Up and running perfectly.

The Pro installer seems doesn't have the last language files.

International Pack seems perfect.

I'll certainly be using that as I try to zero in on the specific steps
needed to cause the problem.

But I should point out that I never had any 'memory' or 'AV' issues
with any of the '.99' builds before this one. And even if this is a
non-TB 'system problem' with my system with running out of resources
... I have no quarrel with the 'Out of RAM' message (if that is
indeed happening). But I should not get an AV .

Goncalo
Do you read the Ritlabs forums? There are several people with similar
issues including all mail/folders disappearing. I won't say it is
"common" but it seems to happen more with new users - just my
observation and not scientific :)

Roelof helps a lot of them and can tell you that it is not a HUGE
problem but occurrences are not sparse. A fast guess is that every 2
weeks or so someone posts that problem. Even if that proved to be once
a month, that is too common for comfort.

I have had the problem once and do not know what triggered it.

I have had it once and it turned out to be a corrupt message/folder,

Once you get the folders back and correct, start running the

I didn't check a few versions prior 3.99.24, but this one has the
double-click on a header bug back in place which first arrived in
3.60.01 and then eventually was fixed.

The problem is that if you have a link in one of the headers the
double-click on it doesn't open the browser anymore. User has to click
on the header first to highlight it and then double-click to open the
link.

Hope it will be fixed before the release.

You're definitely not alone in this problem, but there are lots of
users who don't experience it. That's what making it difficult to
solve.
In the seven years that I'm using TB, it has never happened to me. In
the two months you've been using TB, you've reported it twice.
Apparently we're using TB in a different way.
I've 100-150 folders
Some are using as archive, some are used as container for subfolders
Most of them get their messages automatically, some their contents
manually.
Some have identities or folder templates set, some have not.
All folders are created manually, none by filters.
I don't use common or virtual folders.
All folders are set to compress on exit, some have purge settings too.

I've received three suggestion emails thus far indicating that I'm not
alone in this problem. The fact that there _is_ an undocumented
command to 'fix' this if it happens, is suspect enough for me to be
worried about the integrity and security of my data.

https://www.ritlabs.com/bt/view.php?id=6452 seems to be fixed.

https://www.ritlabs.com/bt/view.php?id=6455 NOT fixed, I still see the
problem.

Added notes to bot BT reports.

Did you also change the mailto: option in Internet Explorer and not
