CS3 Vitamin/mineral supplements...Ruth

2007-10-19 Thread Gail Naranjo
Ok, you asked for 3 or even 5, but specifically
vitamin and mineral. Number mineral supplement would
be magnesium, also calcium for post menopausal women.
Vitamins would be C D. And to top it off, I'd chose
something like concentrace or sea salt for other
minerals. That's 5, you make it a tight call. :) Gail

2007-10-19 Thread Ruth Bertella

Hey Gail,,

More than 5 would've been OK too. Didn't mean to make it tight, I just
didn't want an armload!!! Taking a lot of things daily is tiresome and
usually expensive, 'sides I didn't think most on the list that respond would
stick the numbers anyhow... grin

Thanks for the help!!
Ruth B.

2007-10-19 Thread John Plumridge

I don't take artificial vitamin supplements.

I do use salt, and my choice is black volcanic salt, in addition to sea
salt.

I also put mango skins on my face, which may be a vitamin supplements -
well it is.

Also, I have vitamin D in 'sun/skin active formulae' (naked skin and
ordinary British sunlight, sunglasses off).

I take seeds as condiments, they are packed with vitamins and minerals, and
they may be considered food or supplements, Most Often:

blackcumin, fennel, mustard, black pepper, chilli,

Lime Juice

Various oils, cold-pressed: sesame, olive, walnut, hemp.

Also, I absorb a good deal of water, with nutrients and poisons, from the
atmosphere, more so on humid days. PLus, roll in the dew when
camping/hiking (not because I'm mad, though).
