In case the receiving account hasn't got any filters yet, you could try to copy all filters of the source account via this procedure. Hello Gary, I want to copy the entire tree of incoming filters from one account to another. That choice is grayed out at the incoming filter level. In the Sorting Office context a tree is a filter and any sub-filters under it. For example: Filter A Sub-filter 1 Sub-filter 2 If you select Filter A and do a 'Copy tree', the filter plus the two sub-filters will be copied. And if then you do a paste (e.g. in another account) the whole 'tree', and with the same structure, will be pasted. -- Best regards, Miguel A. When you've created a new account and you want to copy all filters from your old account to your new, you can copy the account.srb file from the old to the new account directory. Hello TBUDL! I want to copy all my filters from an old account into anew account. I have tried to copy the file account.flx and account.slx, but the filters didn't show up in the Account / Sorting Office, even after resart of TB. (It would simplify things - after having lost long term 3 email accounts w/ a single provider who went under - or elsewhere, and trying a number of new email account sources I wound up with 13 that are all functioning just fine).
