Headers on the header pane for attached messages
Hello all, I can't trust the few neurones I have left, so here I am to see if any of you can confirm if they are right or wrong. I was pretty sure that when receiving an e-mail with an attached 1.MSG (for example a Delivery Status Notification (Failure) from a postmaster including the non delivered original message) if I selected the 1.MSG tab in the message pane aside of viewing the message body I would also view the original message headers in the headers pane. I thought this had changed in one of the latest betas, but I have just seen that my good old v3.0.2.10 does not display the attached message headers either. Are my neurones playing it on me? Ticker Virtual Folder and View Modes
Hey Guys, As I've been snowed under with work, laptop rebuild, and many personal projects, I've been a little out of date, so chances are, many of you may have already spotted this one, if not... yay. I don't know if I am doing something wrong, or selecting the wrong options, but if I pull up the ticker's virtual folder, it always comes up with no view mode assigned. Re: The Bat! 3.0.9.15 Return is now available
Hello Alexander, Easily :) Now some of filter actions like Copy/Move to folder, exec external program and export message could use %macros in their arguments. In example, Move to %ABFromName, Copy to %DATEEN and so on. WOW! Now if that isn't what a lot of people waited for I don't know... :-) And as I could verify last night with %FROMNAME, they work. :) -- Best regards, Miguel A. Odd behaviour with Common Virtual Folders
Create a new Common Virtual Folder. Select a folder to watch. Set 'Fast Search' on the filters tab and check 'Unread' OK your way out. Got to the watched folder and mark something unread. You'll notice that the new CVF shows an unread message. Go to the CVF and highlight the message in the message list and wait. After 2 seconds the message will be marked as read. Re: The Bat! 3.0.9.15 Return is now available
Hello Miguel, snipped quite a bit To finish. I have just moved the Common filters and sub-filters to the account Incoming ones, just above Filter 3, and I have manually refiltered my Inbox and all messages that had ended up there erroneously where moved to TBBeta folder and all show as Red or Blue correctly. I forgot to say something yesterday. If someone is willing to take the time to run a similar test with Common sub-filters to try to confirm my findings, it would be greatly appreciated. -- Best regards, Miguel A. TB 3.0.9.18 return - Disappearing toolbar menu
Greetings BatPeople, On initial start of the new beta I was able to open View-Toolbars and see the 3 toolbar options and the customize option. Within Customize I added a shortcut for Mark as Junk, quit the window, was prompted to save changes which I did, the went to Specials to see if the shortcut was there... it wasn't. I went back to View-Toolbars and was greeted with *unknown* instead of the 3 options and customize. I quit TB and restarted but the menu option is still *unknown*. -- Cheers, \\' Message reply created with The Bat! 3.0.9.18 Return under Windows XP ver5.1 Build 2600 using a Pentium P4 2.8Ghz, 512MB RAM with cable modem Plugins: Grisoft AVG 7.0 BayesIt 0.5.10 Current beta is 3.0.9.18 Return | 'Using TBBETA' information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html IMPORTANT: To register as a Beta tester, use this link first - http://www.ritlabs.com/en/partners/testers/
