The weather has worked hard on my livelihood and my attitude, and I have gotten slack about all my precautions. Several days ago I knew I was exposed to a nasty cold. I knew to get started with all my precautions but I just plain didnt do it. By Friday 3-5-04 I was getting a nasty scratchy throat. Whatever this crud is, it starts that way instead of in the roof of my mouth like usual. I used my Walgreens Personal Ultrasonic Humidifier with CS to fix the closing-in-feeling in my throat. The next day, Saturday, it migrated to my sinuses. It put me on the couch by Sat. night and all day Sunday 3-7. I did all my usual stuff religiously. By Monday I was ambulatory but not well. Tuesday 3-9 I had most of my strength back. It was over late that day. BUT! I couldnt stay out of the weather because of the demands of work, and a sinus infection began to form. I havent had one in over 4 years. I fought it first with a nasal spray of CS/MSM/H2O2/Xylitol but it wasnt doing too much. I then fought it with nasal spray of 2 oz. CS 1/3 dropper of DMSO. That helped a lot and nearly knocked it out, until the weather got colder and work demanded that I stay outside. After being out in cold winds Fri. Sat., my left sinus was impacted and I sounded like a foghorn. My left upper teeth were all starting to ache around my root canals. It was getting bad. I knew by Sat. afternoon that I had to try something different. I mean it was getting BAD and I have the medical history to know what bad is. It was then that I remembered about using Xylitol as a decongestant. Oops, the FDA wont let anyone say that will they? You have to call it a Nasal Wash. What hogwash. Also, in Finland, the antibacterial properties of Xylitol are well proven. I mixed a fresh batch of 2 oz. CS and ¼ teaspoon of Xylitol, and immediately began nasally inhaling all I could stand. At least when this stuff runs down the back of your throat, its sweet! To describe fully what happened in the next 10 minutes would sound disgusting. Youve all seen it. Let it suffice to say that the drainage was immediate and overwhelming. For nearly 10 minutes all I could do was blow my nose and inhale more of the mixture. When it was over I was breathing fully, all drainage was gone, all mucous was gone and my voice was normal. In all the 17 years of suffering from Chronic Sinusitis I never, ever saw anything like this from any kind of medicine. That was 24 hours ago. Its still all gone. That incident made me really bitter at the doctors who had treated me for years with loads of antibiotics, all to no avail, and to the eventual loss of some of my hearing and the affliction of tinnitus that I am still stuck with. Downside? The flood of emotion all over again, now realizing how fantastically wonderful this treatment is, juxtaposed with the knowledge that people still suffer every day at the hands of the same sort of people that treated me. Rinse the cup and storage bottle with distilled water to remove any dust or soap residue. Take the batteries and snap them together, one upside down on top of the other two. This will leave two empty posts on the batteries. Connect each silver wires to the two empty posts with the two alligator clips. Drop the wires into the water, with about 4 inches submerged, and about 1 inch apart. (As they tend to float around, you can put a candycane bend in the top of the wires and hang that over the lip of the cup, with the connectors hooked to the bend.) Don`t let the connectors get into the water. It is now working. You can`t get shocked by it. Now leave it and time for 30 minutes. You may notice some bubbles coming off one wire, and fine wisps of gold coming off the other, that is the Colloid forming! The bubbles are hydrogen, from the water. There will be a buildup of fuzz on one wire, that is silver oxide. It is harmless, but you can wipe it off with a paper towel. Replace the wires, and time for another 30 minutes. This one hour activation gives a CS of about 18 PPM. The longer it works, the higher the PPM. When finished, wipe off the wires with a paper towel, then with the green scrubber until the wires are shiny again, and detach the batteries. Store it all in a ziploc bag to keep it handy. The finished CS doesn`t need to be refrigerated. If you keep the bottle out where you see it, you`ll remember to take it. I take 3 big swallows a day for an active infection, sometimes even more. (My swallow is about 1/3 of a cup.) The silver particles are fine enough to be easily excreted, so taking more won`t hurt. If you hold the CS in your mouth for a few minutes, it will clean your mouth nicely. I take one swallow a day for a preventive. I use it topically too, and even in the eyes. It is mild and doesn`t sting. Splash some in the pits for a natural deodorant. It is bacteria that causes BO, and since CS kills the bacteria, no BO! CS doesn`t taste too bad either. Some folks notice a metallic tang, others don`t. I put some on my skin and let it dry for a sunburn, and was tan the next day. I use it for bug bites and stings too. Canker sores respond quickly. I have used CS for my pet birds, and always put some in the water bowl for my Pug dog. CS is even good for cut flowers, they will last for weeks. It is bacteria that actually kills fresh-cut flowers. It can be sprayed on houseplants with fungus or rust. A dollop in the milk jug keeps the milk fresh for a long time. There are lots more uses for CS in the body and around the house, any place bacteria live can benefit from CS. - Yahoo! Guess what? I did some controlled, forced, deep breathing for a few minutes and the problem disappeared. It has not happened again since that time. Maybe I don't have a defective valve at all, only a breathing problem. Yes, I think a bit of knowledge about breathing can be very important. In addition, I feel that practicing some breathing exercises could prevent disease, maybe even cancer. If anyone has any ideas on the heart problem, I would be willing to try the suggestions. I am now breathing slower and deeper. With some practice, and training these involuntary muscles, this will become the way the body works, even when sleeping. I was in Central america year ago trying to promote cs,but met brick wall of bureacrats in Panama.In Honduras all clear from Government but not from cia. Boy friend of cia agent stole my credit card-withdrew 35,000 from acct which contained only 25,ooo.Police were helpless as the man responsible for proscecution would not act and gave no reason to me but I know anyway.Forced to return to australia to battle bank-eventually recovered but with promise not to promote c s in latin america.phmoo...@yahoo.com.au - Yahoo!
