I sign in to my billing account at

https://www.verizon.com/ForYourHome/BillView/ResMyBill.aspx

I remember when they first started this process a couple of months ago,
my password failed. So I clicked on "Forgot Password" and when they
asked for a new password, I typed in the old one and it worked fine.
When you use this approach, you have to select a couple of questions and
respond with "secret answers" but it works after some effort.

One possibility, the most likely one, I'd think.

Another is a bad username. On my verizon.net account, the username is my
prefix only, not the fully qualified email address. Getting that wrong
would also cause login to fail.

PBG - thank you, since it is my billing account it includes my phone
number two (2) characters before and two (2) characters embedded with
the phone number.

Hello all,

Until recently I have been able to log into verizon.net to pay
billing and check email. Today I go and cannot log in, especially to
pay bills.

The error message received is "The information you have entered does

Customer 'No' Service was of NO help as usual... any suggestions or
ideas as to how I might solve this, if anyone else has experienced
this?

No problem logging in for me.

I would probably just repeat what Customer Service told you to check.
What did they suggest?

WS48 - sorry about that, they said to delete cookies and clear cache,
both of which I performed to no avail.

Upon ringing back they recommended only to use Chrome...

Does SeaMonkey enter the UserID and password automatically?

It was the first time I used SeaMonkey to access my Verizon account and
I had to enter the UserID and PW manually.

If you typed it in maybe you made a typo?

WS48 - my ID and PW are auto entered and I also entered manually to be
sure that it was correct.
