 that was information for developers

That would be because you did not change squid.conf for 3.HEAD.

For 3.HEAD, the refresh_pattern applies to the AFTER re-write URL,
whereas 2.7 applies it to the BEFORE re-write URL pattern. The same
author for store*.pl has squid.conf examples - do a search on the same
website.

Which indicates that store-ID is not the problem. It works in the same
ways as store-URL but with some extra bug fixes.

Some detailed information about what is happening during a fail is
needed and please post that to squid-dev mailing list.

What was and why you posting it to users?

Squidalyser sounds like what you are looking for. Also look at
http://www.squid-cache.org/Scripts/ for more.

http://ababa.org/

Squidalyser is a squid traffic analyser, designed to allow per-user scrutiny
and analysis of squid logfiles. The program allows a non-technical user to
extract information about web usage patterns, the type of information
downloaded, the sites visited by users, the graphics downloaded, and the
amount of information (per-byte or per-file) accessed.

Anyone recommend any good applications/plugins to generate reports
based on what computer has been going to what site and/or user?
