আবার উইন্ডোজে ফিরে আসলাম। সত্যি বলতে কি ফিরে আসতে বাধ্য হলাম। ড্রীমওয়েভার, এসভিএন সাপোর্টসহ বেশকিছু সমস্যায় পড়ে ফিরে যেতে হচ্ছে। এখন খুবই কাজের চাপ। লিনাক্স হার্ডডিস্কটি অবিকল রেখে দিচ্ছি। যে কোন সময় আবার লিনাক্সে ঢুকে পড়বো। তখন নিশ্চয়ই আপনারা আবার সহায়তা করবেন। এবার যে সমস্যাগুলো সমাধান করতে পেরেছিলাম: 1. এপাচি সার্ভার ইন্সট্ল করা, পিএইচপিমাইএডমিন ইন্সটল করা 2. ইউনিজয় স্ক্রীস্ট চালু করা 3. সামবা কনফিগারেশন (লোকাল নেটওয়ার্ক রিসোর্স ব্যবহার) 4. Wine ইন্সটল করা 5. You can do so by updating and upgrading the Ubuntu from command prompt. use sudo apt-get update then sudo apt-get upgrade it will update upgrade everything necessary! 2008/8/20 রুবন [EMAIL PROTECTED] আমি টরটয়েজ সফ্টওয়্যার http://tortoisesvn.net/ ব্যবহার করছিলাম স্প্রিংলুপেরhttp://springloops.com/জন্য। এখন লিনাক্সে কি ব্যবহার করবো? nautilus-script-collection-svn ব্যবহার করতে পারেন। সিন্যাপটিকেই পাবেন এটা। ফাইল ম্যানেজার (nautilus) এ টরটয়েজের মতই ব্যবহার করতে পারবেন। তবে এত ফিচার এটাতে নেই। সাবভার্সন কমান্ড-লাইনে ব্যবহার করাটা উত্তম। আর স্ট্যান্ড এলোন গ্রাফিক্যাল ক্লায়েন্ট চাইলে rapidsvn ব্যবহার করতে পারেন। অফটপিকঃ সাবভার্সন বাদ দিয়ে পারলে git ব্যবহার করুন। অসাধারণ জিনিষ এটা। কোড নিয়ে যা খুশী তাই করতে পারবেন। সাবভার্সনের মত কমিট করার আগে মার্জিং নিয়ে দুশ্চিন্তা করতে হবে না। এখানে ( http://forum.projanmo.com/viewtopic.php?id=6864 ) ছোট্ট করে একটু লিখেছিলাম এটা নিয়ে আর এই হচ্ছে অফিশিয়াল টিউটোরিয়াল ( http://www.kernel.org/pub/software/scm/git/docs/gittutorial.html )। www.assembla.com গিট সাপোর্ট করে। এছাড়াও github.com ও ভালো। -- M. Do you have a valid and licensed dreamweaver ;) ??? if not, dont go for the cracked software. I would suggest you to try amaya or quanta. they are not fully featured like dreamweaver, but it makes u feel good - as they are free :) say NO to software piracy 5. gFTP is my favorite - it supports both FTP and SFTP. you can also try FileZilla - its favorite to many people, but personally i dont like it very much. 6. রুবন ভাই আপনার প্রশ্ন এখনও পরিস্কার নয়। আপনার হার্ডডিস্ক দুইটা কম্পিউটারে লাগানো আছে ঠিক? ১ নং হার্ডডিস্কে আপনার উইন্ডোজ ছিলো আপনি ২ নং হার্ডডিস্কে উবুন্টু ইনস্টল দিয়েছেন। যেকোন হার্ডডিস্কের যেকোন পার্টিশন (সাপোর্টেড- এবং NTFS সাপোর্টেড) দেখতে পারবেন তবে যদি ইনস্টলের সময় একটা হার্ডডিস্ক লাগানো থাকতো তাহলে আপনাকে গ্রাব মনে হয় আবারও আপডেট দিতে হবে। কারন পার্টিশন টেবিল আপনার পরিবর্তন হচ্ছে। আরও বিস্তারিত বলুন বুঝতে সুবিধা হবে, কিভাবে ইনস্টল করেছেন? হার্ডডিস্ক দুইটাই লাগানো ছিলো নাকি একটা??? -- ধন্যবাদ তারিক ভাই। ১টা হার্ডডিস্ক লাগিয়ে লিনাক্স ইন্সটল করেছি। পরবর্তীতে উইন্ডোজের ফাইল ফরমেটসহ হার্ডডিস্কটা যুক্ত করেছি। এই হার্ডডিস্কের ফাইলগুলো দেখতে চাই, সেখানে কাজ করতে চাই। -- ubuntu-bd mailing list ubuntu-bd@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bd

Hasin Bro, I have DKU-5 and CA-42 but those are fake ones and I failed them to use with Windows as Modem. And I dont like cabling much. I had been using IrDA in windows for about 6months and liking it :) I also wanna use BlueTooth later when I'll have a fine PDA end of the month inshallah. Need help from all Ubuntu experts why we wont be able to use IrDA or BlueTooth as we can in Windows! Do you have a valid and licensed dreamweaver ;) ??? if not, dont go for the cracked software. I would suggest you to try amaya or quanta. they are not fully featured like dreamweaver, but it makes u feel good - as they are free :) say NO to software piracy 5. gFTP is my favorite - it supports both FTP and SFTP. you can also try FileZilla - its favorite to many people, but personally i dont like it very much. 6. in addition if your db is in MyISAM, it may work, but chances are higher that data will corrupt. and if it is InnoDB, it will never work :) thanks hasin 2008/8/19 Tarin Mahmood [EMAIL PROTECTED] Its not a very good idea to copy and paste Mysql data that way, use mysqldump command instead mysqldump -u [username] -p [database name] output.sql there are options to select which database to output. when you have the sql file just execute it in the mysql console to import it to your target. its also not a good idea to make /var/www 777 while it does not matter if you are working in single user PC but its better to follow the best practices. There is a group that have all the access the /var/www folder.
