Re: CS>Ebay ban of CS

2003-10-20 Thread colloidal . silver
Hi Frank :)

Is Ebay willing to say which FDA Office, and specifically which Government
Employee made the Ban-it Statement to ebay ???

I think, that the FDA is probably required by the F.O.I.A. to disclose fully
: The Who, When, Where, and What on this issued statement to E-Bay...

Regards,
Alexander J. Federowicz, D.A.V.

From what I understand, Ebay was bought up by a large corporate entity
who swallowed PayPal as well.
Plus, the CS section on Ebay has always been very small, maybe netting
Ebay $10 a day. Not much of a loss. Certainly not worth fighting over from
the corporate point of view.

The more one has to lose, the easier they are to control.
That's why most active protestors are one step away from being street people.
[They have nothing to lose and feel a need for something to do...and
drinking wasn't it.]

Ebay has a lot to lose.

There's very little doubt in my mind that the FDA gestapo made a friendly

threatening letter telling ebay to back off.

Ebay has banned any mention of the word.
This is really arbitrary, unfair and based on total distortion and lies,
but as a private entity, Ebay can do whatever it wants and doesn't have to
justify a darned thing.

Ok, so where does that leave Canadian merchants? Colloidal silver
is freely available in the health food stores here. Isn't it in the
