As i said i know nothing had these albums downloaded by a mate who uses exactly the same files with no issues what so ever all files are the same wav lossless and album art on them are the same so cant see what has happened, they did show before with no issue so cant see the tags being different, just seem to have lost about 160 albums for some reason, all from the letter R onwards in the alphabetical order?? [SlimDevices: Touch] external HD some albums not showing

[SlimDevices: Touch] wont play next song

[SlimDevices: Touch] converting to flac
My touch has a WD 1tb hard drive attached and all the files are WAV. the touch plays for 2 seconds then stops for a few more then plays. if i skip to another song it does it again. is it because i have wav? would flac coversion cure this? i have BP power amp installed and started to convert a few albums to flac and it converts ok but i now have 2 copies on the folder one is original wav and now theres also a flac copy. Thanks for the replys, im just getting round to doing this and i hace put in the HD and the touch is saying discovering files, been doing that for hours ( 1500 cd/s) will this be the same everytime i want to ply from the hd or once only. hi, As a new owner of the SB touch and not very clever with computers, i have succesfully with a lot of hassle got my SB touch up and running and ipen on my ipod touch working i am now just finished outting on 1500 cd's onto a new 1TB hd from WD. I have not plugged this in yet as im getting my way around the device and getting used to it. Do i need to do anything when i plug this in? or will the SB just see it and let me play my music. I had a mate download all this to the HD in lossless and all tags are good ( whatever that is) anyway can someone tell me what i need to do step by step in thick as mud terms i can understand. My computer is a toshiba satillite laptop 4gb.
