I have quite a bit of pain because I'm doing lots of physical therapy.

  Pat
