If you have some copper bar, you should be able to simply wrap silver
wire around it, as long as they contact, it should be enough.

Nature2 makes a much larger cartridge for swimming pools. It comes in a
variety of sizes. Most popular is $75. and it will last an entire season.
Since you will not beusing chlorine, it will not cost any more per season

Nature2 sells a cartridge for spas, but they also have one for swimming
pools. You need only one cartridge for swimming pools per season and they are
able to purify water for any size pool Certainly up to about 20,000. gal.

A Nature2 cartridge treats only 1000 gallons. OK for a hot tub but a
little short for the swimming pool. I believe they are around $22. If I
wanted to treat my swimming pool I would need 8 cartridges. Two years ago I
used 8 gallons of CS and 1 gallon of CCu in my pool. Christmas tree customers
were remaking how clean my pool water was. I can make CS much cheaper than the
Nature2 cartridge but I leave for Arizona after Christmas and trust one of my
sons to take care of the hot tub. He sometimes forgets. It might be better to
buy a cartridge to use when I am down south, and he could pretty well forget
the chemicals.

does have silver along with other minerals. You do need a very small amount
of chlorine to act as a catalyst. It works very well. It is made by Zodiac

years, and most of my customers like it very much.
