RE: Comfrey Off the Topic
Comfrey looks somewhat like Borage, has somewhat spear like dark green leaves, and is a perenial that grows about 2-4 ft in height. If you go to my page http://www.piggott.net/~hhr/links.html there should be two links there that deal with plant I.D., and one of them would hopefully have a color picture of comfrey. You will likely have to buy some and put in your yard, and then WATCH OUT, because it is very vivacious and can take over a flower bed. I would just find a good herb grower, and buy some from them and plant it. Re: Comfrey Off the Topic
Comfrey is just comfrey. The pepsin must be from something else. I'll be glad to mail you some of the root for growing your own plant if you'll send me your snailmail address. I do not know how many of you will want this, but I will send as much as I can. Wil Cavanaugh chuck...@iamerica.net -- The silver-list is a moderated forum for discussion of colloidal silver. So, Joyce if you have comfrey pepsin in your yard, do find out what, how, when and why, because it is valuable. BTW don't forget to e-mail me your address, off the net! chc Nature's Sunshine makes a marshmallow pepsin product that will do about the same thing. Dr. Kelley used this in his cancer treatment to clean the villi of the small intestine of mucus so the body would get its nutritients.
