Default theme. Have not tested "customize" yet, since installing RC4.
Overnight I did a long boot-time defragmentation, in case it might
have a bearing on things, since my C drive was moderately fragmented
according to Diskeeper.

Sorry for replying so late into the conversation, but I see the same

If you made any change to your UI, like remove a toolbar or changed its
position, TB generates a tbuser.def. The possible problem with mine is
that it was created several betas ago.

tbuser.def, that may be the reason. I'll "play" with it when I have some

No, I didn't. ;-) But I didn't use any of the alpha or beta versions
in this cycle, so I don't have any user.def or whatever files on my
HD. The .rar I downloaded only contained thebat.exe and a .dll.

I do think that there are some icons missing. When I click on the "+"
signs and the lists are expanded, there seems to be space for icons
but there are none. What's the story with this, I wonder?

Please see attached. Is this what you get?

Two additional issues:

- Every time I open Customise I have to resize it, the size is not
saved.
- The horizontal scroll bar at the bottom of Current items will scroll
to the right all the way until everything disappears.
