If anyone would like to summarize about making silver citrate, I would appreciate it. ratios? Silver must be oxide first? This is possible with hydrogen peroxide? what about the 80% ions, what happens? Can be made simply be adding citrate to water when making a batch with typical low voltage method? chloride in lemon juice defeats the purpose of the citrate? I use it to wipe down surfaces, rinse strawberries and other produce and have definitely noticed that it discourages mold. Even sprayed some shoes my husband had left in a warm damp place. Washed them with detergent, rinsed thoroughly with CS, dried them in sunlight, and then lightly sprayed them again with CS. There's been no trace of mold or mold smell since. Re: CScitrate
I bought silver oxide powder from salt lake metals. Then I bought citric acid from somewhere. Then I put silver oxide powder in water, keeping track of how much elemental silver by mass there is. This was actually a pain to figure out how to measure it somewhat accurately as I do not have fancy measuring spoons, etc. Then I slowly add citric acid and stir like crazy. Then I keep adding citric acid until all the silver oxide dissolves. I made about 16,000PPM elemental silver in a solution that was saturated with citric acid. Burns like hell. If you made it at 100PPM for example, one would barely even know there is any acidic taste at all. RE: CScitrate
I'd probly ignore that ion percentage figure one reads about unless you've had an analysis done determining that figure. From where I'm looking most go by what they read regarding that 80% figure, but I believe that figure could be different in reality. There may be far less ions than one may think if using LVDC setup, and that 'ion' content could be different dependant on an individuals unique machine setup and/or configuration and practices and methods for production. In my mind ion/particle ratios could vary considerably from one producer to the next, dependant on the above? Of course I'd be interested in seeing several lab results from several individuals who've had some LVDC home produced product tested? I'd be KEENLY interested in seeing those. N. Re: CScitrate
I have read from some CS site that when the ions are not there, only CS, (and at fairly small particle sizemaybe 5 to 20 nm if I remember), then the result is quite opaque, not clear. I have no way to know the truth of this. They claimed it stayed in suspension indefinitely.I tried adding hydrogen peroxide and lemon juice and I got a grey brown mix definitely cloudier than before the additions. But after about 3 days it started to form grey sludge at the bottom. I have read that silver protein complex's are more bioactive. I have also read it is not good. But the ionic form complex's readily anyway?Still trying to wrap my brain around the basicsThe citrate is supposedly more stable in that it does not form silver chlorideand possibly the ionic portion is reduced thanks mg On 1/16/2012 6:25 PM, Neville Munn wrote: I'd probly ignore that ion percentage figure one reads about unless you've had an analysis done determining that figure. CSColloidal Silver Enema?
I just saw a YouTube video that says a CS enema is the most efficient way to get silver into the blood stream. Any comments?
Re: CScitrate
If you put citric acid in your distilled water when doing the electrolysis, it will produce silver citrate. It appears that chlorine compounds do not combine with the citrate form. Apparently the citrate has Ag3+, a complex, but silver chloride had Ag+, so once it is formed, they do not interact even though both can disassociate in water to some extent. Excess citric acid increases the solubility of silver citrate significantly, otherwise you limit of solubility is around 250 ppm. This method introduces EIS into circulation whilst bypassing the stomach, thus avoiding contact with stomach acids etc for those concerned about EIS possibly losing or having efficiency compromised by taking it orally. Re: CSColloidal Silver Enema?
Lately, I have been experimenting with nebulizing CS, h202, and Glutathione. (not all to together) I worked out the dosage of nebulizing =one= drop of 3% drugstore h202 per 4 tablespoons distilled water. I think this is a safe dosage. I have done 2 drops and 3 drops in the same amount of water, and the effect is too oxidative, I think. More is not always better. I also did same amount of CS and one drop h202. I nebulized Glutathione multiple times- didn't notice any effect. Most recently, I have been inhaling drugstore h202 in a nasal sprayer like (google Bill Munro) and find the continued use of it this way is helpful. What most people never discuss with o2 therapies is, that you can tip the oxidative balance by overdoing o2, so you need to focus on much antioxidants to counter the extra o2. You can do like Bill Munro, and then also dose each hour with h202, and get positive results I think. CS would be a bonus.
