Redirect the message to yourself as follows: 1.1 Highlight the message in the TheBat! message window. 1.2 Choose Message -> Re-direct. 1.3 Put your email address on the "To:" line. 2. Edit the message as you would any message. 3. Do NOT send the message, instead save the message in your Outbox as follows: 3.1 Close AND Save the message. 5. Delete the original unedited message from your Inbox. 6. Move the redirected, edited message from your Outbox to your archive folder. We're using the same OS and the same email software. So, is the final fault in the browser you use? Select the entries you want to transfer in OE and export them to vCard, one at a time, afterwards import them into TB. GC> What is LDIF format? LDAP Data Interchange Format, for more info see: http://www.ietf.org/rfc/rfc2849.txt, I found this link by googling "what is ldif" (that was including the quotation marks) BTW Your signature delimiter doesn't seem to work. It ought to consist of dash, dash, space, enter. Probably yours misses the space. -- Groetjes, Roelof Current version is 1.61 | "Using TBUDL" information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html
