So glad to see development being pushed out to us Beta users again.

I've noticed an inconsistency with the way messages are displayed. In the
Folder View Mode I've got "Expand All Threads" and "Group By Date" selected in
the view mode. However sometimes when I move to another folder and then back
they will not be expanded. Then at other times they will be expanded.

My 2 issues are as follows:

When e-mails are grouped by date in a folder, with Expand All Threads the
Expand all Threads is not honoured and they are always not expanded.

Redirect has a new dialog box, and does not appear to be working. It doesn't

I definitely support this as well... I like to have my account list as clean

I've also noticed that the Ugly Blue Border(tm) does not extend out all the way
on the
right hand side of the screen between the message list and the preview pane
(see attached image)..

ToolBars

2008-02-25 Thread Art
Hello,

I'm not sure if this has been reported before.

The toolbar locations appear not be positioning correctly. On 4.0.14.3 it
works fine ie. you can position/snap the tool bars correctly. From 4.0.14.4
and on you cannot and they will only snap into the message list pane, or the
folder list pane; this means that they cannot go across the full width of the
Program Window. To fix my toolbars, I had to run 4.0.14.3 and reposition
them, and then move back to running 4.0.14.7.

To duplicate, try and reposition your tool bar, and then try to put it back
where it was originally.

Hopefully my description makes sense, however I've also attached images that
describe it.

Thanks,

Address Autocomplete

2008-02-25 Thread Art
Hi,

I'm not sure when it stopped working in the 4.0 process, but you were able to
delete addresses that appear in the Autocomplete drop down box in the To, CC,
BCC fields in a message. Previously, all you had to do was scroll down with
the down arrow, and hit delete on the one you wanted to delete.

Can't seem to do that anymore, I've even gone as far as emptying the Address
History, but addresses still appear in the box.

Any thoughts?

I mean the cursor down key on the keyboard, sorry for the confusion...

I think you may be experiencing similar behaviour that I am..

It seems a bit erratic to me the way that it works. Sometimes it will delete
the entry, and other times it won't. Just seems a bit unintuitive.

The only sure way I've found for it to work is if you use the mouse, and
select the entry you want to delete, then hold the left mouse button down
and hit the delete key at the same time.

I get the following in 4.0.16.1 when trying to Refresh a Virtual folder. I

Looks like it's been fixed in 4.0.18.2!!! Yay! Now I can get rid of the
4.0.14.3 executable.

One thing I've noticed is that "Utility" is spelled "Utiltity" in the new QT

When I bought license in December 3.99.29 was the current version; right
before the 4.x Beta . RIT said my key would be OK for 4.x.

Also, I'm running XP SP3...

I can confirm that this happens from time to time. I've noticed it on previous
versions as well.. A restart of TB seems to resolve the issue.. I've never
raised it because I thought it was just my computer.

Delete From Trash/Server

2008-10-16 Thread Art
Hi,

Here's an interesting problem that I've noticed recently; not sure when it's
come up though.

I Have Keep messages Server for 1 Day, and Delete Messages when removed from
trash.. The situation is if the message is subject to a filter, and gets
moved to a different folder other than the accounts Inbox and you delete it
(it gets moved to the general Trash folder) TB will not delete it from the
server
when you empty the trash. If the message is in the accounts Trash, and you
empty it, it will remove it.

Make sense?

Is this a bug or a feature?

Thanks,
Art
