Double clicking on my User Id results in a drop down list with my ID. The Password field is prefilled with asterisks and double clicking on it highlights the asterisks the field. Connecting to my Comerica secure account and clicking on the User ID box does nothing. Double clicking on my User ID does nothing either. However if I double click on my User ID, then double click on my Password and then go back and double click on my User ID my User ID appears in a drop down list. At first I thought this was a timing issue but after waiting 5 minutes for something to happen proved that this was not the case. Connecting to my Chase secure account, nothing works. Single clicks, double clicks, in one field, in all fields, I get absolutely no response. Because I have over 60 user accounts and passwords for on line ordering and financial management this is a very important required function. Without it SM 2.0 is not usable to me so I will continue to use 1.1.18 in hopes that this problem will be resolved. Lee How about Suntrust, Bank of America, Chase, Franklin income, Discover All https sites. of all of these only Suntrust responds even to the Bookmarklet. On some sites you could save the Username with password Manger but not the password on all these sites. with the bookmarklet you could save both. only one of the items before that would work now work and that is Suntrust. -- Phillip M. The old version used to fill them in but in the new version I have to left mouse click to get a username to select. I thought it was because I somehow managed to import the password file twice but I have deleted the duplicates and the problem continues. I'm having no problem at all with Bank of America. I don't use any bookmarklet with it. SM remembers my username with no problem, and I input my password, which is what BofA actually wants. The left click seems right. When I log into my school email, I have to left click to bring up the username, then left click again on it to select it, at which time the password is filled in. I suppose i could complain that it should fill in immediately, since it is the only one saved for that site, but being only two clicks, I hadn't even thought about it til you asked. You can get used to hanging if you do it long enough... Features don't get added because of lack of time, I can follow that, I don't have time to learn all the features I have, and still want ones which would save me effort. So *why* did some one take the time to cripple the auto login and replace it with something really time consuming? Taking hands off the keyboard and moving to the mouse, moving the mouse, and clicking takes way longer than doing nothing, and TAB has to be hit multiple times until you get to the field which you want to change. If anyone ever cares about things like this, it would be nice if form saving (if it ever works again) let me put a name on saving the whole form, so I don't have to do thing field by field. Once I reduced them to one listing, it works again! So it doesn't suck. Now visit the website in question, click the bookmarklet, click OK to the popup, enter your user name and password and enter the site.
