[SLUG] equal cost multipath
Hi, Help required. I am not subscribed to group so please post to [EMAIL PROTECTED] I have been looking for how-to or info on equal cost multipath routing but have not had any luck. I have found out that I will have to recompile the kernel "that's ok can do" but how do I config multipath routing and will ipchains still work for fire walling? I wish to share two cable modems from same ISP for out going connections only. Mail will run on one interface only. System will be used to firewall a lan on a 3rd interface. Disto will be RH6.2 with the 2.2.17-14 kernel and all required security updates. Thanks for any help. what? (was Re: [SLUG] Linux Trainers Needed in Singapore)
Is some merry prangster signing up Linux mailing lists with job recruitement agencies? Just the other day a post on the Debian-Sparc list started "Dear Debian," and "I heard about the recent layoffs and was wondering...". Although, I do find these posts _slightly_ better than spam. If you only read the negative articles about linux, you wouldn't have a balanced view, the same goes if you only read the positive ones. Plus articles that have criticised linux have inspired developers to make improvements, so they are good for something. But some of the critical articles get rehashed every month, and that does get boring. But the new ones are worth reading, IMHO. -- chesty -- SLUG - Sydney Linux User Group Mailing List - http://slug.org.au/ More Info: http://slug.org.au/lists/listinfo/slug
