It looks like as if there -should- be something: That's some not so perfect JS magic happening on that page: the "please resart" message would be shown there at the top. The default skin's JS would pick that up to show a popup instead of a message at the top. You will be hard pushed to find anyone here who runs one on OMV5 and may be better off posting your question to their forum as well as contacting the docker author if you can. Re Q2. I'm now the proud owner of a Raspberry Pi 4, with one microSD card
booting to the Raspberry Pi OS (no good reason for this) and one to
piCorePlayer. So far everything seems to work. I think I'm finally
succeeding in using it with my newly acquired AudioPro C5A (via the
UPnP/DLNA bridge--thanks to Philipe), which is what I've been trying to
use as a Boom replacement. And an unexpected bonus: pCP actually
installed LMS 8.0.0, despite what the online documentation had led me to
believe.
The only problems that took trial and error to resolve: figuring out how
to mount my NAS as a source of files for piCorePlayer ("vers=1.0" was a
necessary option); and (my bad) realizing that I had to tell the LMS
"Basic Settings" screen to look at the right folder on the mounted drive
(doh). LMS on the pCP needed two tries to scan the full music folder,
but everything shows up.
Thanks greatly for your help. Just wait until I decide that for my next
project I want to throw a DAC and touch screen into a new pCP/Raspberry
Pi to end up with a Touch replacement. How could I possibly go wrong?

Thanks for the update. I have tried enabling one single output sample
rate for the player but the plugin still remains disabled with the same
error in the log during startup and the player will not play

Are you sure this is related with the player sample rate because I get
the same error during server startup even when there is no player
connected to the server at all...? so this seems to be independent of
any player settings...
In the meantime I've been running the plugin with the hack described
above and it's been running perfectly fine for me, I haven't encountered
any issues even if the exe test is overridden

Qobuz) enabled, will resample at the max allowed sample rate. Player is not Squeezelite, assuming is compliant. are just warnings, the first is because a 'feature' (to me is a bug, but...) in transcodingHelper in LMS that prevent 'navigate' the stream when coming from STDIN, the other is because your client is not recognized as being Squeezelite-R2, so you have to check -W is enabled in command line (if using Ralphy version) or whatever else in other versions (nothing is necessary using Daphile, it already enables R2 mods). SOX has a caveat with loudness: the 'balance' of the two channels it often changes a bit, so you'll have to compensate using per channel volume controls. Loudness is not my 'preferred' way to EQ, the one I prefer is 'shelving EQ' (Treble and Bass command) that works like the good old' tone controls' in amplifiers, just remember to always use attenuation. I.e. Treble -3 160 results in a moderate boost of bass. Treble -2 160 Treble -2 630 Treble +2 1 is a very little loudness Please note that the +2 is after two consecutive -2, so the resulting absolute correction at 10.000Hz and over is -2. Never be able to understand if the gain value is expressed in db or what.
