You can define users, groups, which accounts MDP belong to which groups, which ones have passwords, and summon them MDP from the command line. MDP Check out Options - Network and Administration. The options you MDP need are mostly there. Thanks for the advice. Indeed, everything I needed to accomplish setting up user profiles was in the Network and Administration area. One thing though... when setting each account's privileges, I put a check in the checkbox for each privilege I wanted the account to have. Unfortunately, this seemed to be the opposite of what I truly wanted. For example, if I put a check in the checkbox next to the option, Attach files to outgoing messages, I assumed that meant I wanted the account to be able to attach files. However, when attempting to send an email with an attachment, a message was displayed saying that the account was not allowed to send attachments. Once I cleared the checkbox, the account *WAS* allowed to send attachments. This seems a bit counter-intuitive... no? -- Best regards, Rick Current version is 2.11.02 | 'Using TBUDL' information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html

Glad that's working. One thing though... when setting each account's privileges, I put a check in the checkbox for each privilege I wanted the account to have. MDP Ah - you missed the slightly unexpected caption of Disabled MDP actions above the checkbox set. :-). MDP ... snip account was not allowed to send attachments.
