[SlimDevices: SqueezeCenter] MusicIP plugin: any way to set an IP address for the music IP Server?
I am still using MusicIP quite often to generate automatic playlists. I am running LMS and MusicIP as two separate docker container, LMS container running in host network mode, and the MusicIP container running in bridge network mode. Both containers therefore have the same IP address. I want to move the MusicIP container to MACVLAN network mode to avoid potential TCP/UDP ports conflicts. That would assign a different IP address to the LMS container. Is there anyway I can specify tell the LMS server what is the IP of the MusicIP server? Wird schon stimmen. :) Ich hatte überlegt, ob man hier ganz dreist "Playlist" für Playlists benutzt und Wiedergabeliste für die Warteschlange. Aber dann würde das Gemurkste auch noch bilingual. Das war damals der erste Kampf, den ich verlor. Für mich war "Wiedergabeliste" Microsoft Sprech, und jedermann sonst würde einfach von "Playlisten" reden (oder eben "Playlischte" in Schweizerdeutsch :-D). In iTunes heisst das sogar heute noch "Musik-Playlists". Aber eben, die offizielle Übersetzung sollte Wiedergabeliste sein. Ich habe mich mittlerweile daran gewöhnt. So ganz konsequent ist Craig jedoch auch nicht und benutzt neben "queue" auch "current queue" und "play queue", zumindest in den String-Namen. Konsequenz ist manchmal schwierig, da diese Bezeichnungen beim Entwickeln ja immer so nebenbei entstehen, wohingegen die Übersetzer nichts anderes tun. Wurde eigentlich jemals abschließend geklärt, warum das Forum hier Umlaute etc. so zerhackstückt? Nein. Es scheint auch nicht immer der Fall zu sein. Aber hat wohl irgendwie mit meiner Verwendung des Mail-Gateways zu tun. Was ich Dir anbieten könnte, wäre das ganze Korrektur zu lesen. Wobei ich noch nicht weiß, wann das klappt. Klar, warum nicht. I don't succeed in installing Lame on my PiCore/LMS server. It does play MP3, but I have the feeling it will improve with this plug-in. I tried it by by putting the unpacked file in the update-field on the LMS page. What do I do wrong? Please post to a new thread describing exactly what you're trying to do. Where do you try to upload what file etc.? In pCP you can install Lame from the the pCP web UI. No need to upload anything.
