Hello All,

Please confirm the bug at
https://www.ritlabs.com/bt/bug_view_advanced_page.php?bug_id=0002284

If it looks fine, take the picture which I added to the bug report
(120x144), there the contrast should be good enough, so you can see
it. Or take a screenshot and zoom into it.

Thank you.

Intressting, but could anyone tell me how I get working this? Of
course I've added in TheBat!, but when I press win + l, there isn't
shown anything about eMails. Have I missunderstand the Macro, is there
a Windows Option, which isn't set correct or something elese. Maybe
there is a manual, but I couldn't find it, between all this strange
russian letters :-).

FR: Mass edit of "Display name as" in address book.

2004-03-12 Thread Richard Anders
Hello,

It would be greate if you could change the "display name as" for
several entrys or even the whole address book by one click. There are
several options to implement this:

1. Add a option, that allows, to change the "display name as" for the
complete address book in "address book properties". (Maybe also a
option (with higher priority) for the "group properties".)

2. Make the "display name as" in the "Mass edit of address properties"
window editable. (You go to the "Mass edit of address properties"
window if you've selected several addresses and click to Edit -
Properties...).

Would be great, if you say here or in the BT, what you think about it:

BR or FR?: %HDRReferences="" does not work

2004-03-19 Thread Richard Anders
Hello TBBeta,

I think everybody can confirm that

%HDRReferences="" and
%SETHEADER("References", "")

don't work.

They don't work since 1.63 Beta 11 and so you might say, this is just
right because it's a protected field like e.g. X-Mailer.

But I think it's a bug (or at last a feature request), because it's

wrong: You should have the possibility to clean it e.g. when
   you forward a message
senseless: You can edit this field in the editor
not logic: The X-Mailer field is protected, because TheBat! could be
classified as spamware, but why Protect the References field?

It would be greate to hear your opinion: Bug, feature request or is it
correct as it is?

PS: Thanks a lot of for confirmations of

Kaspersky AntiVirus-PlugIn (4.0.1.1) crashes when sober.f comes

2004-04-28 Thread Richard Anders
Hello,

is there anyone which uses the Kaspersky AntiVirus Plugin (4.0.1.1)
and which can confirm this report in the BT:
https://www.ritlabs.com/bt/bug_view_advanced_page.php?bug_id=0002697
(Kaspersky Anti-Virus PlugIn crashes, when a message contains the
sober.f virus)

If you want to test it, send me a personal message and I'll send you
the virus, because I think it's a bad idea to send the virus to the
whole list.

I further more think, that this is a very critical bug, because the
PlugIn crashes silently in the background and doesn't detect the virus
(neither can scan any more) and the user don't even notice. (I know,
that you aren't so stupid, to run a *.pif file, but nevertheless might
somebody have a blackout and ...)

KAV 4.01.19
Gaijin's Macro Plugin 0.63
MyMacros 1.10
ajs Macros
z0mbie's TheBat! plugin

I interpret this as yes. Thank you in advance for this very usefull
filter option! I think it make the folder synchronizer (at least the
"create filter part") easier.

I might ask if the new filtermanager, the folder view and the virtuell
folders use the same filter engine and therefor the
option will be there too?

I'd like to hear also, whats up with the new filtermanager? Is it in
process, on the todo list or canceled?

At least, it would be great if you can tell me, if the new beta

mentioned in: mid:[EMAIL PROTECTED]

Just to be inquisitive: Is it planned to introduce it in the PTV?

It was already reported:
https://www.ritlabs.com/bt/bug_view_advanced_page.php?bug_id=0003193
I couldn't confirm it, because I use the RTV.

Thanks a lot.

Can you confirm Bug 4
(mid:[EMAIL PROTECTED])?

Yes. Some german users are not glad about the new feature. So he
demonstrated what's possible with it. I'll post a few improvements
request in a new thread, just wait a moment.

It doesn't. Work it on your side? Tested with TheBat! 2.10.03 and 2.12
RC/3 the cursor didn't jup into the "References" field.

Wasn't there the promise of the new sorting office? Just to keep the

Bug in 2.12.03 with MyMacro 1.10

2004-07-28 Thread Richard Anders
Hello The Bat Beta,

think I've found a bug in TheBat! 2.12.03: MyMacro 1.10 doesn't work
any longer with this version. While in TheBat! 2.12.02 the plugin
works fine, it gives me in 2.12.03 an error (attached).
This error appears, after updating or restarting TheBat!.

Can anyone confirm?

And I've an addition: If you realize this, than keep the folder system
because of the better organization. The folder should work as VF - if
a message is marked as [X] Incoming then it appears in the Incoming
folder.

Comments?

Of course the seperate registry keys works with a seperate thebat.exe
and its "private files" (including mailbase) so I would say its very
save.
