I couldn't find any workarounds, including running the FireFox bookmarks
toggler extension through the SeaMonkey extension converter. Maybe
someone can suggest a workaround.

You might be happier with a bookmarks menu in the bookmarks toolbar. I
created one by opening the bookmarks manager, dragging "All Bookmarks"
to the right end of the bookmarks toolbar and dropping it there.

Yes, good idea, that does work. I was even able to move it about 80% of
the way over to the right (where my sidebar is) using the spacers. Since
I don't use theBOOKMARKS Bar, I tried to put it on the menu and navigation
bars, but no luck there.

Best solution of all: fix the button in the Customize panel to make it
more useful.

Not getting what you mean. If I customize the nav menu by putting the
"Bookmarks" button there, clicking it displays the exact same thing as
clicking the button on the menu bar.

Agreed.

Since I don't have a cloud address at the ready I am going to try,
probably unsuccessfully, to post a screenshot which explains it better.
Actually, my bookmarks sidebar is on the right but I disabled UserChrome
to take this. If this doesn't display all I can say is that I have no
idea why our results are different.

Most of the width is caused by the bookmarks at the bottom but even if
they didn't exist there are two separate side-by-side panels: one for
folders, and one for bookmarks. The wider drop down version has no
relation to the bookmarks sidebar, at least on my Win7 computer.
Basically it just replaces it.

(Note to C. Ilias - don't worry, I'm staying put)

Seamonkey 2.46 (pkgsrc/NetBSD alpha)

2017-07-21 Thread BERTRAND Joël

Hello,

I'm trying to build seamonkey on a NetBSD workstation (PWS500a, AXP
architecture). On x86/amd64, I obtain a runnable application, but on
alpha, build process crashes with following error :

../../toolkit/library/libxul.so: undefined reference to `nearbyintf'
../../toolkit/library/libxul.so: undefined reference to `nearbyint'

nearbyintf and nearbyint are available in libm. Thus, I understand that
-lm is missing somewhere.

I have tried to add :

if CONFIG['OS_ARCH'] == 'NetBSD':
OS_LIBS += [
'm',
]

in mozilla/toolkit/library/moz.build but I'm obtain the same error. I
don't know how fix this issue.
