RE: [TMIC] 2007/TM
Trudy.. Why on earth would you even consider leaving this group? This is THE PLACE TO BE...don't you think? I can't possibly imagine any other group could be as great as ours! Regardless whether it's TM or MS...to me we're all in this together. I have kept up with the list tho not much to add or share. The week before Christmas my Neuro decided that I probably have MS and should begin daily shots! Actually, I guess you could call it an insurance shot against the chance that I might have MS. Tho Dr. Pardo at Johns Hopkins insists it's TM. The pain certainly hasn't lessened, in fact it's increased. Re: [TMIC] 2007/TM
Sue, I have only been a member of this group for a few days I would have to agree with you. After reading many of the postings I understand a little better the differences in severity with TM. I also see a forum for people to ask questions, give answers and a place for people who want to just vent. I am a fairly new member of the TM affliction group and I still have a lot to learn about my own TM and TM in general. I am scheduled to go to John's Hopkins to see Dr. Ben Greenburg on Jan. 31st. I want to make sure that I ask all of the right questions pertaining to my own symptoms and treatments. I would like to help where I can but at this time the only advise I can give right now is to think positive and keep your head up.this to shall pass! Take care, Mark Marlton, NJ
Re: [TMIC] 2007/TM
Hi Trudy, Sorry to hear you might have MS. I don't know anything about your Dr. but I know from experince that the Doc's at Hopkins are really good with the TM/MS dx. I would tend to believe them. Don't leave the list...it's still a great place for information and support whether you have TM or MS...Have a great day! Thanks Bobberino!! I did join and it seems like another great group. And Bobberino the love you have for the "missus" is fantastic! . I don't always agree with you but I do think you are a very loving, caring husband that comes thru in all your e-mails.
