Re: [SlimDevices: SqueezeCenter] Mac OS 10.14 Mojave and LMS
More testing: the web interface only runs on localhost:9000 from another device http://lmsip:9000 it won't run. Can't remember if if worked after the initial Mojave upgrade which broke the httpd server. Maybe I broke something trying to repaire something... :) Jackisidore's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=33885 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=109529 ___ Squeezecenter mailing list Squeezecenter@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/squeezecenter
Re: [SlimDevices: SqueezeCenter] Mac OS 10.14 Mojave and LMS
The end result is no functional websites at all at this moment and LMS is running without it's website. reinstalling LMS didn't help it probably needs a system level apache running LMS does need nothing but Perl installed (which is by default). If the web UI is not accessible then you might want to check firewall settings or the like. -- Michael ___ Squeezecenter mailing list Squeezecenter@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/squeezecenter
Re: [SlimDevices: SqueezeCenter] Mac OS 10.14 Mojave and LMS
Has anyone got LMS 7.9.2 working with Mac 10.14 Mojave yet? I'd like to see a few happy LMS users before I do this. I've not been using it in a "production" environment, but have tested it with the beta versions, as well as with the 10.14 release version. There's some new warnings due to Mojave's stronger security settings (see http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=109525). But if you accept those warnings, then you should be fine. They're about the update checker trying to configure a repeated background task, and the installer launching the preference pane. -- Michael ___ Squeezecenter mailing list Squeezecenter@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/squeezecenter
Re: [SlimDevices: SqueezeCenter] Mac OS 10.14 Mojave and LMS
I installed Mojave from High Sierra server version. They killed server functions completely this time and to bug you they left some stuff behind to tease you. Tried the official open source route with brew httpd php etc. The end result is no functional websites at all at this moment and LMS is running without it's website. reinstalling LMS didn't help it probably needs a system level apache running Like allways with every Mac upgrade it's something stupid and easily solved if you find out what to fix. I'm still struggling to find the solution Jackisidore's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=33885 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=109529 ___ Squeezecenter mailing list Squeezecenter@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/squeezecenter
