Re: CS>Calcium/magnesium ratios
Food sources are always in balance. Unabsorbed calcium which most are can cause calsium deposits in kidneys, joints, etc. MCFI from seaweeds has good research and is from food and New Chapter calcium is in food matrix. It's the dairy, sodas, caffiene that cause the calcium defiency. After 23 straight years of nursings sometimes 2 at a time and pregnancy my calcium levels are good and bones strong. ** See AOL's top rated recipes (http://food.aol.com/top-rated-recipes?NCID=aoltop000304)

Re: CS>Calcium/magnesium ratios
I had understood that it is MORE magnesium than calcium. Dee ---Original Message--- From: Gail Naranjo Date: 18/12/2007 23:21:32 To: silver-list@eskimo.com Subject: CS>Calcium/magnesium ratios Does ANYBODY know what the correct calcium/magnesium REALLY is? This is so frustrating to me. It use to be 2:1 calcium/mag; then it changed to equal amounts. Lately, I've heard that if you take more calcium than magnesium, it somehow works against you making actually making your bones brittle. Now they say take more MAGNESIUM than calcium! It gets so confusing to me, and who doesn't want strong bones! Also, any links to help clarify? TIA, Gail <>
